Recently, as the field of cyclotron application is to be wider, to inject the beam whree the user want to is getting more important. But since it is not the easy way to describe the model equation of cyclotron, it could be operated by only operator's experiences. In this paper, we suggest the cyclotron controller using the fuzzy logic and the genetic algorithm. The proposed controller was verified in useful by applying to the cyclotron's beam line. In the experiment the measured results were obtained by VXIbus and the control algorithm was performed by LabWindows/CVI.

Global Biodiversity is common interest of humans for better health and sustainable development of the society. To provide access and analysis on microbial diversity information, Bacteriology Insight Orienting System (BIOS) has been developed. BIOS contains 6402 species and subspecies names of bacteria and archaea, 2606 names of cyanobacteria by March 2000. BIOS of which web based analytical tool provides windows to compare the results of phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA sequence and the results of cluster analysis on proteome profiling. The sequence data and 2 dimensional gel electrophoresis analysis data were accumulated in BIOS database content for cyanobacteria reclassification and taxonomy. In this paper, we propose a Windows-based presentation system using laser pointer mouse. Major-characteristics of this system is to synchronize the laser pointing position with the PC cursor such that the laser can function as not only pointer, but also a PC mouse. It is shown that we use a special pattern to coincide the coordinate of the camera capture image with that of the pc window. We finally show its feasibility by some experiments with the implemented system.

본 논문에서는 Windows 환경에서 동작하는 문서 편집기상에서 사용자의 명령을 음성으로 입력받아 글자 크기 및 화면의 이동속도를 조절하는 시스템을 연구하였다. 입력된 명령으로부터 추론된 글자 크기 값을 중심으로 font size 변경 범위를 1/2씩 줄여감으로써 사용자가 만족하는 글자 크기로 접근해 가는 방법을 사용하였다. 화면의 이동 속도는 사용자가 선택한 명령 부근에서는 원하는 이동 속도로 근접할 것이라는 개념을 도입하여 사용자가 원하는 속도로 접근하는 방법을 사용하였다.

Since web has been used as the front-end of database, many web database connectivity tools have been developed and being developed now. For web developers and educators, it has been a difficult problem to select one tool out of so many alternatives. This paper compares web database connectivity tools available on PC Windows environment in the viewpoint of developers and educators. This comparative analysis focuses on the functions and programming techniques provided by these tools through implementing a simple case study using these software solutions. The performance analysis of these tools was not done in this reason.

In this study, we developed a statistical software for measurement systems analysis. This software is patterned after the Measurement Systems Analysis Reference Manual developed by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). This software includes stability analysis, bias and linearity analysis, and gage R&R studies. This software was developed by using Delphi(version 4.0) and can be implemented on MS Windows 95 or higher level.

최근 인터넷 사용자의 증가와 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 활발해지면서 TCP/IP 통신 보안에대한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구들중 SSL(Secure Socket Layer) 은 인증 및 보안 프로토콜로서 인터넷을 이용한 통신 보안에 가장 많이 사용되고있는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 암호 알고리즘의 표준으로 채택된 SEED 알고리즘을 SSL에 적용하여 서버와 클라이언트의 통신을 128bits 암호화할 수 있는 SSL-Proxy 프로그램을 구현하였으며, Windows 와 Unix 시스템에 모두 적용 가능하도록 모듈화하였다.

본 논문의 목적은 Electronic Program Guide(EPG)용 응용프로그램을 위한 Application Program Interface(API) 및 이를 위한 Middleware의 구현이다. 이를 위해 Windows 환경 하에서 프로그램 정보 전송 프로토콜인 Program and System Information Protocol(PSIP)을 해석하는 Parser를 구현하고, 해석한 자료를 저장하는 Database를 설계하였다. 구현된 프로그램의 테스트를 위해 디지털 방송 수신 카드를 사용한 테스트베드를 구축하였고, 지상파 디지털 방송에서 수신된 MPEG-2 Transport Stream을 사용하여 구현된 시스템을 검증하였다. 본 논문에서 개발된 Middleware는 EPG를 위한 응용프로그램 및 향후 예약시청, 예약녹화 등의 부가 서비스를 위해 활용될 수 있다.

In this paper, we propose a new approach to intelligent motion and autonomous maneuvering of mobile robots using hybrid system. In high Level, the discrete states are defined by using the sensor-based search windows and the reference motions of a mobile robot as a low vevel are specified in the abstracted motions, The mobile robots can perform both the motion planning and autonomous maneuvering with obstacle avoidance in indoor navigation problem. Simulation and experimental results show that hybrid system approach is an effective method for the autonomous maneuvering in indoor environments.
