The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of problem of internet usage and the willingness to receive internet education among adolescents on Jeju Island, who are core internet users, and the related variables. The survey was administered to 566 students from elementary and middle schools on Jeju. The data were analyzed by T-test, ANOVA analysis, DMR test and logistic regression analysis. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the adolescents perceived the conflict with family due to the problem of internet usage. Taken as a whole, the perception of a problem due to internet usage was low. Second, the internet-related variables were very important to the perception level of the problem in that there was a significant difference in all sub-spheres according to the internet usage time. Also, the personal-related variables such as gender, age, and personal expenses had a meaningful difference on the perception level of problem. Third, adolescents' willingness to receive internet education was considerably high. The personal-related variables such as gender and school record had a meaningful influence on the willingness of the internet education.
As the Internet rapidly evolves, online learning has emerged as the third largest scenario in the field of education. Online education, different from the two traditional learning scenarios of the school and society, is characterized with broader learning types and higher freedom. In today's post-pandemic era, art education, which relies on face-to-face teaching, is of particular significance to expand online education methods. Based on the UTAUT model, this paper posits seven hypotheses about the willingness to continue learning in online art education. After collecting valid data through a questionnaire, a detailed empirical analysis was conducted via SPSS and AMOS. The results of empirical analysis show that less than half of the respondents had experienced the online art education, mirroring that this is a market worth developing. Based on the findings, learning habit does not significantly impact art learners' willingness to continue learning online. This result and other verified hypotheses are detailed in the discussion part of this paper. This study proves that UTAUT can better explain user behavior than the traditional information system model prior to the improvement, and also has strong explanatory power in the field of art education. The conclusion also posits some operational suggestions from the perspective of practitioners in this field, thereby providing a theoretical basis for art education practitioners.

This study developed the ICT curriculum focusing on apartment security guards and analyzed the actual application results. We developed the educational contents and it designed ICT job courseware for elder education by considering and that designed in consideration of the computer attitudes and physical and cognitive characteristics of the elderly. The educational program was applied to the experimental group and the satisfaction and the educational effect were analyzed through the pre and post test results. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction level of the education program was higher than the average of 4.00 points. The elderly informal education program was examined by using the qualitative assessment test tool before and after the application of the education program. Internet self-efficacy of experiment group, improvement of internet utilization ability, usage of internet use, personal information willingness, life correction, elimination of conflict among generations, self-confidence, and internet stress increased statistically significantly. These results suggest that the "Private Expense ICT Job Training" program developed in this study can be effective for elderly informatization and can be applied to other elderly education programs and contribute to promotion.

The purposes of the study were to identify satisfaction and achievement of learning by female learner's characteristics, and to suggest measures to improve quality of education in internet education programs. In order to determine the educational effectiveness associated with the characteristics of learners, this study attempted to employ two way approaches by observing the degree of achievement for learning, which represents an instructor-oriented approach, and the degree of satisfaction for education, which represents a learner-oriented approach to enhance the quality of internet education for female learners. As an approach to evaluate the educational effectiveness, the degree of achievement in learning(Tyler's classical approach), and the degree of satisfaction for education (Scriven's consumer-oriented evaluation model) were utilized. A survey form was developed by the researcher after reviewing the various tools originated from Boshier, Cross, Gagne and Choi, and distributed to a panel of judges that examined the content validity of the instrument. The sample for the study consisted of 160 female learners from three universities in Seoul and capital area, and the survey form was used to collect data for this study. The SPSS WIN program was used in analyzing the data and a series of statistical tests were conducted including frequency, percentile, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression, and factor analysis. The statistical significance level was 0.05. The following conclusion were drawn from this study of female internet education. First, it was evident that female internet learners tend to utilize information from internet, and this can be interpreted as participants' positive attitude, and voluntary participation. Second, educational facilities and services should be improved in the future, because the level of satisfaction was low in these areas compared to curriculum and educational methodology. Third, the participating factors influenced by the level of satisfaction for education of learner characteristics were the 'formation of inter-personal relationship and willingness to change' and the 'needs for education on internet', thus appeared that both social and educational needs influenced the level of satisfaction for education. Fourth, the degree of achievement in learning was higher in the order of 1) attitude 2) function 3) knowledge, thus, attitude change was the most important in achievement of learning. Fifth, the individual background that influenced the level of achievement in learning were age and educational experience. As for the individual level of achievement for learning, the younger and more educated group were more satisfied.
The purpose of this study was to understand impulse buying typology for apparel products in the internet shopping. Also, analysis of influences is conducted to ascertain if a influence exists between factors which are consumer's interior factor & exterior condition, marketing stimulus of internet shopping, and consumer's general behavior in internet shopping and impulse buying typology, after offer fundamental information for internet marketing. As a result of analyzing the relationship between consumers' interior factors and impulse buying, the author found out that consumers' pure impulse buying was much influenced by the timing to buy new clothing, willingness to risk trying new designs and preference for up-to-date designs, and enjoyment derived from the buying itself. As a result of analyzing the relationship between consumers' exterior conditions and impulse buying, the author learned that impulse buying was also influenced by shopping time length, shoppers' mood and sentiments, and budgeting. As a result of analyzing the relationship between marketing stimulus and impulse buying, the author found out that impulse buying was the most influenced by facilitative marketing stimuli. Lastly, as a result of analyzing the relationship between shopping behaviors & socio-demographical variables and impulse buying propensities in Internet shopping malls, the author learned that pure impulse buying, reminder & suggestion impulse buying, and planned impulse buying are influenced by the period and frequency of using Internet shopping malls for clothes, purchase amount, and the time length of the shopping.

In this paper, we propose the policy direction of SW education in 2015 Revised National Curriculum with an analysis of pre-service elementary school principals' awareness and needs on SW education. One hundred two pre-service principals had been questioned about their acknowledge the importance and necessity of SW education and willingness to develop the better SW curriculums. In details, 1) it is necessary to change of starting time to initiate SW education in 3rd grade or 4th grade, which is younger than it was planned at the 2015 Revision National Curriculum, and change over to be the independent subject. 2) It is necessary to establish a system for selecting a specialized teacher, such as a dedicated teacher. 3) It is necessary to urgently be obtained of government budget for wireless Internet. These changes in the SW education policy would lead to the positive results from works by students and teachers.

The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.

The purpose of this paper is an analysis of the difference between convergence majors and single majors in the convergence core competency and educational performance. We used survey data for the analysis of the convergence core competencies, the results of the midterm and final exams for the education performance. Analysis targets are 10 students in big data business intelligence at Seokyeong University as convergence majors and 11 students in business administration as single majors. The target course was an analysis of economic data provided in the second semester of 2019. And the lecture contents were analysis of big data using R programming. The survey was conducted on December 5, 2019. The convergence core competences were creative thinking, critical thinking, understanding convergence knowledge, problem solving ability, communication skills, cooperation ability, use of convergence tools, consideration, and responsibility. As results of homogeneity tests, we found that there was no significant difference in all competencies, but there were very significant differences in the educational performance evaluated by the midterm and final exams. Therefore we can see willingness to convergence of single majors was no different from that of convergence majors, but had not led to practice. It is desirable to activate and support convergence courses.
While Internet-based distance learning has proliferated, its educational effectiveness remains controversial. As such, investigation into the problems of Internet-based distance learning is important and fundamental for an assessment of its educational effectiveness. In this study, problems of Internet-based distance learning are grouped into four categories, environmental problems, student problems, course design problems and operational problems. Based on survey data from 606 distance learning participants, perceptional and relative seriousness of problems are analysed. The results indicate that perceptional seriousness of all the problems is not statistically important. However, the findings indicate that the relative seriousness of self willingness among student problems and cheating within operational problems is most remarkable. In contrast, the relative seriousness of traditionally recognized problems such as H/W availability and network speed among environmental problems is least remarkable. An analysis of demographic differences such as sex, employment and age in terms of seriousness of problem is also performed. The results reveal the existence of statistically significant differences according to sex, employment, and age difference with regard to seriousness of problems.
In recent years, smart devices have changed the paradigm of education. However, the educational environment and teaching methods could not catch up with this fast improvement and an utmost need for development of educational methods has been realized. In this paper, the general usage of smart devices by elementary school teachers is analyzed and the methods through which smart devices are utilizing smart learning is discussed in the result. A survey of 221 elementary school teachers in Gangwon Province showed that 87.7% of them are currently using smart devices. In addition, teachers were using smart devices with not much difference from ordinary people. The three main motives of teachers who were already using smart devices and those who were planning to take advantage of smart devices were innovativeness, usability and easiness. The reason of need to apply smart devices in education is because of its functionality in various learning types, courses and teaching-learning process methods. Although smart devices have a high efficacy in education but they are not widely utilized yet. In order to solve these problems and be able to take more advantage of smart devices in education, teachers should learn how to use smart devices and a strong sense of willingness is required to make changes in the educational methods. The results of this research on elementary school teachers can be further developed for a greater smart device based smart learning.
