As the development type of domestic technology on information & communications have changed from following development to leading devalopment, developing new technology and creating new market through securing basic technology and IPR has been more essential than ever before. At the same time, it is required to increase the possibility of commercialization on developed technology. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate the consensus on the value and function of project at project planning phase for creative & innovative idea to be adopted into project and to be performed successfully. Accordingly, this paper proposes use case developing methodology adopted to creative & innovative project by analysing use case developing method in software engineering. Also, new methodology is appled to LASA display developing project to prove the reliability. Since the demands on new technology is henceforth expected to increase gradually, it is necessary to continue to study on the methodology of being more formal and logically related between phases as well as on that of analysing relationship among use cases and proving logical reliability of use case.

Day ahead forecast is necessary for the electricity market to stabilize the electricity penetration. Numerical weather prediction is usually employed to produce the solar irradiance as well as electric power forecast for longer than 12 hours forecast horizon. Korea Meteorological Administration operates the UM-LDAPS model to produce the 36 hours forecast of hourly total irradiance 4 times a day. This study interpolates the hourly total irradiance into 15 minute instantaneous irradiance and then compare them with observed solar irradiance at four ground stations at 1 minute resolution. Numerical weather prediction model employed here was produced at 00 UTC or 18 UTC from January to December, 2018. To compare the statistical model for the forecast horizon less than 3 hours, smart persistent model is used as a reference model. Relative root mean square error of 15 minute instantaneous irradiance are averaged over all ground stations as being 18.4% and 19.6% initialized at 18 and 00 UTC, respectively. Numerical weather prediction is better than smart persistent model at 1 hour after simulation began.

The integration of products and services is being expanded in both manufacturing and service companies such as in Apple's iPod & iTunes, Amazon's Kindle, and Hyundai Motor Company's Mozen. This phenomenon has recently accelerated due to multiple factors including market change, lessening of differences in quality of products or services, the paradigm of participation and sharing, and deindustrialization and evolution toward becoming a service economy. The objective of this paper is to investigate and analyze the status and characteristics of integration of products and services in Korean firms and to suggest policy directions promoting this integration. Towards this purpose, income statements from the Korea Listed Companies Association (KLCA) database of companies listed on the Korea Stock Exchange are analyzed regarding the servitization of manufacturing firms as well as the productization of service firms. In addition, this research investigates the Korean Innovation Survey 2011 database for the service sector and 2010 database for the manufacturing sector in order to evaluate R&D activity in each. In the manufacturing sector, the average ratio of service sales (servitization) was low at 0.208, with bias in the level and distribution of ratios associated with the manufacturing sector. 18 out of a total of 23 sectors (78%) have low servitization, showing there's a long way to go for servitization in the Korean manufacturing sector. In the service sector, the average ratio of product sales (productization) was 9.53%, which is relatively high compared to that of the manufacturing sector. However, the distribution of ratios is also biased, as with the manufacturing sector. Based on this analysis, policy directions are proposed in terms of 1) R&D, 2) concept boost, 3) R&D result spread, 4) statistics, 5) infrastructure and 6) green growth.

General branches of science and engineering now enjoy being substantially repleted in their databases. However, comparing the databases of such branches with chemistry or medical science and pharmacology, the strata do not seem to be fully equipped yet. As a matter of fact, the variety of such databases in practical application is still somewhat limited. Moreover, these databases are, with a few exceptions, prepared abroad. In this paper varieties and features of databases now available on the market for each database service system, as well as crucial points for practical use are introduced. At present, it is focussed more or less on the application of bibliographical information. Yet, it would be inevitable to equip them with factual data in order to increase the efficiency of research and development activities. Of course, it is still not easy to solve problems for better profitability and higher technical achievement. The author wishes to emphasize the necessity to fully equip the commercial factual database for said branches as quickly as possible.

The role of short fibre pulp - Mixed Harwood, Eucalyptus, Aspen, Birch, etc for the manufacture of different grades of paper is very well recognized. At the same time, lots of efforts are in progress to maximize the advantages while preserving their own special property. Bleached Acacia Kraft Pulp (BAKP) is comparatively new entry but gained quick recognition. BAKP was introduced to the world market by South East Asian suppliers in the late 1990's. This paper discusses in detail the role and opportunities of use of short fibre pulps. A logical technical comparison has been made between BAKP and another short fibre grades. BAKP being a short, thin-walled fibre shows several similarities with Eucalyptus pulp in terms of good bulk and stiffness. Refining energy and strength properties are very similar, but the shorter fibres and thinner cell walls give an outstanding opacity and formation compared to other commercial short fibre pulps. The collapsed and band-shaped nature gives a matchless smoothness, enabling less calendaring and exceptional printing properties. BAKP is shown to give several advantages to fine paper manufactures, compared with a number of established short fibre pulps such as Brazilian and Chilean Eucalyptus, Canadian Aspen and Indonesian Mixed Hardwood. It is important to consider refining and calendaring conditions to achieve optimum performance. For outer layers of multiply board, Acacia gives excellent coverage due to its high opacity and uniform fibre distribution. Its low roughness property gives improved printability. For tissue products, Acacia gives unique property of superior softness both in terms of hand feel and bulk softness. The high fibre population gives an impression of much higher quality due to the higher opacity and good formation.

The knowledge management was considered as the inevitable result of the rule of knowledge in this era, and its importance became clear in being the main source for achieving success, the need to consider and manage knowledge as an independent field that must be addressed with a clear scientific methodology has become intangible - they are very valuable and a strategic asset. On the other hand, the innovation process relates to all parts of the organization, and helps to improve the behavioral patterns of individuals and their attitudes towards adopting modern and innovative ideas, it is a purposeful process adopted by the senior management and works to provide the capabilities and requirements for embodying the innovative behavior in it. In the field of dealing with the market, it is a product of the organization's innovative approach, which aims at advancement, change, and intended and organized renewal. The main objective of this article is to determine the most appropriate ways to integrate knowledge management mechanisms to employ innovation factors within universities based on the role of universities in supporting innovation. This was achieved through reviewing many relevant research and listing the most prominent concepts of knowledge management, its importance, objectives, and processes determining the stages of knowledge management application, the requirements for applying knowledge management, and the obstacles that impede its application; Then the statement "Innovation in universities, through which it addressed the concept of innovation, its importance, stages, and requirements for its application, as well as identifying the most prominent models of innovation, and obstacles to innovation, in addition to that the role of universities in supporting innovation will be identified. From the surveyed study done in this article, we concluded that the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge management and innovation capability can provide useful insights for managers regarding developing a strong culture, promote knowledge management practices effectively and eventually enhance the whole organization's innovation capability. Also, we found that different components of Knowledge Management as Knowledge activities, Knowledge types, transformation of knowledge and technology have a significant positive effect in bringing innovation through transformation of knowledge into knowledge assets in universities.

UHD broadcasting based on ATSC 3.0 is being implemented in Korea, and discussion on mobile broadcasting based on ATSC 3.0 is underway. The ATSC 3.0 standard introduces internet protocol based standards in order to facilitate the implementation of conventional broadcasting services as well as broadcasting and communication convergence services interlocking with communication services. In this process, various requirements for the receiver have been derived, and factors to consider for developing the receiver product have also increased. ATSC 3.0 broadcasting is currently in the introduction stage of the service, and additional technology development and product implementation related to the receiver should proceed until the full-scale market is formed. In this regard, this paper describes the considerations for developing UHD receiver based on ATSC 3.0 and the test procedure for verifying developed receiver.

The information and communication technology that is being developed recently has been greatly influencing the automobile market. In recent years, devices equipped with IT technology have been installed for the safety and convenience of the driver. However, it has the advantage of increased convenience as well as the disadvantage of increasing traffic accidents due to driver's distraction. In order to prevent such accidents, it is necessary to develop safety systems of various types and ways. In this paper implements a platform that can recognize LDWS and FCWS and PDWS by using a single camera without using radar sensor and camera fusion and stereo camera method using two or more sensors, and proposes to study multi-function driving safety platform using a single camera by analyzing recognition rate evaluation and validity on a vehicle.

The baby-tech industry, which combines IT with existing parenting product, is attracting increasing amounts of attention. Consequently various types of baby products incorporating functionality and design are being launched. In recent years, particularly as the market segments increases for babywearing products, parenting products that account for the child's comfort and parents' convenience are required. Therefore, this study examines the characteristics and consumer perception of babywear products, which are important for the emotional stability, development, and rearing of children. The study utilizes text mining and a network analysis by collecting unstructured text data. An examination of the network, based on the frequency of keywords for each babywear product and the degree of the connection to the centering index, revealed that consumers value convenience and price when purchasing products. The consumer perception and consideration factors that appear individually according to the product were also identified. In addition, studying body parts with high TF-IDF values revealed a difference in the body parts considered by consumers for each product. Lastly, through the visualization data based on the keywords that appeared in public, commonly appearing keywords, and those that appeared individually were examined. Through SNS, product characteristics as well as a new parenting culture that shared child-rearing routines were confirmed. This study suggests planning and marketing directions for the development of babywear products that meet consumer needs.

The full-fledged digital age derived from the fourth industrial revolution and the impact of COVID-19 lead to changes in various fields, including companies. In other words, the importance of cloud computing is being emphasized in the rapidly changing digital environment due to the rapid growth of the cloud market due to the rapid increase in digital services. The cloud may be one of the representative strategies for sustainable growth and survival in various fields as well as related industries. Although there have been a variety of studies on the cloud, the tendency of them has been not been adequately examined. This paper, therefore, analyzed the tendency of studies on the cloud computing. by using SCOPUS, the database of overseas academic journals using both R and LAD technique. The findings showed that many studies with high interest in the cloud computing have been conducted, the cloud computing were most often drawn from an analysis on key words. Moreover, various key words, including cloud, cloud and computing, data and computing were drawn, except for the theme of cloud computing. It is expected that could be used as a basic data, in that they provide the foundation for activating the related industries in terms of practice of the cloud computing.
