This study examined the actual conditions of outdoor facilities and evaluated safety evaluations levels in playgrounds based on types of kindergartens. The samples for the survey were 100 kindergartens in Seongnam city Gyeonggi-Do province. Most outdoor facilities consisted of playgrounds with sand area and complex playing equipments, while wood-working area, sensory playing area, and mud playing area were less equipped than other facilities. In the case of outdoor playing facilities there were meaningful environmental differences within kindergartens. The public has less diversity in play areas and equipments and providing safety guidelines in playgrounds than privates. The score for the safety evaluations in the outdoor play environment was higher than average. As the range outdoor playing facilities increased, safety was dually considered, while kindergartens with a higher ratio of child-teacher numbers exhibited less consideration to playground safety.

As the elderly has increased rapidly in Korea, there are needs of appropriate residential buildings for the elderly. But social welfare infrastructure for those is under the below level, and the guideline for the elderly housing facilities are also discontented and leave something to be desired. In this study we first surveyed the elderly housing facilities which has been built since 2000, and analyzed plans and the conditions of convenient facilities. This study result will be used in order to set up the design guidelines for the elderly housing facilities.

노인복지시설에 근무하는 종사자는 어르신 및 가족 등과 직접으로 상담하는 경우 수평적인 관계가 아닌 나이로 인한 수직적 관계로 소수지만 이용 어르신 및 가족 등이 폭언, 폭행 및 비합리적 민원 욕구 등으로 종사자에게 정신적, 신체적 고통을 주고 있는 것이 현실이다. 특히 우리나라는 예로부터 경로효친 사상이 강조되고 있는 사회인 관계로 어르신을 위하여 대부분 무조건적으로 해결해야 하는 경우가 있다. 그러나 민원 중심이 과중되고 해결을 할 수 없는 자기중심적 민원 등으로 종사자는 어려움을 호소하고 있는 현실이다. 2018년 5월초부터 노인복지시설을 포함한 사회복지시설 종사자들 위한 '사회복지서비스 등 폭력위험에 노출된 직업군을 보호하는 대책이 마련되어야 합니다'라는 주제로 청와대에 국민청원이 진행되어 지고 있는 현실이다. 이번 논문을 통하여 노인복지시설 종사자가 감정노동으로 인한 직무스트레스 및 조직몰입에 대한 연구를 통하여 노인복지시설 종사자의 어려움을 제기, 노인복지시설 이용자로서 권리와 노인복지시설 종사자의 권리가 상충되는 것이 아니라 상생하는 방안이 필요하다. 연구 방법은 서울, 경기도에 소재하고 있는 노인복지시설 종사자 178명을 대상으로부터 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 표본의 일반적 특성, 신뢰도, 및 타당성 분석, 상관관계 분석, 연구가설의 검증을 근거로 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인복지시설 종사자의 감정표현빈도가 직무스트레스에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인복지시설 종사자의 감정부조화가 직무스트레스에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인복지시설 종사자의 감정부조화가 직무몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무스트레스가 노인복지시설 종사자의 감정노동 요인과 조직몰입간의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 전국 복지용구사업소의 시설현황을 우편설문 및 방문을 통해 조사하고, 한국형 복지용구사업소의 적정 시설기준 수립을 위한 동선구성 및 공간구성, 면적 등의 기초적인 기준을 제시한 횡단적 조사연구이다. 이에 국내외 문헌 고찰, 전문가 의견수렴 등의 연구결과를 더하여 다음과 같은 한국형 복지용구사업소의 적정 시설기준 수립을 위한 원칙을 설정하였다. 첫째, 사업소의 유형(세정소독 여부, 대여사용 복지용구 수거 여부)에 따라 공간을 선택적으로 구성 배치한다. 둘째, 공간을 배치할 때 건물 층수, 면적은 복지용구 및 방문자의 동선이 최대한 짧고, 단순하게 구성한다. 셋째, 공간면적은 사업자가 결정한 전시체험 규모와 침대, 휠체어 등 주요한 복지용구 크기 등을 기준으로 산출한다. 넷째, 도로변 쪽으로 출입문을 내어 전시효과를 내고, 전시·체험·상담을 동시에 진행할 수 있도록 개방형 구조로 계획한다. 다섯째, 창고 및 세정소독공간은 각 출입문 및 공간을 철저히 구분하도록 하고, 동선을 구분하여 교차오염을 예방한다. 여섯째, 전시·체험·상담실은 고객 및 차량진입이 용이하도록 1층에 배치하고, 1층이 아닌 경우 휠체어를 타고 이동할 수 있는 충분한 통로를 확보하고, 엘리베이터 이용이 가능하도록 계획한다. 일곱째, 사무공간은 이용자 정보관리 중 프라이버시 보호를 위해 공간을 분리한다. 위 전제를 통해 세정소독 직접수행형 사업소는 최대 165m², 중간 150m², 최소 140m²에 전시체험실, 상담실, 세정소독실, 창고(청결, 오염), 사무실, 주차공간을 갖추도록 하고, 세정소독 위탁형 사업소는 최대 134m², 중간 119m², 최소 109m²에 전시체험실, 상담실, 사무실, 주차공간을 갖추며 복지용구 반입수거를 할 경우 창고(청결, 오염)까지 갖추도록 제시되었다.

The aging of the population has a fundamental impact on the national economy, including decline in productive population, atrophy of available funds, slowdown of technological innovation, slowdown of economic growth, and decrease in vitality of society as a whole. Increase of elderly population would lead to increase in elderly welfare consumers, which would also lead to increase the demand for elderly welfare services. However, due to the continuation of the low birth rate, there is a great shortage of human resources who can handle this. In such a situation, the main goal of the elderly welfare system in the future should aim to actively try to design effective policies, prepare systems, and implement services for the problems of the aged society, and to find ways to expand the finances, manpower, methods, and facilities necessary for the welfare of the elderly. Elderly welfare services in Korea have been changed and developed in accordance with socioeconomic changes such as industrialization and urbanization. This study examines the changes in elderly welfare services in Korea by the flow of times and presents a method which utilizes artificial intelligence and Internet of Things in services for the elderly welfare consumers to improve both quality and efficiency.

The purpose of this study is to provide the demand information about services (S/W) and infrastructure (H/W) for rural welfare and culture. The survey was conducted on the overall satisfaction level, the condition change, the importance-satisfaction level of each field and the top priority items for administrative agencies and rural residents. In the overall satisfaction level, administrative agencies responded more than 'normal' to all fields, but the overall satisfaction level was lower than 'normal' in the fields excluding the healthcare field in the case of rural residents. In terms of condition changes compared to the past five years, both administrative institutions and local residents evaluated the improvement. IPA analysis was conducted to identify the priority ranking of each field and it was found that emergency medical facilities in the healthcare field, infant day care facilities in the social welfare field, movie theaters in the culture field, lifelong education institutions and academy facilities in the education field and private sports facilities in the leisure and sports field were most needed, respectively. The results of this study are expected to be helpful in increasing the efficiency and presenting the improvement direction about the development policy of the rural culture and welfare.

Along with the heightening development of modern medical technology in the world, the economy and quality of lifestyle has contributed to the increase in the average lifespan. Therefore the issue to deal with the aging population is becoming an important social issue. As aging population becomes a serious social problem, the issue of supporting the senior citizens is confronted with a more difficult situation. From the perspective of senior citizen's physical and social and economic situations, there are great difficulties to deal with, like lowered physical ability compared to the rest of population. Therefore the supply of senior welfare facility that is based on senior citizen's physical characteristics yet provides the opportunity to be independent needs to provided rather than just planning a simple facility that provides living accommodations. This research examines thereinto welfare center's usage of residential circulation system from the senior welfare facilities' type classification to understand the actual usage problem and presents a circulation plan that will resolve the problem.

Welfare centers for disabled person which are typical facilities in Korea are classified into two catagories One is general welfare center for all type of disabled persons and the other is special welfare centers for special disabilities such as visually handicapped persons, hearing-impaired persons and the physically disabled. In this study the movements of disabled persons in daily lifes were measured and many evacuation drills in welfare centers were conducted for the achievement of basic data such as velocities and evacuation patterns of disabled persons The evacuation patterns are characterized by different kinds of disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the family care-givers' perceptions of welfare facility for the elderly people with dementia, to analyze the related variables, and to provide the suggestions from the perspectives of the well-being of family care-givers. The survey was done using questionnaires in 1999, and the subjects were 198 primary care-givers for senile dementia patients. Frequency distribution, mean, t-test, and one way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The major findings of this study were as follows: The family care-givers' perceptions of the welfare facility for elderly people with dementia was relatively low. The variables associated were sex, education level, occupation and relationship with the demented elderly. The conclusion suggested from this study was that the social welfare facilities and services were necessary for both the demented elderly people themselves and their family care-givers.

본 연구는 근무지 형태에 따른 요양보호사의 직무인식과 교육요구도를 파악하여 비교 분석함으로써 노인요양 서비스의 전문성 강화를 위한 직무교육 프로그램 개발의 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법: B 광역시의 노인의료복지시설, 노인주거복지시설, 재가복지시설에서 근무하고 있는 177명의 요양보호사를 대상으로 2019년 4월부터 7월까지 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS Win 21.0 Statistical Program을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 노인의료복지시설, 노인주거복지시설, 재가복지시설 요양보호사는 요양보호사의 직업윤리와 자세에 대한 직무인식정도가 가장 높았고, 교육요구도는 노인의료복지시설 요양보호사는 요양보호사의 직업윤리와 자세, 노인주거복지시설 요양보호사는 요양보호 업무 기록 및 보고, 재가복지시설 요양보호사는 요양보호사의 직업윤리와 태도가 가장 높았다. 결과: 근무지별에 따른 요양보호사의 역량강화를 위한 차별화된 직무교육이 요구되며, 초급 요양보호사가 수행하는 직무와 숙련 요양보호사가 수행하는 직무를 구분하여 교육해야 될 것이다. 또한, 요양보호사 스스로가 전문가로 거듭날 수 있는 전문성 향상과 요양보호서비스의 질 확보를 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.
