비만 여성에서 단기간 한방프로그램의 체중감량 효과와 운동관리 및 연령과의 연관성 연구 (The Difference of Weight Loss as Age and Exercise in Women after Oriental Obesity Treatment in Short Term)

  • Purpose: Obesity is the major risk factor of the heart disease and the metabolic disease. And many obese women have dysfunction of the endocrine system. There are many reports about oriental obesity treatment program. In clinics, the electroacupuncture with exercise is believed more effective. But the difference of weight loss as exercise and women was not studied. Methods: The subjects were 75 young women who visited Kangnam Kyunghee hospital for obesity management from March 2006 to July 2008. Six treatments had performed, the weight loss checked at every treatment. 52 women treated by oriental obesity treatment with exercise, 23 women treated therapy without exercise. As the exercise and the age, the weight loss was compared. Results: The weight loss of electroacupuncture with exercise was higher than that of electroacupuncture without exercise, but was not significant. The weight loss of perimenopausal women was significantly low. Conclusion: The comparison of electroacupuncture with exercise and electroacupuncture without exercise was not significantly different. The weight loss of the older women would be less than the weight loss of the younger.

Sodium propyleneglycolate/propyleneglycol 용액에 의한 Pollrester극세사직물의 분해에 관한 연구 (A Study on Decomposition of PET Microfiber Fabrics by Sodium Propyleneglycolate/propyleneglycol)

  • Polyester microfiber fabrics were decomposed at 100, 110, 120 and 140 t of temperature and 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5% of sodium propyleneglycolate/propyleneglycol solution(SPG-PG). Characteristic decomposition feature and physical and chemical properties of the decom- posed PET microfiber fabrics were discussed. The activation energy was 18.77 kcal/mol and the dyeability of the decomposed PET microfiber fabrics was found to be improved as it was supported by the examined K/S values. Up to the 20% of the weight loss of the PET microfiber fabrics, K/S values incresed with increasing the weight loss. The melting temperature of PET microfiber fabrics decomposed by SPG-PG showed no fundamental change. Tensile strength of the decomposed PET microfiber fabrics decreased linearly in accordance with the increased the weight loss of the PET microfiber fabrics. The moisture regain and the tactilities increased in accordance with the increased the weight loss of the PET microfiber fabrics.

선박 슬러지유 환경에서의 캐비티 붕괴유동에 따른 SS400의 침식양상 (A Erosion Aspect of SS400 by Cavity Collapse Fluctuation in Marine Sludge Oil)

  • decrease in efficiency due to cavity fluid fluctuation. The purpose of this study is to examine erosion aspect on the SS400 specimen by cavitation and the effect of impact pressure generated from the demolition of the cavity of ultrasonic vibrator horn in the marine sludge oil environment. The erosion damage of specimen was investigated mainly on weight loss, weight loss rate and maximum erosion rate with variation of the vibration amplitude of $50{\mu}m, 24{\mu}m$ as well as the change of space between transducer horn and specimen. The experimental results showed that as the space between ultrasonic vibrator horn and specimen disk increased, the weight loss and weight loss rate decreased and the values were larger in SFO than in SLO. These findings would help interpret the aspect of cavitation erosion damage in metallic materials of different operating environment and material characteristics.

Tank/liquor-flow 방식에 의한 폴리에스테르 직물의 감량특성 (Properties of Alkali Hydrolyzed Polyester Fabric by Tank/Liquor-flow Method)

  • In this study, PET fabric was hydrolyzed with NaOH using the Tank m/c and Liquor-flow m/c to determine the alkali hydrolysis properties of PET fabrics. The results were as follows : The weft density and tensile strength of PET fabrics hydrolyzed with Liquor-flow m/c were higher than those hydrolyzed with Tank m/c in case of less than 10% of weight loss. However, above 10% of weight loss, reverse phenomenon was showed. K/S value of hydrolyzed PET with Liquor-flow m/c was higher than that with Tank m/c above 10% of weight loss. It was observed that the micropores of PET surface were collapsed due to physical force(abrasion and collision) during hydrolysis. Bending rigidity of hydrolyzed PET fabric was about 32% and 40% of bending rigidity of warp and weft direction of untreated fabric at 7% of weight loss, respectively. Above 7% of weight loss, decrease rate was decreased.

셀룰라제처리에 의한 섬유소계직물의 감량률과 물리적성능 변화 (Weight Loss Rates and Physical Properties Changes of Cellulose Fabrics by Cellulase Treatment)

  • This study has examined weight loss rates of Iyoceu, lyocell/cotton, cotton that were treated with cellulase under different concentration, time, temperature and pH. and compared physical properties changes of tensile strength, drape, moisture absorbency, shrinkage and dyeability. The notable results are summarized as follows: Lyocell was in need of pretreatment by NaOH in the side of weight loss, tensile strength and dyeability. Weight loss rates of cellulose fabrics by cellulase treatment were in the order of cotton > lyocell/cotton > lyocell at the same conditions. In case of lyocell and lyocell/cotton, weight loss rates showed up lower than cotton, while strength retention decreased, drape and strength flexibility were highly improved after cellulase treatment.

산후비만에 영향을 미치는 인자에 대한 문헌적 고찰 -Medline에서 검색한 연구논문을 중심으로- (Literatural Study on the Factors Influencing on Postpartum Weight Retention)

  • Objectives : Many women associate one or more of their pregnancies with the development of adult obesity. This study was designed to determine influencing factors on postpartum weight retention and whether the breast-feeding was available to weight loss in puerperium. Methods : Articles from the literature on 'postpartum weight retention' were examined. Results : These articles show that different factors were related with postpartum weight retention. This study suggests that moderate weight gain during pregnancy is important to prevent postpartum maternal obesity. Especially weight gain from 20 weeks to 36 weeks of pregnancy is important. Falling in depression and anxiety during postpartum period should be avoided and social support is also needed. Delivery at the financially secure status is also recommended. Sufficient physical activity and exercise are needed to prevent from postpartum weight retention. Weight loss with dieting and exercise during lactation don't have a bad influence on the growth of infants.

SEA 기법을 이용한 저중량 대시판넬 흡,차음재 성능에 대한 연구 (Acoustic Study of light weight insulation system on Dash using SEA technique)

  • In this paper Statistical Energy Analysis has been considered to predict high frequency air borne interior noise. Dash panel Insulation is major part to reduce engine excitation noise. Transmission loss and absorption coefficient are considered to predict dash insulation performance. Transmission lose is derived from coupling loss factor and absorption coefficient is derived from internal damping loss factor. Material Biot properties were used to calculate each loss factors. Insulation geometry thickness distribution was hard to measure, so FeGate software was used to calculate thickness map from CAD drawing. Each predicted transmission losses between conventional insulation and light weight insulation were compared with SEA. Transmission loss measurement was performed to validate each prediction result, and it showed good correlation between prediction and measurement. Finally interior noise prediction was performed and result showed light weight insulation system can reduce 40% weight to keep similar performance with conventional insulation system, even though light weigh insulation system has lower sound transmission loss and higher absorption coefficient than conventional system.

대면 및 비대면 한의 체중조절 프로그램에 참여한 과체중, 비만 환자에서의 체중감량 및 이상반응 비교 분석: 후향적 차트 리뷰 (Analysis of Weight Loss and Adverse Events in Overweight, and Obese Patients on Korean Medicine Weight Management Program with Face-to-Face Treatment and Non-Face-to-Face Treatment: A Retrospective Chart Review)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the weight loss and the adverse events of overweight and obese adults on weight loss program with face-to-face treatment (FTF) and non-face-to-face treatment (NFTF) in 6 Korean Medicine obesity clinics. Methods: From March 2nd to March 10th, 2021, we collected data with a retrospective way from overweight and obese adults (body mass index, BMI≥23 kg/m2) who registered for a 12-week Gamitaeeumjowi-tang prescription program. After matching initial information of the FTF group and the NFTF group using propensity matching score, weight loss and BMI change were analyzed, and adverse events were evaluated in terms of causality, severity and system-organ classes. Results: Weight and BMI change from baseline to 12 weeks was -7.98±3.09kg (10.41±3.57%), -3.03±1.14kg/m2 and -7.30±3.11kg (9.59±3.45%), -2.76±1.15kg/m2 for FTF group and NFTF group, respectively. Body weight and BMI significantly decreased before and after treatment in both groups, and there was no significant difference in weight loss and BMI change between the two groups. No serious adverse events were reported. Conclusions: This study showed the potential that NFTF weight management treatment could be a good alternative way to FTF weight management treatment without serious adverse events.

서울지역에 거주하는 체중 감량 시도자의 성별, 연령별 체중 조절 실태 (Study on the Status in Body Weight Loss Practice According to Age and Gender of Subjects with Experiences of Attempting to Lose Weight in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 현재 체중에 대한 인식과 체중 감량 실태를 남녀 각각의 연령에 따른 차이와 성별에 따른 차이를 조사하고자 하였다. 체중 감량 경험이 있는 $10{\sim}60$대의 남녀 각각 60명씩 전체 720명의 대상자들에게 일반사항, 체격, 현재 체중에 대한 인식과 만족 정도와 체중 감량 경험 및 결과를 전화 설문을 통해 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 현재 체중인식과 만족도는 큰 차이를 보여 본인의 체중이 정상이거나 마른 체중이라고 인식함에도 불구하고 전 연령대에서 체중 감량을 원하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 체중 감량 실태 조사결과, 연령이 높을수록 체중 감량 시도 횟수가 낮으나 체중감량 후 유지기간이 길었고 남성이 여성에 비하여 이러한 경향이 강하였다. 또한 연령이 높을수록 여러 가지 체중 감량 방법에 대한 만족도가 높고 요요현상을 적게 경험하였고 이러한 경향은 남성에게 강하게 나타났다. 결론적으로, 잘못된 체중 감량 방법에 의해서 희망 체중에 도달하나, 유지기간이 짧고 여러 가지 요요현상을 경험하면서 체중 감량 방법에 대한 만족도도 낮아져 결국 빈번한 체중 감량을 시도하는 악순환을 경험하게 되는 것으로 사료되어진다. 따라서 성별과 연령에 따른 인식과 체중 감량 실태의 차이를 고려하여 개인별 맞춤형 체중 감량을 위한 영양 교육이 필요할 것이라고 사료된다.

간비불화증(肝脾不和證)으로 변증된 체중감소 환자 치험례 (A Case Report of a Patient with Weight Loss Diagnosed with Pattern of Liver-Spleen Disharmony)

  • Objectives: The aim of this report is to suggest that severe weight loss diagnosed with a pattern of liver-spleen disharmony can be effectively treated with Korean Medicine (acupuncture and herbal medication). Methods: This is a clinical case report of a patient with severe weight loss diagnosed with a pattern of liver-spleen disharmony. The patient was treated with Samryungbeakchul-san (Canlingbaizhu-san), Hyangsayangyi-tang (Xiangshayangwei-tang), and Haewoolhwajoong-tang (Jieyuhezhong-tang) two to three times a day and with acupuncture and moxibustion two to three times a week. Results: After the short-term treatments described above, the patient was gradually recovering from severe weight loss and many accompanying symptoms, such as diarrhea, insomnia, insufficient food intake, and others. Conclusions: The results show the possibility that severe weight loss diagnosed with a pattern of liver-spleen disharmony could be effectively treated with Korean Medicine (acupuncture and herbal medication).
