From the ether soluble alkaloidal fraction of Panax ginseng, 4-methyl-5-thiazoleethanol, norharman and barman were isolated. 4-Methyl-5-thiazoleethanol was isolated for the first time from natural resources.

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in movement restrictions being instituted globally and the cessation of work at many workplaces. However, during this period, essential services such as healthcare, law enforcement, and critical production and supply chain operations have been required to continue to function. In Singapore, measures were put in place to protect the workers from infection at the workplace, as well as to preserve the operational capability of the essential service in a COVID-19 pandemic environment. This paper critically analyses the measures that were implemented and discusses the extension to broader general industry.

이 연구는 경직성 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 1년간 물리 및 작업치료 후 대동작 기능분류체계에 따라 일상생활동작 변화정도가 차이가 있는지 그리고 소아장애척도지수와 아동용 일상생활 기능독립 측정 중 어떤 평가도구가 일상생활 동작의 변화에 민감하게 반응하는지를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 48명의 경직성 뇌성마비 아동이 참여하였고, 대동작 기능분류체계, 아동용 일상생활 기능독립 측정, 그리고 소아장애척도지수를 측정하였다. 연구결과, 대동작 기능분류체계는 소아장애척도지수와 유의한 상관을 보였지만(p<0.05) 아동용 일상생활 기능독립 측정과 유의한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 또한 중재 전과 후 일상생활동작의 변화는 아동용 일상생활 독립측정인 경우 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았지만, 소아장애척도지수인 경우 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 대동작 기능분류체계에 따라 일상생활동작의 변화는 유의하게 차이가 있었으며, 기능수준이 높은 경우 일상생활동작이 변화가 유의하게 컸었다(p<0.05). 물리 및 작업치료 후 대동작 기능 분류체계에 따라 일상생활동작의 향상정도는 다르지만 임상적으로 의미 있게 향상되는 것으로 보이며, 소아장애척도지수는 일상생활동작의 변화에 민감하게 반응하므로 임상에서 폭 넓게 활용하는 것이 필요한 것으로 여겨진다.

옥수수 (Zea mays L.) 꽃은 암술 세포사멸과 수술 세포 성장정지 등을 통하여 양성상태에서 단성 상태로 성결정 과정을 완성한다. 본 논문에서는 옥수수 성 결정 동안 세포주기 유전자들의 시간적, 공간적 발현조절을 조사하였다. 세포주기의 양성조절 인자 즉 cyclin A, cyclin B, cyclin dependent kinase A (CDK A), Mad2 유전자들은 성장하는 암술과 수술에서 높게 발현되는 반면 죽어가는 암술과 성장이 정지되는 수술에서는 이들의 발현이 사라졌다. 이와 반대로, Wee1과 CDK inhibitor (CKI) 같은 세포주기 음성 조절유전자들은 야생형 암꽃과 tasselseed2 돌연변이 수꽃의 성장이 정지하고 있는 수술에서 발현이 증가되었지만, 흥미롭게도, 이들 유전자들은 죽어가는 암술세포에서는 발현되지 않았다. 이들 결과들을 통하여 옥수수 성 결정 과정 중에서 암술 세포사멸과 수술세포 성장정지는 세포주기조절과 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 특히 성장이 정지하는 수술과 죽어가는 암술에서의 음성 세포주기 조절 유전자들의 다른 발현양상은 이 둘의 성 결정 메커니즘이 구별 될 것이라고 사료된다.

To maintain cellular homeostasis against the demands of the extracellular environment, a precise regulation of kinases and phosphatases is essential. In cell cycle regulation mechanisms, activation of the cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK1) and cyclin B complex (CDK1:cyclin B) causes a remarkable change in protein phosphorylation. Activation of CDK1:cyclin B is regulated by two auto-amplification loops-CDK1:cyclin B activates Cdc25, its own activating phosphatase, and inhibits Wee1, its own inhibiting kinase. Recent biological evidence has revealed that the inhibition of its counteracting phosphatase activity also occurs, and it is parallel to CDK1:cyclin B activation during mitosis. Phosphatase regulation of mitotic kinases and their substrates is essential to ensure that the progression of the cell cycle is ordered. Outlining how the mutual control of kinases and phosphatases governs the localization and timing of cell division will give us a new understanding about cell cycle regulation.

Before the construction of Hantangang dam, we surveyed vertebrate fauna along the Hantangang River and collected samples. We collected 248 specimens (1,394 individuals) of 41 fish species from 10 families in four orders, including 17 endemic species and 5 endangered species. In our herpetofauna survey, we collected 47 amphibian samples of 10 species from 5 families in 2 orders, and 19 reptile samples of 5 species from 2 families in 1 order. We observed 25 species of bird (6 orders, 14 families) inclulding collection of 51 bird specimens (10 species from 5 families in 1 order). We collected 91 mammals of 6 species, and identified 7 species from field sign and direct observation from a total of 10 families in 5 orders. This collection and list comprise the final vertebrate faunal survey of the Hantangang region, and will provide basic scientific information for future research on conservation and restoration of the region.

본 연구에서는 고지방식이로 비만을 유도한 암컷 백서에게 태음조위탕과 도담탕을 8주 동안 경구 투여하였을 때 에너지와 포도당 대사에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 태음조위탕은 체중과 복부지방에 지방 축적을 나타내는 mesenteric fat과 retroperitoneal fat 양을 감소시키는 경향은 있었지만 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지는 않았다. 태음조위탕은 대조군에 비해 식이섭취량을 감소시키는 경향을 나타내었다. 반면에 도담탕은 대조군에 비해 체중과 복부지방을 통계적으로 유의하게 감소시켰으며 이것은 식이 섭취량의 감소에 기인하였다. 에너지 소모량은 고지방식이군과 저지방식이군에 차이가 없었고 태음조위탕과 도담탕도 에너지 소모량에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 에너지원으로 지방을 사용하는 것은 도담탕이 대조군에 비해 높았다. 고지방식이에서는 체내 인슐린 저항성을 나타내는 $HOMA_{IR}$의 값이 높았고, 도담탕은 이것을 통계적으로 유의적으로 낮추었다. 또한, 간에 저장된 글리코겐양도 도담탕을 섭취한 백서에서 가장 많았고, 반면에 간에 저장된 중성 지방 함량은 가장 낮았다. 결론적으로 고지방을 장기간 투여한 암컷 백서에서 체내 에너지와 포도당 대사에 장애가 나타났으며, 태음조위탕과 도담탕이 모두 이러한 장애를 해소하는 경향이 있었으나 도담탕이 효과적으로 에너지와 포도당 대사를 정상화시켰다. 그러므로 비만인 사람에게서 효과적으로 에너지와 포도당 대사를 정상화시킬 수 있는 지에 대한 인체 실험을 하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구에서는 심리상담사의 지역사회자원연계 능력을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보았다. 먼저. 선행연구를 통해 5가지 영역, 총 42문항으로 구성된 예비 문항을 제작하였다. 이후 한국상담심리학회 소속 심리상담사 1급 자격증을 소지한 상담전문가들에게 내용 타당도와 안면 타당도를 검증받았고, 그 결과 4가지 영역 총 20개로 된 최종 문항을 도출하였다. 최종 문항은 심리상담사(N=306)에게 제공되었고, 수집된 설문을 통해 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 탐색적 요인분석에서는 2요인이 확인되었고, 확인적 요인분석에서는 2요인이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 두 요인은 각각 '정보의 수집과 활용'과 '정보의 조직과 연계'로 명명되었으며, 척도는 공인 타당도, 내적 합치도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도 분석 결과에서 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발한 척도는 심리상담사를 위한 지역사회자원연계 능력 척도라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 척도는 Wee클레스나 Wee센터, 청소년 상담복지센터 및 그 외 상담 현장 등에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

We propose a structure for a multiple input multiple output antenna which has no space for isolation. The antenna operates in a frequency range of 2.4-2.48 GHz and can achieve a high channel capability as a Bluetooth antenna. The MIMO antenna consists of two planar inverted F antennas with symmetric structure. We designed the proposed antenna using HFSS simulator, and we designed the fabricated antenna using PCB fabricator. The MIMO antenna's isolation $S_{21}{\leq}-10dB$ and reflection coefficient $S_{11}{\leq}-20dB$. The proposed antenna's specification satisfies Bluetooth antenna's criteria and has more space than the existing MIMO antennas, which have space for isolation.
