최근 들어 소셜 네트워크 사이트가 많아지면서 사용자들은 선택의 폭이 넓어졌다. 그리하여 다른 소셜 네트워크 사이트로의 이동이 쉬워짐으로서 소셜 네트워크 프레임을 구성하는데 충성도 개념이 중요하게 인식되기 시작하였다. 그러나 소셜 네트워크 분야에서 충성도의 연구는 아직 미묘한 수준이다. 전자상거래시대의 웹사이트 충성도는 사이트의 만족도와 신뢰성을 기반으로 개발되었다. 그러나 소셜 네트워크 사이트의 특성상 회원들의 충성도를 측정하기에는 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서 우리는 소셜 네트워크 사이트의 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 잠재적인 회원을 찾을 수 있는 회원 충성도 평가 RFM모델을 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 개선된 RFM모델을 실제 사례에 적용하여 분석하고 그 일련의 과정을 기술하였다. 이는 연구 제안모델을 실제 비지니스에서 적용할 수 있다는 것을 제시함으로서 논문의 실용성을 높이고자 하였다.

본 논문은 재택창업시스템을 이용하여 법인을 설립한 창업자를 대상으로 재택창업시스템에 대한 만족도를 조사하였다. 또한 만족도 조사 결과를 가지고 향후 재택창업시스템의 발전방안도출에 기여하고자 하였다. 재택창업시스템에 대한 만족도는 회사설립 서비스측면, 웹사이트 품질측면, 연계기관 업무추진환경측면, 정보 제공측면에서 살펴보았으며, 결과는 회사설립서비스, 정보제공, 웹사이트 품질, 연계기관 업무추진환경 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 재택창업시스템을 활용한 법인설립이 활성화되기 위해서는 연계기관 업무추진환경을 개선을 위해 노력할 필요가 있다.

Purpose: To continuously monitor soil and climatic properties, a data acquisition system (DAQ) was developed and tested in plum farms (Gyewol-ri and Haechang-ri, Suncheon, Korea). Methods: The DAQ consisted of a Raspberry-Pi processor, a modem, and an ADC board with multiple sensors (soil moisture content (SEN0193), soil temperature (DS18B20), climatic temperature and humidity (DHT22), and rainfall gauge (TR-525M)). In the laboratory, various tests were conducted to calibrate SEN0193 at different soil moistures, soil temperatures, depths, and bulk densities. For performance comparison of the SEN0193 sensor, two commercial moisture sensors (SMS-BTA and WT-1000B) were tested in the field. The collected field data in Raspberry-Pi were transmitted and stored on a web server database through a commercial communications wireless network. Results: In laboratory tests, it was found that the SEN0193 sensor voltage reading increased significantly with an increase in soil bulk density. A linear calibration equation was developed between voltage and soil moisture content depending on the farm soil bulk density. In field tests, the SEN0193 sensor showed linearity (R = 0.76 and 0.73) between output voltage and moisture content; however, the other two sensors showed no linearity, indicating that site-specific calibration is important for accurate sensing. In the long-term monitoring results, it was observed that the measured climate temperature was almost the same as website information. Soil temperature information was higher than the values measured by DS18B20 during spring and summer. However, the local rainfall measured using TR 525M was significantly different from the values on the website. Conclusion: Based on the test results obtained using the developed monitoring system, it is thought that the measurement of various parameters using one device would be helpful in monitoring plum growth. Field data from the local farm monitoring system can be coupled with website information from the weather station and used more efficiently.

With the advancement of information and communications technologies and the universal dissemination of smartphones, ICT-utilizing education is also getting the limelight. In the recent ICT-utilizing education, teachers and learners produce massive digital data by consulting massive information on the Internet, and the produced data is filtered in the process of education and utilized for the current and next educational programs. In order to construct the data well-suited for education from massive data available on the Internet, it is important to verify the quality of the educational data. To this end, we propose an educational website that can provide the data satisfying visual needs demanded by learners in terms of utilizing a digital curation system. In this paper, we also present a design and implementation of the website that non-ICT majors can easily use, which in turn enables them to conduct the education of creative personality utilizing image and video contents.

This study aims to examine the factors that affect customer satisfaction and repurchase intention of online shoppers in Vietnam. We used the anklet method to collect information by sending the online questionnaire to Vietnamese people via social media like Facebook, Zalo, and instructed participants to fill out the survey. This study collected data randomly from 597 Vietnamese individuals who have experienced online shopping. Applying both qualitative and quantitative methods, we investigated the impacts of factors (responsiveness, trust, convenience, delivery, information quality and perceived website usability) on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results revealed that: (1) Information quality, delivery, convenience, and perceived website usability have the most significant impacts on customer satisfaction and intention, (2) Trust moderately affects satisfaction and repurchase intention, (3) Responsiveness has no significant influence on repurchase intention and (4) Control variables, included gender and marital status also impacted satisfaction and repurchase intention because the study found that male customers are more satisfied than female customers and single people tend to repurchase at familiar websites more than the other people. The findings suggested that six mentioned factors have different levels of impacts on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention; moreover, the demographic factors also affect satisfaction and intention to repurchase.

본 연구는 기존의 평가방법 및 평가시스템의 문제점을 지적한 후, 영리조직의 성과측정 방법론인 균형성과표(BSC: Balanced Scorecard) 접근을 채택하여 지자제 웹 사이트 성과측정 프레임워크를 제시한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이 프레임워크를 지원하는 정보시스템을 설계하고, 프로토타입을 개발한 후, 군단위 지방자치단체의 사례를 보여줌으로써 본 프레임워크 및 시스템의 적용 가능성을 보인다.

본 연구는 Usability 중심의 웹사이트 평가를 위한 프레임워크 모델의 구축을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 기존에 구축된 웹사이트 평가 방법론을 분석하여 평가 요소 별 중요도를 설정하였다. 비교 분석을 통해 나온 문제점들을 기초로 웹사이트평가를 위한 평가요인(Critical Factor)을 선정하여 새로운 프레임워크 모델 $C^3$ISP(Contents, Community, Commerce, Interface, Security, Performance)를 제시하였다. 향후 연구과제로는 프레임워크의 유용성을 분석하기 위한 Running Test를 실시한다.

교육용 컨텐츠의 재사용성과 공유를 확대하면 컨텐츠 개발의 중복성이 감소하므로 효율성을 높일 수 있고, 비용절감의 효과를 가져올 수 있다 본 논문에서는 SCORM 스펙을 따르는 재사용 가능한 교육용 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 프로세스를 12개의 활동으로 정의하고, 재사용 가능한 교육용 컨텐츠로 교육사이트를 개발하는데 이 프로세스를 적용하였다. 개발된 영어교육사이트는 8개의 재사용 가능한 컨텐츠로 구성된 프로토타입이다.

This research analyzes the need for technical elements based on related articles and empirical experience when culture tourism homepage is to be developed or renewed focused on the research of main elements in 6 web sites. Technological elements required for the development of culture tourism homepage are use, contents, structure, linkage, search, and appearance. Tourism information service provides many conveniences to tourists, and help to maximize profits and additional income for urban tourism.

The Web log has caught much attraction for tracing of customer activity. So many researches have been carried on it. As a result, Web log analysis solutions has been developed and launched lately. It has been in the spotlight to the website administrators and people in practical marketing business. In this paper, we made an analysis on the various behavior patterns of customers in cooperation with SAS/AF and SCL modules, based on development of GUI from SAS package for disposal of statistical data.
