과학 교수-학습 자료 지원 웹사이트에 대한 초등 교사들의 요구 (Elementary School Teachers' Needs for the Website Providing Science Instructional Materials)

  • In this study, elementary school teachers' needs for the website providing science instructional materials were examined. The participants were 151 elementary school teachers. The test for needs analysis consisted of fifty-three Likert-type items; 24 items for the content of website category and 29 items for the design of website category. Variables about participants' characteristics such as teaching career, the capability of using computers, and the frequencies of searching websites in obtaining science instructional materials were also examined. The results indicated that teachers' needs for the content of website category were significantly higher than those for the design of website category. Teachers' needs were relatively higher in the items concerning flawless materials, consistency of materials with science curriculum and/or learning objectives, information about target grade and/or related topics, free website, and the materials capable of immediate use in the content of website category. The items concerning the stability of website, the accuracy of links, providing easy and reliable searching methods, easy and fast downloading, and providing list of loaded materials showed relatively higher needs in the design of website category. In several items, teachers' needs were also changed with their individual characteristics.

미국 컨벤션뷰로의 웹사이트 서비스 품질결정요인 (DETERMINANTS OF US CVB'S WEBSITE SERVICE QUALITY)

  • Website service quality is widely accepted as one of the key determinants of online business success. Several studies identified key factors that determine the website service quality factors appropriate for online business environments. A convention and visitors bureau (CVB) website is a service portal that delivers information online about a destination so users can develop an overall image of the location. CVBs struggle to deliver positive destination images because the competition among destinations to host conventions is intense. In spite of the important role of CVBs and the beneficial spillover effect of CVBs, there are few studies available reporting on the unique service qualities of a CVB website. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the determining factors that are appropriate for CVB websites from the meeting planners' perspective. The research questions arc: What are the determining factors of service quality of a CVB website? Do the determining factors of CVB website service quality positively influence meeting planners' satisfaction? The new conceptual framework was developed from a variety of destination marketing and Internet marketing concepts: e-servicescape management, web community network, Internet service encounter management, and online system quality. Empirical results indicate that three of the four factors, that is, e-servicescape, web community network, and online system quality are important determinants in evaluating CVB website service quality. The findings also show that three determinants have significant and positive influence on meeting planners' satisfaction. The findings from this study will provide meaningful advice for CVB website quality management. To enhance the CVB website service quality and satisfaction level of meeting planners, these three determinants' should be considered of the utmost strategic importance and priority.

웹의 쇼핑가치, 고객만족, 전환장벽이 웹사이트충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Shopping Value, Customer Satisfaction, Switching Barrier on Consumer Royalty of The Website)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the impacts of shopping value, customer satisfaction, and switching barrier on consumer loyalty to website. For this purpose, the study tested covariance structural model which set relationships among independent variable(shopping value), meditated variables(customer satisfaction and switching barrier), and dependent variable(website loyalty). The data were collected from a sample of 239 internet shopper of college female students. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, shopping value had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and switching barrier. Third, shopping value, shopping satisfaction of customer, and switching barrier had a positive impact on website loyalty. Forth, shopping value had a positive impact on website loyalty directly, it was found to have a indirect effect on website loyalty through customer satisfaction and switching barrier.

소비자의 고객신뢰와 사이트밀착도, 몰입이 웹사이트충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Trust, Stickiness, and Relationship Commitment on Website Loyalty)

  • This study identifies how website attributes impact consumer loyalty to websites. For this purpose, the study tested covariance of a structural model which set relationships among independent variables (trust and site stickiness), meditated variables (relationship commitment), and dependent variables (website loyalty). The data were collected from a sample of 239 female college internet student shoppers. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis are analyzed using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is significantly accepted. Second, trust and stickiness have a positive influence on the relationship commitment. Third, trust, stickiness, and relationship commitment have a positive impact on website loyalty. Forth, even if stickiness has no positive influence on website loyalty, it has a significant effect on website loyalty through the relationship commitment.

Study on the improvement of Search Engine Optimization

  • As the Internet is used as a major channel for marketing and sales, the top ranking of search engine results is becoming a key competitor among websites. Various methods exist to maintain the top ranking of websites in search engines, typically investing heavily in organic coding or search engine optimization. The purpose of this paper, we present the ranking by recognizing factors that should be removed as negative factors when designing a web page in consideration of website visibility (SEO) because if website visibility is not met, the ranking may fall behind or be completely removed from the search engine index. The experiments that recognized and ranked the negative factors of website visibility proposed in this paper were provided through theory and experiments based on the existing website visibility analysis model. The models analyzed in this paper, we expressed or quantified as scores based on the methodology of each model, and 10 items were selected as negative factors through experiments and ranked as high scores. Therefore, when designing a website, it should be considered that the website is not removed from the search engine index as it is designed by excluding high-ranking items, which are negative factors.

  • This study examines the scientific publications on website evaluation in hospitality and tourism from 2010 to 2023 through a systematic review and discusses implications for future research. The reviewed literature from publication years, journals, research methods, website-related stakeholders, context, various forms of Internet presence (Internet forms), and theories are analyzed to create a comprehensive website evaluation dimension. Furthermore, a conceptual framework is developed to show the relationship between the website characteristics, stakeholders-channels interaction, and stakeholders' reactions. The proposed website evaluation framework in hospitality and tourism synthesizes the existing knowledge, identifies gaps, and further advances our understanding of this research area.

가격비교사이트 평가기준의 중요도와 만족도 분석 (Perceived Importance and Satisfaction of Evaluation Criteria of the Price Comparison Website)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the criteria of evaluating a price-comparison website, and to investigate the consumers' perceived importance and satisfaction of each criterion. Also, it compared both the importance and satisfaction levels based on consumers' socio-economic and Internet-usage characteristics. Data for this study came from a questionnaire completed by consumers (n=417), who had used the price-comparison website, and were analyzed through factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the evaluation criteria of the price-comparison website were categorized into five variety of information, accuracy, convenience, credibility, and the website system. Second, convenience of searching information was seen by consumers as both the most important and most satisfactory criterion. Variety of information was also considered important. For most of the evaluation criteria, the level of consumers' satisfaction was significantly lower than the level of consumers' recognized importance. Third, consumers in their 20s, students, and housewives were less likely to be satisfied by the price-comparison website overall. Older people were less likely to be satisfied with the convenience of the website, and the higher-income group was less likely to be satisfied with the variety of information on hand.

여행사 웹사이트 품질이 고객만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Travel Agency's Website Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 여행사 웹사이트 품질, 고객만족, 그리고 재구매 의도 간 영향관계를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 최근 일 년 이내 여행사의 웹사이트를 통해 여행상품을 구입한 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 결과는 여행사 웹사이트의 디자인 품질, 서비스품질, 그리고 정보 품질은 고객만족 및 재구매 의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 가지는 것으로 증명되었다. 한편 여행사 웹사이트의 품질의 구성요소 중 정보 품질이 고객만족과 재구매 의도에 가장 중요한 요소로 밝혀졌으며, 다음으로 서비스 품질, 디자인 품질 순으로 나타났다.

온라인 의류쇼핑에서 정보부하와 정보품질의 역할 (The Roles of Information Load and Information Quality in Online Apparel Shopping)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 의류 쇼핑환경에서 정보부하가 정보품질지각과 웹사이트 품질지각에 미치는 영향과 정보품질지각과 웹사이트 품질지각, 소비자 행동 의도 간의 관계에 관하여 조사하는데 있다. 정보부하이론은 본 연구의 이론적 틀을 제공하였으며, 가상의 의류 웹사이트를 이용한 온라인 실험을 실시하였다. 총 647명의 응답이 연구 결과 분석에 사용되었다. 연구모형은 MANOVA와 SEM으로 분석하였다. MANOVA 결과는 정보부하가 정보품질지각과 웹사이트 품질지각에 미치는 영향을 지지하였다. 중간 정도의 정보부하가 주어졌을 때가 높은 정도 혹은 낮은 정도의 정보부하가 주어졌을 때 보다 소비자는 가장 높은 정보품질과 웹사이트품질을 지각하였다. SEM 분석 결과 정보품질지각이 높을수록 웹사이트 품질지각이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 웹사이트 품질지각이 높은 경우 긍정적인 구전을 하며 더 많은 돈을 지불할 의사가 있었고, 다른 웹사이트로 바꿀 의사가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 의류 소매상 및 웹사이트 디자이너는 정보부하의 중요성을 인식하고, 웹사이트에서 제공하는 정보의 양과 품질을 적절히 조절하여야 할 것이다.

검색엔진 최적화를 위한 웹사이트 가시성 분석에 관한 연구 (Study on Analysis of Website Visibiliy for Search Engine Optimization)

  • 인터넷이 주요 마케팅과 영업의 통로로 사용됨에 따라 검색 엔진 결과의 상위 순위가 웹 사이트들 사이의 핵심경쟁대상이 되어가고 있다. 검색엔진에서 웹사이트의 상위 순위를 유지하기 위해 다양한 방법이 존재하며 일반적으로 유기적인 코딩이나 검색엔진 최적화에 많은 비용을 투자한다. 본 논문의 목적은 웹사이트 가시성을 충족하지 못할 경우 검색엔진색인에서 순위가 뒤떨어지거나 완전히 제거될 수 있기 때문에 검색엔진 최적화(Serch Engine Optimization : SEO)를 위해 웹사이트 가시성을 고려하여 웹페이지를 설계할 때 부정적 요소로써 제거되어져야 할 요인들을 인식하여 순위를 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 웹사이트 가시성의 부정적 요인을 인식하고 순위를 결정한 실험은 기존의 웹사이트 가시성 분석 모델을 기반으로 이론과 실험을 통해 제공되어졌다. 본 논문에서 분석된 모델들은 각 모델의 방법론을 기반으로 점수로 표현되거나 계량화되었으며 실험을 통해 부정적 요인으로 10개의 항목이 선정되어 높은 점수로 순위가 결정되었다. 따라서 웹사이트를 설계할 때 부정적인 요인들인 높은 순위의 항목들을 배제하여 설계함에 따라 웹사이트가 검색엔진 색인 대상에서 제거되지 않도록 고려되어져야 한다.
