Authorship Attribution of Web Texts with Korean Language Applying Deep Learning Method (딥러닝을 활용한 웹 텍스트 저자의 남녀 구분 및 연령 판별 : SNS 사용자를 중심으로)

  • According to rapid development of technology, web text is growing explosively and attracting many fields as substitution for survey. The user of Facebook is reaching up to 113 million people per month, Twitter is used in various institution or company as a behavioral analysis tool. However, many research has focused on meaning of the text itself. And there is a lack of study for text's creation subject. Therefore, this research consists of sex/age text classification with by using 20,187 Facebook users' posts that reveal the sex and age of the writer. This research utilized Convolution Neural Networks, a type of deep learning algorithms which came into the spotlight as a recent image classifier in web text analyzing. The following result assured with 92% of accuracy for possibility as a text classifier. Also, this research was minimizing the Korean morpheme analysis and it was conducted using a Korean web text to Authorship Attribution. Based on these feature, this study can develop users' multiple capacity such as web text management information resource for worker, non-grammatical analyzing system for researchers. Thus, this study proposes a new method for web text analysis.

  • The availability of technology and the abundance of experts in universities create an ample opportunity to provide a venue that allows a knowledge seeker to easily connect with and request advice from university experts. On the other hand, outsourcing provides opportunities and remains one of the emerging trends in organizations, and can very clearly observed in the Philippines. This paper describes the development of a reliable web-based approach to Knowledge Product Outsourcing (KPO) services in the Silliman Online University Learning system. The system is called an "e-Knowledge Box."It integrates Web 2.0 technologies and mechanisms, such as instant messaging, private messaging, document forwarding, video conferencing, online payments, net meetings, and social collaboration together into one system. Among the tools used are WAMP Server 2.0, PHP, BlabIM, Wordpress 3.0, Video Whisper, Red5, Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, and Virtual Box. The proposed system is integrated with the search engine in URLs, Web feeds, email links, social bookmarking, search engine sitemaps, and Web Analytics Direct Visitor Reports. The site demonstrates great web usability and has an excellent rating in functionality, language and content, online help and user guides, system and user feedback, consistency, and architectural and visual clarity. Likewise, the site was was rated as being very good for the following items: navigation navigation, user control, and error prevention and correction.

  • Internet makes it possible to access anytime, anywhere learning and so many LMS(Learning Management Systems) serve web based learning. But LMS has not flexible and qualified metadata to offer customired teaming. So we need extensible and flexible techniques which make if possible to define and share advanced teaming metadata. This paper presents an approach for implementing advanced learning metadata in LMS using RDF and the Semantic Web language. So we will first sketch the learning scenario in Semantic Web environment and structure of metadata management. Next we suggest two types of RDF authoring tool and search RDF documents. Advanced metadata management techniques enables the organization of learning materials around small pieces of semantically annotated learning objects. With these metadata learner can customize learning courses, improve retrieval performances.

  • WBI (Web-Based Instruction), a web-based tool for teaching the students at a long distance, makes possible to Interact between learners and instructors, provides a wide variety of learning materials, has an advantage of overcoming spatial constraints. In this paper, as a model of using the web for education, a web-based education-evaluation system has been designed and implemented. Web-based education-evaluation system has to be equipped with both of the online setting question mode and the upload setting question mode, the former makes questions on web and the latter uploads the setted questions on offline with settling a defeat of the existing systems on setting questions. And the system has to be equipped with the function of analyzing the questions that gives teacher several kinds of analysis information and makes possible to feedback to questions by adjusting the difficulty and revising the questions. In this paper, a system that reflects the above requirements has been designed and implemented with PHP script language and MySQL database system.

  • According to the appearance of various virtual websites using multimedia technologies for engineering education, the internet applications in engineering education have drawn much interests. But unidirectional communication, simple text/image based webpages and tedious learning process without motivation etc. have made the lowering of educational efficiency in cyberspace. Thus, to cope with these difficulties this paper presents a web-based educational Flash movies based on ActionScript language for understanding the principles of the computer system architecture. The proposed Flash movies provides the improved learning methods which can enhance the interests of learners. The results of this paper can be widely used to improve the efficiency of cyberlectures in the cyber university. Several sample Flash movies are illustrated to show the validity of the proposed learning method.

  • This paper discusses the interacting mobile robots for tele-operation system using the world wide web. In multi-agent and web-based teleoperation environment the problem of communication delay must be solved for the efficient and robust control of the system. The standard graphic user interface(GUI)is implemented using Java Programing language. The web browser is used to integrate the virtual environment and the standard GUI(Java applet) in a single user interface. Users can access a dedicated WWWserver and download the user interface. Reinforcement learning is applied to indirect control in order to autonomously operate without the need of human intervention.   • In this paper, a system configuration method that can practice Linux-based programming language online is presented. The proposed system utilizes the web-server function, which is the biggest feature of the Linux operating system, and simulates the telnet and FTP functions without firewalls or other security restrictions, so that it is possible to practice similar to the actual Linux console. To do this, we analyzed the functional elements that a programming tool should have on the web and established an algorithm to implement it. In particular, a method was implemented in which an error message caused by a user's mistake can appear in the same form as the actual telnet screen. As a result of using the implemented learning system in the class for students, it is possible to practice the Linux programming language online, as well as the instructor can directly check and guide all the learners, so the learner's satisfaction is similar to that of the offline class was confirmed.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented a preliminary system of web-based real-time interactive courseware on a RealServer System by using webcasting streaming technology and Javascript language to increase of learning effects and its efficiency. From the experiments, it is known that internet service suppliers and client users could interact with each other efficiently in real-time through the implemented courseware.

Automatic semantic annotation of web documents by SVM machine learning (SVM 기계학습을 이용한 웹문서의 자동 의미 태깅)

  • This paper is about an system which can perform automatic semantic annotation to actualize "Semantic Web." Since it is impossible to tag numerous documents manually in the web, it is necessary to gather large Korean web documents as training data, and extract features by using natural language techniques and a thesaurus. After doing these, we constructed concept classifiers through the SVM (support vector machine) teaming algorithm. According to the characteristics of Korean language, morphological analysis and syntax analysis were used in this system to extract feature information. Based on these analyses, the concept code is mapped with Kadokawa thesaurus, which made it possible to map similar words and phrase to one concept code, to make training vectors. This contributed to rise the recall of our system. Results of the experiment show the system has a some possibility of semantic annotation.
