In the advent of the twenty-first century, human beings began to closely interact with technology. Today, technology is developing, and as a result, the world wide web (www) has a very important place on the Internet and the significant task is fulfilled by Web services. A lot of Web services are available on the Internet and, therefore, it is difficult to find matching Web services among the available Web services. The recommendation systems can help in fixing this problem. In this paper, our observation was based on the recommended method such as the collaborative filtering (CF) technique which faces some failure from the data sparsity and the cold-start problems. To overcome these problems, we first applied an ontology-based clustering and then the k-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithm for each separate cluster group that effectively increased the data density using the past user interests. Then, user ratings were predicted based on the model-based approach, such as singular value decomposition (SVD) and the predictions used for the recommendation. The evaluation results showed that our proposed approach has a less prediction error rate with high accuracy after analyzing the existing recommendation methods.

This paper proposes 2 problems of Internet Marketing. Firstly, nowadays many people are aware of Web Service and the services that are available in cyberspace. However they are not fully aware of the concepts and range of Web Services. Secondly, most of the research of Internet Marketing focuses on the service quality of cyber shopping using SERVQUAL in relationship to service quality of shopping malls. Therefore they have a lot of limitations because they do not understand all the media characteristics of Internet. Basically the Internet has service parts and also has characteristics of new advertising. But many research papers do not consider these respects. The purpose of this paper is to study of the effects of Web Service Quality on Internet Commerce Transactions. To accomplish the purpose of this paper effectively, theoretical background of web services was reviewed briefly. We defined Web Services and categorized them. We found that the components of Web Service Quality are Information Providing Service Quality and Advertising Service Quality. Factor analysis is conducted according to the dimensions of each component. We conducted Path analysis how these components affect buyers'attitude and buyers'attitude affect revisit intentions and buyer intentions. The results show that strategies of cycler brand construction are better than strategies of selling to web surfers. The strategies of cyber brand construction are related to buying in that customers increase their visits to the entrepreneur's Web site and this increases the loyalty to that site therefore this is related to buying habits.

인터넷의 대중화로 웹에 대한 의존도가 높아지고 사용자가 증가로 인하여 웹 서비스 성능과 커뮤니케이션의 보안 문제가 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 기존의 웹 서비스 기술은 동시 클라이언트 개수의 제한과 서버 처리량의 감소 그리고 평균 응답 시간을 증가시켜 웹 어플리케이션 서버의 성능을 감소시킨다. 그리고 커뮤니케이션 보안을 위한 메시지 암호화 작업과 초기 handshake 비용은 연결에 필요한 계산 시간을 증가시켜 전송 속도와 서버 성능을 감소시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보안 요구사항을 만족하고 동시에 웹 서비스를 위하여 서버의 과부하를 개선하고 웹 서버 아키텍처의 신뢰성과 안전성을 위하여 타원곡선 암호화(ECC) 알고리즘을 이용하여 암호화 처리를 수행하고, 향상된 성능과 지연처리에 필요한 기술을 제공하는 개선된 모바일 웹 서버를 제안한다.

불안정한 연결성 및 빈번한 컨텍스트 변화 등은 모바일 환경에서 웹 서비스를 제공하는데 많은 문제점을 야기시킨다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 사용자에게 지속적으로 서비스 제공이 가능한 디바이스로의 웹 서비스 이동이 필수적이다. 그러나 모바일 디바이스에서의 웹 서비스 이동, 복제, 그리고 호스팅에 관한 연구는 아직 초기단계에 불과하다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서의 웹 서비스 이동을 위하여 경량의 웹 서비스 프레임웍과 함께 효과적인 이동정책 수립기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 WS-Policy를 기반으로 다양한 컨텍스트 정보를 기술할 수 있는 스키마를 정의하고, 이를 사용하여 이동정책을 수립한다. 특히, 제안된 스키마는 서비스 제공자의 요구사항을 자유롭게 표현하기 위하여 확장 가능하도록 설계되었다. 이동정책의 유효성을 검증하기 위하여, 제안된 방법을 모바일 웹 서비스 프레임웍에 적용한 결과, 웹 서비스 이동을 통한 연속적인 서비스의 제공이 가능함을 보였다.

As there are needs to search the Web information via wire or wireless telephones, VoiceXML forum was established to develop and promote the Voice eXtensible Markup Language (VoiceXML). VoiceXML simplifies the creation of personalized interactive voice response services on the Web, and allows voice and phone access to information on Web sites, call center databases. Also, it can utilize the Web-based technologies, such as CGI(Common Gateway Interface) scripts. In this paper, we have developed the voice portal service platform based on VoiceXML called TeleGateway. It enables integration of voice services with data services using the Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-To-Speech (TTS) engines. Also, we have showed the various services on voice portal services.

We present the current operation status of StarDB web services by showing its user access statistics. The StarDB web services started its operation in late November, allowing world-wide users to access results of new variability analysis for Northern Sky Variability Survey light curves. New analysis results of various time-series data have been added to the StarDB services. Importantly, our services have supported a simple cone search, which is an internationally well-defined catalog search interface in the international Virtual Observatory systems. We have collected user access statistics such as how users find our analysis data since its operation in later November. We expect our analysis of the StarDB operation to help Korean community members who plan and operate their own web services preparing for a future era of big survey data.

Recently, there has been rising concerns to integrate and connect a developed spatial information services without consideration of location in the heterogeneous distributed environment. The Open GIS Consortium provides system architecture model related to open web service for spatial information. This paper discusses the issues related to the web service framework for spatial information services using standards of Open GIS Consortium. In particular, we concentrate upon the WRS that support the runtime discovery and evaluation of resources. The technology for integration of spatial information services is expected to get synergy effect and overcomes limit of individual development of each spatial information technology. Also this system provides the interoperability and the reusability and prevents the duplication development of system.

Recent advances in medical science have made people live longer, which has affected many aspects of life, such as caregiver burden, increasing cost of healthcare, increasing number of disabled and depressive disorder persons, and so on. Researchers are now focused on elderly living assistance services in smart home environments. In recent years, assisted living technologies have rapidly grown due to a faster growing aging society. Many smart devices are now interconnected within the home network environment and such a home setup supports collaborations between those devices based on the Internet of Things (IoT). One of the major challenges in providing elderly living assistance services is to consider each individual's requirements of different needs. In order to solve this, the virtualization of physical things, as well as the collaboration and composition of services provided by these physical things should be considered. In order to meet these challenges, Web of Objects (WoO) focuses on the implementation aspects of IoT to bring the assorted real world objects with the web applications. We proposed a semantic modelling technique for manual and semi-automated service composition. The aim of this work is to propose a framework to enable RESTful web services composition using semantic ontology for elderly living assistance services creation in WoO based smart home environment.

웹의 이용이 급속하게 증가함에 따라, 웹 기반의 어플리케이션 대 어플리케이션간의 상호작용을 체계적으로 지원하는 적절한 모형과 새로운 분산 플랫폼을 기존 환경들과 효율적으로 통합할 수 있는 방안에 대한 요구가 발생하였으며 이에 대한 해결책으로 웹 서비스가 등장하였다. 현재 많은 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 업체들이 웹 서비스를 시장에 도입하려 하는 적극적인 시도를 보이고 있으며 어플리케이션들을 다양한 웹 서비스 제공자들로부터의 컴포넌트를 조합하여 구축하려 하고 있다. 하지만 웹 서비스를 완벽히 이행하기 위해서는 반드시 상호 운용되어야 하며 다른 업체들로부터의 서비스뿐만 아니라 플랫폼, 어플리케이션과 프로그래밍 언어에 종속되지 않도록 하는 일련의 표준화 작업이 필요하다. 이에 웹 서비스 상호 운용성 표준화 기구인 WS-I(Web Services Interoperability Organization)에서는 XML, UDDI, WSDL 그리고 SOAP을 기본으로 웹 서비스 상호운용을 위한 표준인 기본 프로파일(Basic Profile 1.0)을 제정하였으며 실제 적용하기 위한 웹 서비스 사용자 시나리오의 프로파일을 개발하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이질적인 두 어플리케이션간의 웹 서비스 상호 운용의 적합성을 검증하기 위하여 도서 정보 검색 웹 서비스를 J2SE 플랫폼의 웹 서비스 글라이언트와 .NET 플랫폼의 웹 서비스 서버를 기반으로 각각 설계 및 구현하고 서로 서비스가 이루어지도록 하여 이질적인 두 플랫폼 사이에서 상호 운용이 가능하다는 것을 보이며 두 어플리케이션 간의 전송 서비스를 WS-I 기본 프로파일을 적용하여 테스트 및 검증하였다.조건으로 혼합한 실험구를 설정하였다. 실험구는 각각 NWT＋35‰, CWT＋35‰, NWT＋15‰, NWT＋15‰, NWT＋35‰＋Anes., CWT+35‰＋Anes., NWT＋15‰+Anes. 및 CWT+15‰＋Anes.의 8개 실험구를 2반복으로 설정하여 경북울진∼부산까지 약 400 km (6시간)를 차량수송하였다. 수송용기는 스티로폼상자(66×42×20 cnn)로서, 여기에 해수 3 L와 액화산소를 넣은 비닐봉지에 넙치 8마리씩 수용하여 수송하였다. 혈액의 성상 및 분석항목은 수송전ㆍ후에 채혈하여 비교하였다. 수송전 hematocrit는 22.2±3.8%에서 수송후 NWT＋35‰에서 15.3＋3.9%, CWT＋35‰은 16.7±3.0%, NWT+15‰구에서는 19.2±1.8%로 낮아졌으며, CWT+15‰구는 20.9±3.6%로 수송전과 차이가 없었다. 한편 NWT＋15‰＋Anes.구는 17.8±0.9%, CWT＋15‰＋Anes.구는 14.5±1.5%로 낮아졌다. Cortisol은 수송전 2.4±0.1 ng/ml로부터 CWT＋35‰구는 16.7±12.8 ng/ml, NWT＋35‰구는 47.9＋19.8 ng/ml, NWT＋15‰구는 43.5±13.9 ng/ml, CWT＋15‰구는 26.1±8.3 ng/ml, NWT＋15‰+Anes.구는 61.7±3.3 ng/ml, CWT+15‰+Anes.구는 86.1±19.0 ng/ml로 높아졌다. Glucose는 수송전 74.2±32.6 mg/dl로부터 NWT＋35‰구는 197.9±27.5 mg/dl, CWT＋35‰구도 272.1±29.9 mg/dl로 유의하게 높아졌다. Na/sup +/의 수송전 농도는 16

Spatial information has recently been recognized as one of the major subjects of interest in information technology. With increasing variety and quantity of spatial data on the web, searching and maintaining these data are becoming a much focussed area of research. Interoperability is the key technology in solving the complexities of spatial data in web services. The problem of maintenance and searching of spatial data in an interoperable web service environment can be solved by establishing standardized metadata of spatial information. Then using the standardized metadata, catalog web services can be deployed for autonomous searching and binding of spatial data. This study investigates the international standard for spatial data metadata(ISO/TC211 19115) and deployed catalog web service based on this metadata. Various heterogeneous spatial data of Seoul Metropolitan region were then used for experimental implementation of catalog web service.
