As the networks (i.e., intranet and internet) proliferate all over the world, it is inevitable to move some (or all) of the enterprise activities into virtual spaces. Differently from business data, product data have complex semantics and thus are not properly exchanged among different application programs. Even though some neutral formats of product data have been developed by standard organizations, translating them among various application programs still needs the comprehensive understanding of the complex semantics. Recently, it is widely recognized that capturing more knowledge is the next step In overcome the current difficulties on sharing product data. In this paper, we present Web-based knowledge management that facilitates seamless sharing of product data among various application programs in virtual enterprises. Three types of knowledge are managed by the knowledge management system - metadata, ontology, and mapping. In this environment, we consider both business applications (e.g., ERP, SCM, and EDI System) and engineering applications (e.g., CAD and CAM system).

Nowadays, internet or web is popularized in society. So, intranet or inside computation environment of business has been changed a web based open system. Client and Server system that has been used core technique for enterprise information system several years is developing e-business system that perform a business in web based. Because, internet is extension of a whole field like business or information technology Therefore we understand a meaning of e-business and ERP system that a form of e-business system. Then we realize problem of existing system and study a technology for complement of system. Finally, we propose a proper model for e-business system and develop an example.

많은 중소기업들이 업무를 진행하는데에 있어서 수기로서 작업을 하기도 하고 아니면 간단한 프로그램를 사용하든지 아니면 중소기업형 ERP를 사용하기도 한다. HomePage의 경우에도 있는 경우도 있고 존재하지 않는 경우도 있다. 더구나 WEB으로 업무를 처리하는경우는 상당히 미흡하다. 개발을 하려고 하여도 WEB 기반으로 프로그램을 개발하는데는 Servlet 기반의 방식이 대다수 이다. 이 방식은 중소기업에서 개발하기에는 너무나 많은 개발비용과 유지비용이 들게되고 또한 네트워크 환경의 열악성 때문에 투자대비 효과를 얻기가 힘들다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 Applet을 이용하여 중소기업업무 프로그램을 WEB 기반으로 구축하여 자료의 사용을 Internet 또는 Intranet등에서 가능하게 하고 네트워크의 영향역시 AWT기반으로 Applet으로 제작하여 만들어지는 파일의 크기를 작게 구현해서 네트워크의 영향을 최소화 하게 구현을 하고, 프로그램을 클래스화시켜 재사용이 가능하게 하여 개발기간의 단축과 유지보수를 용이하게 하여 비용을 줄이도록 한다.

세계시장은 급변하고 있으며 이에 따라 기업에게 고품질의 서비스를 고객에게 신속하게 제공할 것을 요구하고 있다. 기업은 이를 위해서 급변하는 경영환경을 정확하게 예측하고 신속하게 대응하기 위한 경영정보시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문은 대표적인 ERP 시스템인 SAP R/3 시스템과 자재관리 모듈의 특징과 구성을 소개하였고, "W"사의 구축사례를 바탕으로 자재관리 모듈의 효율적 사용을 위한 웹기반 시스템을 연구하였다.

현재 어느 기업이든 업무 환경을 e-Transformation하는 쪽에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 이의 성과는 곧 기업의 경쟁력 제고와 밀접한 관계에 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 건설산업에 있어서도 예외일 수 없으며 오히려 국내외 현장에서 Business가 이루어지는 건설산업에서는 더욱 업무환경을 e-Transformation화하는 것이 필요한 상태이다. 그러나 많은 기업들의 노력에도 불구하고 If의 실제적 가시효과는 크지 않은 것이 현실이며 Best Practice도 국내외의으로 많지 않고 이에 따라 건설업에서의 17 활용 수준은 매우 미미한 상태이다. 국내외에 널리 알려진 ERP Package도 국내의 건설 업무 Process에 최적으로 적용할 수 있는 Solution은 없어 많은 기업에서 IT 적용의 방향 수립을 제대로 못하고 있는 상황이다: LG건설은 이러한 건설환경에서 IT를 활용하여 모든 업무를 공사과 손익이 연결된 사업관리를 이루고 언제 어디서든지 IT를 활용한 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 통합정보시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있으며 현재 많은 성과를 거두고 있다. 또한 핵심 기술에 대하여는 정보화 사업 전략하에 건설업계에서는 드물게 정보화 사업도 추진 중에 있으며 이러한 성공사례를 공유하고자 한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 기업 활동이 점차로 넘어지면서, 동적이면서 실시간의 데이터를 제공하기 위하여 거미줄처럼 여러 개의 시스템이 연계되기도 하고, ERP, CRM, EAI등으로 기업 내 Application을 통합하기도 한다. Backend System의 통합으로 얻을 수 있는 기대효과에 맞서서 이의 인터넷 서비스 위험은 더 커져 정보 보안 문제가 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 사용자의 정보를 안전하게 보호하고, 여러 가지 보안 문제를 해결할 수 있는 안전한 애플리케이션 보안 구조에 대한 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하였다. 기업의 웹 서비스는 B2B 와 B2E 로 구분되는 데, 특히 B2B 거래 시의 법적 증명력을 가지기 위한 전자 거래 법 규정에 따른 정보 시스템의 보안 구성 요건을 철저히 분석하여, 시스템 구현에 적용하였다. 아울러 향후 기업의 웹 기반 애플리케이션 시스템 보안 구조의 발전방향을 살펴보면서 웹 기반 정보 시스템의 보안 환경을 검토하거나, 추진할 때 도움이 될 수 있고자 한다.

이윤추구를 목표로 하는 기업의 모든 활동에는 매출, 매입 등의 다양한 정보가 지속적으로 발생한다. 이렇게 생성된 정보는 CEO에게 작게는 영업사원의 실적을 평가하는 요소이며 크게는 전체적인 시장상황을 직시할 수 있는 신뢰 높은 데이터가 되므로 효율적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 급변하는 시장 속에서도 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 영업 전략을 수립하고, 근태관리프로세스를 통한 각 사원의 회사에 대한 기여도를 체크 하는 등 CEO가 전반적인 기업운영을 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 하며, 각 사원이 자신의 영업이익과 거래처에 대한 신뢰도를 평가 할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 온라인을 기반으로 데이터가 실시간으로 공유될 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 각 사원이 갖는 권한에 따라 정보열람이 제한 되도록 하였다.

최근의 웹환경은 닷넷과 자바로 양분되어 있다. 닷넷은 웹환경에서 원격의 객체를 호출하는 방법으로서 리모팅이라는 기술이 있다. 리모팅 기술 방식은 HTTP(Hypertext Transport Protocol)환경에서 데이터를 주고받는 원격호출의 한 형태로 SOAP(Simple Object Application Protocol)형태의 확장기술이다. 본 연구는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)와 같은 잡한 업무의 웹프로그램에서 많이 사용하는 닷넷 리모팅 기술에서 ERP에 최적화한 응용계층 보안 적용, 리모팅 모듈과 암호화 모듈에서 중복되어 발생하는 직렬화 작업제거, 닷넷에서 사용되는 데이터 객체에 불필요한 데이터 제거를 통해 성능을 향상시키는 보안모듈 적용 방법을 제시하였다. 제시한 방법은 구현 및 실험을 통해 일반적인 보안적용에서 보다 약 2배의 속도 향상이 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 이와 관련된 컴포넌트 기반의 프레임워크 연구를 통해 편리한 개발자 환경 제공이 필요하다.

The challenges facing manufacturing companies today span across the industry, independent of company size or product. Especially, big manufacturers must overcome these challenges, and information technology (IT) collaboration with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will play a major role in this effort. In this research, the strategy and way to promote IT collaboration between SMEs and large firms in heavy industries are proposed. A pre-consultation was performed to derive the strategy and way for the collaboration, and an IT collaboration system was developed reflection the results of pre-consultation. The IT collaboration system consists of two parts. One is ERP based on BPM for SMEs to standardize and visualize the entire business process from order placement to release. This system also provides their parent company with visibility into the status of orders and user can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. The other is interface part for data changes between large firms and SMEs. Thus far, this paper demonstrates the importance of strategy for the collaboration, and the applicability of IT collaboration system to elevate the speed and efficiency of business.

This study developed the ISM (Electronic Store Success Model) by basing upon the revised D&M IS Success Model and reflecting the characteristics of marketing and e business. The theoretical rationale of this model was as following : 1) Though the revised D&M IS Success Model (2002) must be more logical and complete model than the original D&M IS Success Model (1992), it did not reflect characteristics of marketing and e business. 2) In the marketing studios, Service Quality has been suggested as one of basic strategies for success. 3) In e business studies, Trust has been emerging as a potentially important antecedent of e loyalty. 4) There has been a paradigm shift from satisfaction to loyalty in marketing emphasis. 5) Nowadays, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) has been pervaded in many organizations and has supported PCA (Profit Center Accounting) or Channel based Accounting, so it has not been difficult to evaluate financial performance of Electronic Store. The ESM that has six dimensions (System Quality, information Quality. Service Quality, Trust, Loyalty, Financial Performance) and expresses the causal relationship among them was proposed and was compared with BSC (Balanced Scorecard), WebQual, and EWAM (Extended Web Assessment Method). The results showed that the ESM coincides with BSC and contains dimensions of WebQual, and EWAM.
