21세기를 맞이하는 기업은 세계화와 국제화, 정보의 다양화 및 분산화, 제품수명주기의 단축과 수익률의 감소, 고품질의 제품, 지식산업의 등장, 고객 욕구의 증대 등 다양한 내 ${\cdot}$ 외적 환경변화에 대응해야 하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 끊임없이 기업의 변화능력을 확보해야 한다. 기업은 제품을 생산하여 판매하는 기업의 시스템 전체가 경쟁력을 갖추어 총체적 우위를 확보하고 고객의 기호와 감성에 호소하는 제품을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 필요로 하게 되었다. 즉, 시간과 서비스에 뒤진 고객지원체계는 기업의 성장에 절대적인 마이너스 요인이므로 고객 정보의 효율적 관리, 고객 요구에 대한 신속한 대응, 정기적 고객만족도 조사 등 고객이 원하는 것을 재빠르게 얻어낼 수 있는 고객 친밀형 정보시스템의 확립이 요구되는 것이다. 이를 해결해 줄 수 있는 새로운 경영정보시스템이 바로 WebERP인 것이다. WebERP는 기업의 원활한 자재, 구매활동을 위해 제안된 MRP에서 시작되었으며, 생산관리의 개념을 포함하고 있는 MRPII로 확대되었다가 다시 인사나 회계, 재무 등 조직이나 기업의 전업무영역을 수용하는 종합경영정보시스템으로 발전된 것이다. 현재는 전자상거래와 관련하여 WebERP의 필요성이 부각되었고, 모기업과 협력사간의 구매발주 및 납품관리를 확대시켜 소모성자재(MRO: Maintenance, Repair & Operation) 및 기타 공동구매서비스와 유사업종간의 그룹을 형성하여 ASP(Application Service Provider)의 공동 환경을 이용한 WebERP 환경을 이용한 WebERP활용이 현시점으로 적실히 필요한 것이다. 이는 중소기업들의 공동 협업체제를 도모하여 외세를 대비하는 응집력을 확고히 함으로써 집단체제의 e마켓플레이스 확립과 더불어 국제경쟁을 대비한 방안으로서 집단 공동의 웹환경 인프라가 필요한 것이다. 이러한 배경에서 ASP환경을 이용한 WebERP활용방안과 시스템 구축전략을 경남지역의 기계산업정보화사업단이 추진하는 일반기계, 전기기계, 금속기계, 수송기계, 정밀기계의 5개 업종을 4,877개 기업 대상으로 추진하고 있으며, 그 중 WebERP의 모델로서 2003년도까지 50개 기업을 선정하고, 이는 5개 업종 골고루 선정하여 적용과 표준화 모델로 전개해 나가는 것을 정리한 것이다.

현재 기업은 다양한 고객 요구사항을 충족시켜가면서 급속하게 발전하는 기술을 습득하고 발전과 경쟁력 확보를 위해, 협력 업체들과 연계관계를 유지하는 네트워크 형태의 공급사슬을 형성하고 있다. 공급사슬이 성공적으로 유지되기 위해서는 효율적인 정보교환이 필요한데, 기존의 EDI 시스템으로는 구축의 비용과 복잡성, 향후 발전방향에 불확실성 등의 문제점이 있기 때문에 SCM의 통합솔루션을 구축하기 위해서는 새로운 데이터 포맷이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 XML로 새로운 데이터 교환의 포맷을 정의하고, SCM 환경의 데이터 인터페이스 부분을 XML의 데이터베이스 스키마 정보를 이용하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 수주를 받고 다른 협력업체로 발주하는 시나리오는 다음과 같이 구성한다. 먼저 Web환경의 클라이언트에서 XML DOM객체를 이용하여 ADODB 서버로부터 XML 수주정보 파일을 생성하고, ERP 서버에서는 수주정보의 XML 파일을 ERP 서버에 저장한다. 저장된 수주정보를 이용하여 납기확약을 위한 생산계획과 구매계획을 세우고, 구매계획이 세워지면 다른 협력업체의 Web 서버로 발주정보를 보낸다.

Transfer of much informations or document necessitated between corporation or corporation and customer by fast growth of electronic commerce. So, it is acting by important success urea that make and manage standard of information in electronic commerce. It was work that work that make standard of information electron catalogue system or EDI environment is very difficult before XML comes out and expense costs much. But, it became easy that make standard of information by XML's entrance on the stage that have advantages of SGML and HTML Specially, it is very suitable that electronic commerce inflects XML as field that heterogeneous system exists and standardization is required urgently. That is, XML is big advantage in side that make out side that is and normalized document because store information in standard form that is applied well under heterogeneous system environment because do web environment by basis interface and can be used efficiently to transmit. Treatise that see hereupon could assume beforehand in browser control using XSLT. And using dynamic DLL XML catalogue edit system design and implementation.

It is one of the crucial components of electronic logistics systems to manage logistics information of cargos and transportation companies and to mediate appropriate brokerage between them. Due to the advance of e-Commerce technologies many kinds of logistics transactions can be handled by means of EDI or XML/EDI applications. but the brokering processing relies mostly on the traditional processes and the research in this field is still at the initial stage. In this paper we study a logistics brokering system for ships and cargos and describe the design and implementation of the system. We analyze the brokering constraints for logistics of cargos and ships and construct an optimization model for their brokering. We also suggest a brokering procedure and a simple heuristic algorithm with respect to the proposed matching criteria. The experimental result shows that the proposed greedy-based heuristic algorithm performs very well. In its response time the proposed algorithm executed within a couple of seconds independently of the number of cargos and the container capacities of ships. The output of the algorithm is very close to that of the optimal solution. showing higher than 95% of approximation. The proposed system is implemented for the Web environment using JSP and PL/SQL.

Globalization of the industry induces the internationalization of any given manufacturing company's supply chain. Development of e-Commerce and Information Technology (IT) changes the logistics structure, making logistics information systems essential. Web-based connectivity and supply chains based on new technologies are becoming essential in the logistics industry. Customers are driving the implementation of systems to ensure timely, thorough, and accurate information, often with immediate access; in response, the Internet has propagated tracking and tracing systems. Value-added services are the key to successful intermediary activities. The nationwide Integrated Logistics Information System (ILIS) aimed to utilize existing and future information infrastructure and knowledge bases to build an integrated logistics information network that would provide comprehensive logistics information services for shippers and carriers in order to improve the efficiency of both inventory and information flows in their supply chains. The ILIS, as one of the seven national information networks, has provided various services, particularly services related to import/export and clearance. Though a survey concerning logistics information services shows rather positive results, shippers and carriers still require better services and reductions in EDI prices. Therefore, the role of the ILIS needs to be re-defined. Short-term plans for the ILIS contain ICD services and XML/EDI services, which are described in detail.

The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) is the system that processes all of port management such as entry and departure of ships, using facilities within ports, port traffic control, cargo entering and carrying and tax collection in 31 trade ports over the whole country. Lately, The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) has been reformed as a WEB-based system and established basis to provide real time information support structure, diversification of civil complaint system, and optimized civil complaint service by using wire and wireless internet. The typical study on the Port Logistics Information System was C/S program and EDI-centered. But it has significance to study on service quality measurement of WEB Port-MIS that has been served as a new web-based platform since April 2010, for there was no such a study until now.

최근 정보기술, 정보통신기술등의 발달로 기존의 상거래 방식과는 많이 다른 방식의 거래가 이루어지고 있다. Electronic Commerce의 활성화는 가상상점(Electronic Shopping Mall), 전자지불체계 (Electronic Payment System), Web EDI 등 인터넷을 기반으로 한 전자적 경제활동을 다양하게 하였다. 이러한 EC의 한 패러다임으로 이동 상거래 방식이 등장하게 되었다. 이것이 개방 네트워크와 공중망을 통하여 이용자의 위치, 시간과 관계없이 텍스트, 음성, 화상의 디지털 데이터를 이용하여 기업 또는 개인의 상거래 활동을 정의하는 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce) 방식 중의 하나인 모빌커머스(Mobile Commerce)이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모빌커머스가 기존의 인터넷 비즈니스의 한 방향으로서 유, 무선 통신망을 이용한 자유스런 정보의 전달을 통한해 어떤 상거래를 구축하는 것이 성공할 수 있는 것인가 이해하고자 전자상거래에서의 모빌커머스 역할에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

When a receiver of ciphertext message can not decrypt a message because he has lost his private-key, the private-key of receiver and session-key of the message should be recovered. In this paper, we developed an Encapsulation based Key Recovery System (EKRS). EKRS is a new key encapsulation based key recovery system which is characterized by secretly choice of KRA, randomized target keys. n-way recovery type, and useful for commercial key recovery. EKRS is formally specified by a pictorial model, an Extended Cryptographic Timed Petri Net (ECTPN). Secure information flow and reachability of a session-key are verified by using reachability graph of ECTPN. EKRS, executing over a Public Key Infrastructure, can be used as a security solution in Web based applications such as CALS, EC an EDI.

Global e-SCM (electronic Supply Chain Management) has become an important business strategy in a rapidly changing global competition environment. It encompasses both domestic business and overseas business. Overseas business, including B2B and B2G, involves the complex trade procedures across countries. So, the standardization of electronic documents (messages) and business processes is one of critical factors for the successful implementation of global e-SCM. Without standardized messages and streamlined business processes, the benefits of global e-SCM would not be guaranteed because of human intervention like re-keying business data, which may create errors, delay processes, cause additional data or procedures, etc. Thus, this paper is to review the implementation challenges of Global e-SCM, to address the needs for electronic information flows through the standardization in electronic documents and business processes for fast and accurate trade transactions in the global supply chain activities, and to assert the importance of adoption of international standards.

최근 컴퓨팅 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 환경에서 네트워크 컴퓨팅 시대를 지나 인터넷 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래하고 있다. 인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템의 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷/익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 인터넷 환경에서의 기업과 소비자간 또는 기업과 기업간의 전자 거래 관련 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 기업과 기업간 전자 거래에 있어서 기업의 글로벌화를 통해 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 질적 향상을 추구할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한 웹 기반 전자 입찰 시스템을 구현하는데 있어서 클라이언트와 서버 및 데이터 베이스를 연동하기 위한 웹기술, 기업간의 문서 교환을 위한 XML/EDI 기술 및, 입찰과 계약과정, 조달과정에서 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 공개키 암호화 기술인 PKI 기반 구조의 인증 및 전자서명을 활용한 보안 기능을 설계한다.
