다조건 상품 검색을 지원하는 지능형 검색 시스템 (Intelligent Search System Providing The Various Conditional Product Search)

  • A cyber shopping mall is a place where consumers acquire the product information and make purchase decision in the cyber space. Even though there are many advantages over traditional malls, there are still several limitations to do shopping in an existing cyber mall. One of them is the absence of efficient search tool to handle various products specifications. Existing search systems usually support the "keyword search only" with limited product information. Consumers spend lots of their time and efforts in searching products and comparing them. Recently, some web sites provide the shopping mall comparison service that supports the additional search conditions such as price and maker. These services improve the situation but it is not still acceptable. In this paper, we propose an intelligent product search system based on a mediator which supports various conditional search for each product. Our system provides consumers with search results that satisfy purchase specifications. Our system is implemented in Visual basic and pert and experimental results show satisfactory performance.

  • To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. This paper deals with an intelligent agent approach to incorporate customer's sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in on-line shopping mall. In this paper the focus of interest is on-line recommendation service algorithm for development of Human Sensibility based web agent system. The recommendation agent system composed of seven services including specialized algorithm. The on-line recommendation service algorithm use human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system's behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction (e.g., identifying the customer's emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog). Most of the present shopping malls go through the catalog of goods, but the future shopping malls will have the form of intelligent shopping malls by applying the on-line recommendation service algorithm.

소셜쇼핑의 특징이 고객만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Customer Satisfaction and Re-Purchase Intention on Characteristics of Social Shopping)

  • 본 연구는 소셜커머스 중 하나인 소셜쇼핑을 재정의하고, 온라인쇼핑몰, 오픈마켓 관련 선행연구 고찰에 의거하여 도출한 소셜쇼핑의 특징이 고객만족과 재구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 구조방정식 모형을 통해 도출된 연구결과를 살펴보면, 편리성, 오락성, 상호작용성은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 보안, 신뢰성, 다양성은 만족에 유의한 영향을 주고 있지 않았다. 고객의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보면 소셜쇼핑은 일반 온라인 쇼핑몰과는 다르게 사이트에서 보고 즐기고 가격도 비교해보는 시간 자체에서 만족감을 느낀다고 볼 수 있다. 즉, 소셜쇼핑의 방문 목적은 구매자체가 아닌 일종의 커뮤니티 및 쇼핑이 어우러진 공간의 개념이라고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 소셜쇼핑 실무에서 사용할 수 있는 마케팅 측면의 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

  • Web information systems have been utilized extensively over the past decade. The Internet allows for the entire sales cycle to be conducted on one medium, nearly instantaneously. From making the consumer aware of the product to providing additional information to transacting the final purchase, the Internet can accomplish them all. The Internet is like one big point-of-sales display, with easy access to products and the ability for impulse shopping. Here, we point out different aspects of information technology (IT) in marketing. Consequently, we propose two frameworks as decision aids in web-based marketing environment.

  • Web science, a general discipline of learning is presently at high demand of expertise with ideas to develop software-based WebApps and MobileApps to facilitate user or customer demand e.g. shopping etc. electronically with the access at their smartphones benefitting the business enterprise as well. A worldwide-computerized reservation network is used as a single point of access for reserving airline seats, hotel rooms, rental cars, and other travel related items directly or via web-based travel agents or via online reservation sites with the advent of social-web, e-commerce, e-business, from anywhere-on-earth (AoE). This results in the accumulation of large and diverse distributed databases known as big data. This paper describes a novel intelligent web-based electronic booking framework for e-business with distributed computing and data mining support with the detail of e-business system flow for e-Booking application architecture design using the approaches for distributed computing and data mining tools support. Further, the importance of business intelligence and data analytics with issues and challenges are also discussed.

  • 상품추천시스템은 고객들에게 추천 상품 리스트를 만들어 고객들이 구매 가능성이 있는 상품을 쉽게 찾도록 도와주는 개인화 된 정보필터링 기술이다 협업 필터링(collaborative filtering)이 가장 성공적인 상품추천 기법으로 알려져 있으며 많이 이용되고 있다. 그러나, 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 관리하는 상품과 고객의 수가 급속히 증가하면서 협업필터링에 기반 한 상품추천 시스템은 입력데이터의 희박성(Sparsity) 문제와 시스템 확장성(Scalability) 문제가 노출되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 협업필터링 기반 상품추천시스템의 상품추천 효과 및 성능을 개선하기 위해 웹 마이닝과 군집분석 기법에 기반을 둔 개인별 상품추천 방법론을 개발한다. 또한 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 개인별로 상품을 추천할 때 개발된 상품추천 방법론을 적용하여 다른 기존 상품추천 방법론과 실험적으로 비교함으로써 개발 방법론의 효과 및 성능을 검증한다.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 사업자신원정보 구조화 방안 (An Approach to Structuralizing Business Information for Internet Shopping Malls)

  • 온라인 쇼핑이 증가하고 있는 가운데, 우리나라는 "전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률"로 사업자신원 정보의 기재를 의무화하고 있다. 인터넷쇼핑몰들은 대부분 홈페이지 하단에 반구조적인 형태로 사업자신원정보를 기재하고 있으나, 기재항목과 표현형식이 구조화되어 있지 않아 사업자의 신원파악이 어렵기 때문에 소비자의 신뢰도에 나뿐 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 사업자신원정보를 정확하게 표현하는 세 가지 구조화 방안 -HTML기반 구조, XML기반 구조, XML data island기반 구조 - 을 제시하고 비교하였으며, HTML기반구조와 XML data island 기반구조의 추출성능을 실험으로 비교하였다. 60개의 인터넷쇼핑몰 표본에 대해 실험결과, XML data island 기반구조는 사업자신원정보 추출시간이 웹문서의 크기와는 관계가 없으나, HTML기반구조는 웹문서의 크기에 비례하였다. 또한, 평균 추출시간을 비교한 결과 XML data island 기반구조가 HTML기반구조보다 정보 추출면에서 더 효율적이며 효과적임을 검정하였다.적임을 검정하였다.

Analysis and Prototype Design for Price Comparison in China and Korea

  • Korea-China with the fastest speed Internet Broad Band, has achieved many progresses on Internet shopping. Especially, Korea has made a great effort on comparison website construction. A research prototype design and exploratory analysis are presented to assess success factors and impacts of Korea and China price comparison websites. For different user groups, the relationships between the characteristics of technology and tasks, usage, and organizational impacts were analysed. It shows us how to improve the applicability of fit-viability of the price comparison web sites in China after analysis. These results indicate a need for simple but highly functional price comparison applications. And we designed a sample model to include an interactive web service system for price comparison sites that complement existing information systems. This paper provides a basis for further research aiming to improve the design and management of business applications based on emerging technologies of web service and browser for information management.

전자메일 분류를 위한 나이브 베이지안 학습과 중심점 기반 분류의 성능 비교 (Performance Comparison of Naive Bayesian Learning and Centroid-Based Classification for e-Mail Classification)

  • With the increasing proliferation of World Wide Web, electronic mail systems have become very widely used communication tools. Researches on e-mail classification have been very important in that e-mail classification system is a major engine for e-mail response management systems which mine unstructured e-mail messages and automatically categorize them. In this research we compare the performance of Naive Bayesian learning and Centroid-Based Classification using the different data set of an on-line shopping mall and a credit card company. We analyze which method performs better under which conditions. We compared classification accuracy of them which depends on structure and size of train set and increasing numbers of class. The experimental results indicate that Naive Bayesian learning performs better, while Centroid-Based Classification is more robust in terms of classification accuracy.

NAMA: 개인화된 상기 시스템 구축에서의 선응적인 욕구 파악을 위한 상황인지가 가능한 다중 에이전트 웹서비스 접근법 (NAMA: A Context-Aware Multi-Agent Based Web Service Approach to Proactive Need Identification for Personalized Reminder System)

  • Developing a personalized system on a user's behalf which is working around the Internet-based marketplace is one of the challenging issues in intelligent e-business, especially mobile commenrce. It has been highly recommended that such a mobile personalized system has to perceive the user's needs a priori by tracking user's current context such as location with activity and then to identify the current needs dynamically and proactively. Automatically and unobtrusively getting user's context is an inevitable feature for the development of autonomous mobile commenrce. However, personalization methodologies and their feasible architectures for context-aware mobile commerce have been so far very rare. Hence, this paper aims to propose a context-aware mobile commerce development methodology by applying agent and semantic web technologies for personalized reminder system, which is one of the mobile commerce support system. We revisited associationism to understand a buyer's need identification process and adopt the process as 'purchase based on association' to implement a personalized reminder system. Based on this approach, we have showed how the agent-based semantic web service system can be used to realize need-aware reminder system. NAMA(Need-Aware Multi-Agent), a prototype system, has been implemented to show the feasibility of the methodology and framework under mobile setting proposed in this paper. NAMA embeds bluetooth-based location tracking module and identify what a user is currently looking at through her/his mobile device such as PDA. Based on these capabilities, NAMA considers the context, user profile with preferences, and information about currently available services, to aware user's current needs and then link her/him to a set of services, which are implemented as web services.
