Culture contents are in our life with various parts. There are much try and research managing and keeping the culture contents with growing of information technique. Digital archive was proposed the technique that is able to distribute and manage the contents. This paper proposed the web based digital archive for culture contents. Each of archive were sorted art, architecture, science technology and etc, and made the structure that can total manage.

This study discussed on production, procedures of collection, accessibility, copyright of archival records for designing oral history archive information system, and aimed to suggest practical standards by developing guidelines for evaluation and building of web oral history archives. For this, based on evaluation framework, guidelines for evaluation designed by researchers were applied to five domestic and foreign web oral history archives as case study analysis. Base on the results of the analysis, some possible suggestions were made for building successful web oral history archive information system in Korea.

The purpose of this research is to examine the characteristics and problems of OASIS, a web archive, developed and operated by the National Library of Korea, and then to propose how to improve the quality of its contents. An analysis of the contents in 'Literature' and 'Social Sciences' in the OASIS website shows problems, including low quality of some contents, lack of balance in subjects and creators/publishers, duplicate collections of web documents and web sites, lack of currency and evidence of unique or scholarly value of collected web resources, etc. Suggested are the use of 'real-name' of subject specialists to ensure their responsibilities in selection process and the addition of metadata elements to evidence the appropriate application of selection criteria.

The purpose of this research is to examine the characteristics and current status of OASIS, a web archive, developed and operated by the National Library of Korea. From December 2013 to November 2014, an analysis of a numerical growth and subject distribution of 55,581 websites archived at OASIS shows many problems in quality, including an overwhelming proportion of 'Social Science' and its subclass 'Politics', consequential lack of balance in subject distribution, lack of authority or scholarly value of some contents, unclear application of selection criteria for personal creators/publishers, and inaccurate and overlapping statistics. Despite an impressive growth in quantity, immediate improvement of selection policies and quality control is needed.

National Records Designation System is designed to protect valuable civilian records from loss or damage. It also intends that government administrates important civilian records to raise public concerns civilian records and to foster archival culture in Korea. This study investigates the current states of service fo the designated record through the web page of National Archive of Korea. Major findings are as follows. First, the information of designated records is dispersed in two web pages by the National Archive of Korea, an introductive web page of every collection in the National Archive of Korea and a web page of designated record service. Second, the web page of designated record service provides information of designated records only at collection level, so it is not easy for users to understand the contents of the records. In order to improve the service for the designated record service of the National Archive of Korea, this study proposed the unification of dispersed web pages to provide information of the designated records consistently. It also suggested a facet based directory service and word cloud service to give access to the contents of each designated record collection. The facet based directory and word cloud service will help users to understand the designated records in more detail.

The need for and importance of preserving various information resources on the web is constantly increasing. In addition to traditional types of records, the web contains communication records displaying various people's diverse viewpoints and connecting an event to its context. In particular, information resources produced during a disaster must be collected for long-term preservation. The "OASIS Disaster Archive" is a service provided through OASIS, which was developed and is managed by the National Library of Korea, to collect and preserve online information resources related to the recent disaster events in Korea. This study examines the characteristics and current status of the contents of the Disaster Archive to make suggestions for its improvements.

The purpose of this study is to review what we have done and to identify what we have to do to be successful with Web archiving which is important to preserve our cultural heritage for the next generation. Some characteristics of Web resources as information sources were identified and some difficulties with Web archiving were discussed. The outcome of national and/or international Web archiving projects including Kurturarw3, PANDORA and Internet Archive were reviewed. Policy issues and technological problems of Web archiving we have to solve were listed.

Line operation safety audit (LOSA) is the proactive data collection system to capture the accident and serious incident caused by flight crew and is the safety management program for collecting threat error management (TEM) and crew resource management (CRM) during normal operations. The typically LOSA is written by hand, manages and archives the LOSA Observation Worksheet. But, this method is not easy to archive and ensure confidentiality of the LOSA worksheets. As we implemented the K-LOSA of the web-document type instead of the existing LOSA archive method and change the TEM category code. we yields to archive the efficient data management and confidentiality. In this paper, we introduce the LOSA and to configure the K-LOSA program.

The purpose of this research is to examine the characteristics and problems of the OASIS, an web archive, developed and operated by the National Library of Korea. An analysis of 55 websites collected in seven subject areas, including 'Philosophy', 'Religion', 'Literature', 'Social Sciences-Politics', and 'Technology-Technology' in the OASIS website shows the following problems: lack of balance in subject distribution, lack of authority or scholarly value of some contents, unclear application of selection criteria for personal creators/publishers, ambiguous definition of 'archiving', and inappropriate counting of collection and usage statistics. Some comprehensive and systematic efforts to improve the OASIS contents seem to be urgently needed.

The Presidential Archive of Korea provides archival information services in various forms. This study evaluated web-archival information services provided in The Presidential Archive of Korea using DigQUAL. To perform the study, this study conducted a descriptive statistic and confidence tests. The evaluation method was accomplished user survey. And the evaluation territory was classified with archives and information search, archives use service, expansion service. As a result, a general satisfaction was low, and this study suggested improvement method for web archival service in the Presidential Archive of Korea.
