With the advent of the digital era, even thought the configuration and the importance of library resources have changed, still only traditional library resources of the past have been used to measure the effectiveness of university libraries. To overcome these limits, this study purposed to redefine the library resources factors for the evaluation of the library effectiveness as appropriate standards in digital library era. The survey method was used, the result follows. Budget, librarians, space, books, periodicals, e-journals, non-book materials, Web DB, e-book, computers are selected as input resources elements, while loan books, users, website visits, web DB uses are selected as output resoures elements. It could be noticeable that the elements related to the electronic resources was reidentified quiet a lot.

감성 연구의 생리, 심리, 동작 분석 등의 과정에서 발생하는 문서, 데이터, 화상, 그림, 그래픽 등의 자료 공유에 인터넷을 적용하는 것은 매우 유망하다. 본 연구에서는 현재의 인터넷 (또는 인트라넷) 환경을 고려하여 Ultra 2 DB 서버, Sun Solaris (UNIX) OS, UniSql DBMS, Apache Web 서버로 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 웹기반 감성데이터 베이스 시제품을 구축하여 각종 감성자료를 보급하는 체계를 1차 완료하였으며, 도메인(www.gamsung.or.kr)을 등록하여 서비스를 실시하고 있다. 이 시스템에는 1단계 감성공학기술개발 사업의 35개 연구보고서, 1단계 연구결과로서 생산한 262개 감성지표, 2단계 연구사업의 130개 감성지표, 일본의 인간감각계측 및 응용기술개발 중심으로 생산한 125개 감성지표, 음성데이터, 음향데이터, 인체측정데이터, 얼굴표정데이터와 설문데이터 등의 감성데이터와 감성공학 연구자 인력, 국내제조업체 정보, 참고문헌, 감성 정보물 등을 DB화하여 인터넷을 통하여 조회, 검색할 수 있도록 하였다. 뿐만 아니라 현재 진행되고 있는 감성 공학기술개발에 대한 각종 정보를 제공하고 있으며 감성공학의 기술 동향에 대해서도 소개하고 있다. 이는 한국인의 감성 연구에 적합한 감성공학 데이터 베이스 시스템 구축의 발판을 마련하였으며, 향후 소비자의 감성을 예측하고, 이를 시스템 설계에 반영할 수 있으므로 인간중심의 제품개발에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

This paper is concerned with structurizing contents of the ergonomic resources and constructing DB of these resources. Through this internet system developed using ultra 2 DB Server, Sun Solaris(UNIX) OS, UniSql DBMS, Apache Web server, the interface (www.gamsung.or.kr), by which ergonomic resources can be provided, has been completed. Information retrieval concerning ergonomic resources produced by the project "Business of Development in Technology of Human Sensibility Ergonomics" is possible. For example, 35 reports and 262 ergonomic characteristics issued from the first step of this project, 255 ergonomic characteristics issued from the second step. In addition, there are also voice data, sound data, expression data, questionnaire data, sensibility data, and information about researchers, manufactories, references.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the usage pattern between each academic database through social network analysis, and to support the academic database for users's needs. For this purpose, we have extracted log data to construct the academic database networks in the proxy server of K university library and have analyzed the usage pattern among each research area and among each social position. Our results indicate that the specialized academic database for the research area has more cohesion than the generalized academic database in the full-time professors' network and the doctoral students' network, and the density, degree centrality and degree centralization of the full-time professors' network and the doctoral students' network are higher than those of the other social position networks.

Current Internet system of the entrance exam information to the university that is depending on searching key to solve the overloaded problem in the network and DB server or other tools to support HTML edit, haven't satisfied user's wants by supplying uniformed searching system. So this thesis will establish EEIS(Entrance Examination Information System) to prevent database overload phenomena when many users request a great amount of data at the same time and improve the decrease of speed and overload problem in DB server. EEIS playa role of bridge between outside client and DB server by placing VVS(Virtual View Server) between web server and DB server. By that method this system give users several usefulness in convenience and variety by supplying realtime data searching function to user. EEIS also give inner system manager more efficiency and speed in control the management system by solving those problem. This system is design and implementation to satisfy user's desire and give them more convenience and bring up the confidence of university that adopt this system at the end.

We propose the RSS Channel retrieval system to activate the blog information transmission. The system consists of a web crawler and blog DB. Web Crawler moves in limited breath first searching method and it collects the RSS Channel Address. Blog DB renews information using RSS. The user could be recommended the RSS Channel using the various query.

본 논문에서는 다중 쓰레드 환경에서 동작하는 웹 크롤러를 구현하고 성능을 분석한다. 이 웹 크롤러의 특징은 검색시간을 단축하기 위하여 크롤링, 파싱 및 페이지랭킹, DB 저장 모듈을 서로 독립적으로 다른 작업을 수행하도록 구현한 것이다. 크롤링 모듈은 웹상의 데이터를 수집하는 기능을 제공한다. 그리고 파싱 및 페이지랭크 모듈은 수집한 데이터를 파싱하고, 웹 페이지의 상대적인 중요도를 수치로 계산하여 페이지랭크를 지정한다. DB 연동 모듈은 페이지랭크 모듈에서 구한 페이지랭크를 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 성능평가에서는 다중 쓰레드 환경에서 쓰레드 수와 웹 페이지의 수에 따른 검색 시간을 측정하여 그 결과를 비교 평가한다.

최근 가상현실과 Web 3D에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 관련 연구와 기술개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Web 기반에서 3차원 그래픽을 표현하는 표준언어인 VRML을 이용하여, 원자력발전소에서 주기적으로 안정성 평가를 위해 수행하는 ISI(In-Service Inspection : 가동중검사) 업무에 적용하여 가상원전 3D ISI 시스템을 개발하고 그 구현방법을 제시한다. 검사대상 기기, 배관 및 각종 지지구조물에 대한 도면확보의 작업을 시작으로 하여, 3D 모델 구축, VR Data 작성, 그래픽 관리 시스템 개발 사례와 가상면실에 의해 구현된 Scene과 각종 DB글 연결하는 Interactive 3D Visualization Tool을 개발하여 기존의 2차원적 DB 운영을 3차원 가상공간에서 운영함으로써 보다 효과적이고 효율적인 DB 운용 방법에 대해서 기술한다.

The mobile visual search service uses a query image to acquire linkage information through pre-constructed DB search. From the standpoint of this purpose, it would be more useful if you could perform a search on a web-based keyword search system instead of a pre-built DB search. In this paper, we propose a representative query extraction algorithm to be used as a keyword on a web-based search system. To do this, we use image classification labels generated by the CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) algorithm based on Deep Learning, which has a remarkable performance in image recognition. In the query extraction algorithm, dictionary meaningful words are extracted using Wikipedia, and hierarchical categories are constructed using WordNet. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by measuring the system response time.

In order to develop ECM system, there are a number of methodologies. Adopting Microsoft's solution and methodology is one of them. ECM has a large number of users to save the documentations in various types of multimedia data. So, managing multimedia database is very critical in ECM. Therefore the unit and integration test to evaluate the performance can detect the flaws of the system early on, and it has to be enables to reflect the user's requirements thru the user acceptance test. In this paper, we are discussing how to optimize the SQL database before the ECM system is built and used in the real situation thru unit and integration tests.
