Across the world, 'housing' comprises a significant portion of wealth and assets. For this reason, fluctuations in real estate prices are highly sensitive issues to individual households. In Korea, housing prices have steadily increased over the years, and thus many Koreans view the real estate market as an effective channel for their investments. However, if one purchases a real estate property for the purpose of investing, then there are several risks involved when prices begin to fluctuate. The purpose of this study is to design a real estate price 'return rate' prediction model to help mitigate the risks involved with real estate investments and promote reasonable real estate purchases. Various approaches are explored to develop a model capable of predicting real estate prices based on an understanding of the immovability of the real estate market. This study employs the LSTM method, which is based on artificial intelligence and deep learning, to predict real estate prices and validate the model. LSTM networks are based on recurrent neural networks (RNN) but add cell states (which act as a type of conveyer belt) to the hidden states. LSTM networks are able to obtain cell states and hidden states in a recursive manner. Data on the actual trading prices of apartments in autonomous districts between January 2006 and December 2019 are collected from the Actual Trading Price Disclosure System of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT). Additionally, basic data on apartments and commercial buildings are collected from the Public Data Portal and Seoul Metropolitan Government's data portal. The collected actual trading price data are scaled to monthly average trading amounts, and each data entry is pre-processed according to address to produce 168 data entries. An LSTM model for return rate prediction is prepared based on a time series dataset where the training period is set as April 2015~August 2017 (29 months), the validation period is set as September 2017~September 2018 (13 months), and the test period is set as December 2018~December 2019 (13 months). The results of the return rate prediction study are as follows. First, the model achieved a prediction similarity level of almost 76%. After collecting time series data and preparing the final prediction model, it was confirmed that 76% of models could be achieved. All in all, the results demonstrate the reliability of the LSTM-based model for return rate prediction.
This study targets four Soho fashion shopping malls that are operating successfully in the online fashion market. This study analyzed the entrepreneurship process by dividing it into three stages. The results of the case study are as follows. In the case of Company S, the founder, who had little work experience, started an e-commerce business with a sense of fashion and entrepreneurship. It is a contemporary, casual brand with competitive prices, design power, and diverse product assortment, and the business performance was achieved through data management and analysis and the diversification of distribution channels. In the case of Company B, the founder, who had little work experience, started a manufacturing and e-commerce business by leveraging their SNS network capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit. It is a contemporary fashion brand with product competitiveness of specific items and start-up characteristics, and performance was achieved through the establishment of brand identity and market expansion. Third, Company M and Company C are examples of Soho fashion shopping malls where the founders with more extensive work experience at the time of founding their respective start-ups focused on brand recognition as their core competitiveness. In the case of Company M, the apparel brand was launched with a wealth of experience and design spirit. It is a fashion designer brand that stands out for its sensibility, and the owner has achieved performance through various entrepreneurial activities that broaden the corporate horizon. Company C is a manufacturing and e-commerce brand that was started with design capabilities and an entrepreneurial spirit. It is a luxury fashion brand that focuses on emotional expression, and the outcomes, such as brand recognition and sales, were achieved through active customer management. The results of this study can be used as basic data in education for and research of Soho shopping malls and the prospective founders.

Traditionally, like many people in mountain region of the Himalaya, the Lwang communities depend on mix of subsistence agriculture, animal husbandry, and seasonal migrant labor for their livelihoods. These traditional systems are characterized by low productivity, diverse use of available natural resources (largely for home consumption), limited markets, and some aversion for innovation. The potential to generate wealth through commerce has largely been untapped by these mountain residents and thus is undervalued in local and national economies. Introduction of organic tea farming is a part of Lwang community's several initiatives to break the vicious poverty cycle Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) played facilitating roles in all their efforts since beginning. In five years, the tea plantation emerged as a new means for secured a livelihood. This study aims to analyze the current practices in tea farming both in terms of farm management and soil nutrient status(technical) and the prosperity of the tea farmers (social). The technical aspect covers the soil and tea leaf analysis of various nutrients contents in the soil and tea leaf. Originally, the technical aspect of the study was not planned but later during the consultation with the advisor it was taken into consideration which added value to the research study. The sample were collected from different locations and analyzed on the field itself. The other part of the study i.e. the social aspect was done through questionnaire survey and focus group discussion. the tea farming provided them not only a new opportunity but also earned an identity in the region. This initiative was undertaken as a piloting measure. Now that the tea is in production with processing unit established locally, more serious consideration has to be given for better yield and economic prosperity. This research finding will help the community to analyze their efforts and make correction measures in tea garden management and application of fertilizer. It is also expected to fill up the gaps of knowledge and information required to reduce economic stresses and enhance capacity of farmers to make the tea farming a sustainable and beneficial business. The findings are expected to Sustainability of organic tea farming has direct impacts on biodiversity conservation compared to the other traditional farming practices that are more resource intensive. The study will also contribute to identify key action points required for reducing poverty while conserving environment and enhancing livelihoods

Characters in visual media have different symbolic meanings depending on their orientations or roles. 『山海經』 is a fantasy novel written around the 3rd or 4th century BC., and the characters in the classical Chinese novel have various meanings and symbols, such as disasters, wealth, diseases, etc., according to their types. The symbolism of animals that the Chinese think of, the symbolism of characters in fantasy novels, and the morphological analysis are necessary elements in the development of characters and the film industry in China. This study analyzed the images of characters as follows, focusing on classical Chinese fantasy novels 『山海经』, 『山海经圖象全體』, and 『山海經圖』 and the fantasy novels of the Qing Dynasty 『山海经存』 and 『山海经圖錄』. First, the shapes of characters are slightly different in illustration images. Second, Among 453 characters in 山海經, there are a total of 8 characters related to flood damage, such as floods, rainy season, etc.: 'Jangwoo', 'Hapyu', 'Hwasa', 'Yeongryeong', 'Buje', 'Seungwoo', 'Manman', and 'Naeo' Third, it can be seen that the characters are creative ones that are combined with objects and animals and plants, apart from the symbolic meanings of real animals and characters in 山海經. It is believed that the continuous analysis of the characters in 山海經 will enable them to be widely used in the film industry.

The ultimate goal of hotel corporations is to maintain their existence by securing competitive advantages over their competitors. In order to secure competitive advantages, they need to shed off the conventional paradigm of company management, which increasingly grows weaker as the industrial society turns into a knowledge-based one, and make effective use of knowledge, which is the core source of their wealth and competitiveness, in their management. Thus this study set out to identify knowledge management strategy to result in great management performance to hotel corporations. It also aimed to suggest specific action plans for them to do knowledge management efficiently based on the results. The causal relations between the knowledge management strategy and management performance were examined to figure out the former's influences on the latter. As a result, Two types of knowledge management strategy seemed to have positive(+) impacts on competitive advantages, but negative(-) impacts on financial performance.
This study proposes a research model to investigate the effect of ICT on national culture and values. Why should we research the relationship between ICT and culture? We do this to shed light on the cultural framework and find areas for further research. This research has found that the development of Information Communication Technology(ICT) has proved to have a positive effect on the quality of individualism (B0.603), there is a decrease in power distance index(B-0.331)and a correlation between individualism and wealth. Also, the development of Information Communication Technology(ICT) has proved to have a positive effect on the quality of Long Term Orientation. As for adoption and use of ICT, the role of culture is important for many reasons. First of all, we can recognize the importance of national culture and organizational culture in establishing the ability of the overall culture to adapt, efficiently merging with different cultures and overcoming potential obstacles of these tasks. This is the evidence supporting the current theory. Our research shows that development of technology highly influences deep human values. Furthermore, the data points used in this research are from World Economic Forum, World Development Indicator and International Telecommunication Union. In order to understand and develop social evolution and progress, we tried to use data that is fair and verifiable.

In addition, the parameters constitute the usefulness, and the dependent variable is the purchase. The results are as follows. First, YUEBAO's complementarity, corporate credibility, convenience, and familiarity have a significant influence on YUEBAO's usefulness. Second, The YUEBAO's usefulness has a noticeable effect on the purchase intention. To perceive the high usefulness, the practicality strategy of enhancing the protection property, corporate reliability, convenience and familiarity of the online asset management product is needed. The study of consumer purchase behavior and consumer purchase intention of online wealth management products is very valuable for academic and practical work.
This research was fairness in sport and power is how they form and change through historical discussion on the sport's doping and ran afoul of fairness Explored in match-fixing in relationship with power, the product of the problems of human desires. First, doping and exploration of power. The history of doping in sports, history as long as it existed before. Medication is ruler of the players can't or don't conform with authority between the pair formed a relationship, where, in accordance with the victory of a temptation for wealth and fame and vested interests and desire, is personal, Society and country ranging and widely is committed. In particular, power of expression is reflected well reflected in the sport in the Cold War era and, in those days was wrong thinking and practices are still truly understands the connection between doping and anti-doping. Second, match-fixing and exploration of power. Also in the history of sport as doping, match-fixing, always existed. Sport and fairness of match-fixing in relation to artificial sources, and well decide the outcome of which ended with sport, not an issue connected to gambling and other crimes, And that's another sport and bring about a vicious circle of even turn into a row. The reason for this match fixing in power part of the formation of capital and profits for the exact cause has developed that further threatens the fair sport. Thus, in fairness, and relations of power in sport doping and match-fixing is historically very meaningful and, further research and discussion is needed. Buried the materialistic values of sport doping and match-fixing, nothing is being tolerated and other researchers' power as the elements of the pie grow only by sport only No one can guarantee that only satisfied if we hold a bright future of sport.
This study was conducted to derive a new model for popular democracy in the modern society. The problem is exacerbated as the original model of democracy, isonomia, has faded and modern democracy is operated as a democracy in which the masses rule. Democracy is exposing a bigger problem due to the economic inequality caused by the majority rule and the capitalist economic system. Popular democracy, in which all the masses are equally qualified as sovereigns, is a structure in which cunning politicians can easily seize power if the voters are not wise. Isonomia is a system in which free people who solve economic problems on their own and have honesty, courage, dedication, sacrifice and sincerity set laws with the same qualifications, and keep the laws themselves, is a system that depends heavily on the conscience and virtue of free people. Modern popular democracy embodies the absolute equality of the sovereign regardless of economic power, but without the spirit of sacrifice and dedication to the community, those who can win popularity by wrapping themselves up as if they are sacrificial and capable people may seize power. This study presents a service-oriented democracy as a system that can maintain the merits of modern popular democracy while embodying the essence of isonomia. The system was implemented focusing on the qualifications for virtue, such as honesty, courage, sacrifice, integrity, etc., fair to all regardless of wealth. Human imperfections have been supplemented by the use of artificial intelligence. The assumption about the nature of the sovereign and public officials' agents was newly established, and the winner-take-allism problem was solved. This study proved that both the philosophy of Isonomia and the merits of Democracy can be realized through service-oriented democracy based on the common principle of humanity and the philosophy of service. Service-oriented democracy can be called revision democracy.
In the 1990s the intellectuals in China were transferred into global capitalism, and faced with the changes of society deepened by capitalism, and were forced to sign on it. The New-left proposed a question to the society of modern China being accelerated in the capitalism. The controversy with the Neo-liberal became the top issue of the 1990s' world of thought. According to the New-left, 'reform' should be attained not by capitalism of laissez-faire bringing up for wealth concentration, but by extending the democracy of political affairs and economy along with fairness guarantee of social distribution and avoiding widening the gap between rich and poor. Additionally, 'opening' should be reevaluated as a problem of considering difference and polyphyletic matter. Opening is not the meaning of accepting capitalism unconditionally and transferring into global capitalism. Based on these beliefs, the New-left criticize the socialism after reform and opening. In addition, the New-left discuss how enlightenment and modernity were understood and how they should be understood. The New-left reflect that the enlightenment in China was considered as the same as one in the western societies and emphasize the efforts of having been overcoming the contradiction of modernity through the Chinese history. As a result, the New-left seek out a new perspective and an alternative proposal beyond the dichotomy between capitalism and socialism, western countries and China, and tradition and modern.
