'ISO 37001 - Anti-bribery Management Systems, one of the Business Ethics of Global Standards, is a new standard to help organizations fight bribery and promote an ethical business culture which was developed in 2016. ISO 37001 can provide the tools and systems to greatly reduce the risk and help organizations deal with it effectively if it does arise. After enforcing the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, Korean government standardized ISO 37001 harmonizing International Standards into Korean Industrial Standards (KS) in 2017. It is meaningful in that Korean companies have localized regulation which applies to global standard anti-bribery management systems. About 100 organizations have adopted ISO 37001 as in the first half of 2019. So far many side effects of other ISO certifications have been recognized. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the current status of ISO 37001 in Korea for effective operation and management. The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the current status and problems of ISO 37001 in Korea. It can provide useful guidelines for improving ISO 37001 to manage bribe and corruption effectively.

The purposes of this study are to examine the various methods of subject access in the rapidly changing environment and to suggest the future of subject access in National Library of Korea (NLK). First of all, current status and problems of Library of Congress Subject Headings List as an representative subject headings in the world and the ways of improving effectiveness of subject retrieval were dealt with. As the ways of improving subject access, social bookmarking, folksonomy, tagging, facet applications, automatic assignment of keyword, thesauri, classification system, and auto-assigned search box were suggested. Finally, current status of NLK subject headings and the ways of improving for utilization of the subject headings as subject access were provided.

This review summarizes some recent research into ways of improving the productivity of ruminal fermentation by increasing protein flow from the rumen and decreasing the breakdown of protein that results from the action of ruminal microorganisms. Proteinases derived from the plant seem to be of importance to the overall process of proteolysis in grazing animals. Thus, altering the expression of proteinases in grasses may be a way of improving their nutritive value for ruminants. Inhibiting rumen microbial activity in ammonia formation remains an important objective: new ways of inhibiting peptide and amino acid breakdown are described. Rumen protozoa cause much of the bacterial protein turnover which occurs in the rumen. The major impact of defaunation on N recycling in the sheep rumen is described. Alternatively, if the efficiency of microbial protein synthesis can be increased by judicious addition of certain individual amino acids, protein flow from ruminal fermentation may be increased. Proline may be a key amino acid for non-cellulolytic bacteria, while phenylalanine is important for cellulolytic species. Inhibiting rumen wall tissue breakdown appears to be an important mechanism by which the antibiotic, flavomycin, improves N retention in ruminants. A role for Fusobacterium necrophorum seems likely, and alternative methods for its regulation are required, since growth-promoting antibiotics will soon be banned in many countries.

The purpose of this study is to find ways of improving radiology services provided at hospitals through examining current problems of the services and measuring patient satisfaction about them For the purpose, this researcher made a questionnaire survey of 209 patients who used the radiology departments of two university hospitals as tertiary medical institutions located in Busan. The survey was carried out from June 1 to July 30, 2008. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. The patients' satisfaction about the kindness of radiologists was generally low since it Was measured to be scored 3.0 or below in average. This indicates that they were dissatisfied with the equipment and environment. The patients' anxiety about the process of radiology was measured and scored 3.0 or below in average, indicating they generally felt anxious about the process. Factors affecting the above reliability such as their skillfulness, qualification, persuasiveness and expertise were found positively correlated with the patients' satisfaction about the radiologists. To realize Better radiological department services, in conclusion, radiologists are required to resort to conventional practices of radiology no longer, and reconsider current radiological technologies. They are also required to firmly establish their pride as a professional, and make best efforts to keep pace with this era of rapid scientific development by constantly training themselves.

The purpose of the present study is to explore effective ways of teaching English grammar, which is geared toward improving students' communicative competence. Grammatical competence is essential to communicative competence. Grammatical knowledge cannot be acquired unconsciously in an EFL environment such as in Korea. Therefore learners should be given grammar instruction. More importantly, they should be instructed in grammar so that they can develop their grammatical abilities which are the foundation of communicative competence. The following is proposed for the grammar instruction placing the focus on improving communicative competence. First, it is effective to explain the form, meaning and pragmatics of a grammatical rule to learners in Korean. Second, learners should be given instruction in grammatical patterns that deals with constructions and meanings together, which can enable them to produce sentences by themselves. Third, it should be taught to understand constructions and meanings on the basis of word orders. Then the following steps of grammar instruction are suggested. In the first step of grammatical instruction, students should be provided with the illustrations of grammatical structures which link communicative functions and grammar. In the second step, learners should be gotten to practice grammatical constructions repeatedly enough to use them unconsciously. Lastly, communicative activities such as description and role plays should be included in grammar instruction to integrate grammar practice and communicative language use.

Recently, the importance of competitive cities has emerged, and many cities around the world are striving to gain competitiveness. Domestic cities are also enhancing their competitiveness by taking advantage of the city's uniqueness and locality with strategies differentiated from other cities, and interest in city brands is increasing. This study seeks to enhance the city brand by improving the landscape elements of the airport, a representative international entrance. Through Instagram's hashtag function, it aims to derive elements of landscape preferred by airport users and to find ways to enhance Busan's city brand based on them.

The purpose of this study is to draw implications for improving the method of reflecting the competencies in Korea mathematics curriculum, by analyzing what competencies are reflected in foreign mathematics and curriculum. As a result of the study, foreign countries were reflecting their competencies in mathematics curriculum in various ways. In France mathematics curriculum, the achievement standards of learning competencies(compétences travaillées) that students should reach by cycle were presented, and the related common competencies(socle commun) were indicated. In Australia's mathematics curriculum, the general capabilities for achievement standards were identified, and the achievement criteria for proficiency strands to be reached by grade level were presented. British Columbia's mathematics curriculum actively reflected its competencies. In the mathematics curriculum, domains were reorganized based on the competencies, and achievement standards of the competencies were proposed. The results of this study will help in improving the ways in which were reflected competencies in mathematics curriculum.

Nowadays, globally high-grade companies have done their best for increasing their competitive power through a many kinds of method in incisive competition for making certain of a pacesetting position. Among the rest, Six Sigma have been the best methodology of improving process and have proven to be effective by the result of improving process in many of manufacturing business, however, it has not obtained excellent results in the transaction business. In transaction business, a $30\sim50%$ costs in total costs is generated by slow-speed working and reworking. The slow processes decrease the quality and increase the cost, which decreases customer satisfaction, and finally the income is decreased. All of them are so called wastes in processes. For this, adopting of lean six sigma methodology in process management can eliminate the wastes and reduce the variation. This study focuses on distribution with the domains like capacity, layout, amount of location, assignment of product, operation procedure and operation rule in order to improve these domains, we make a further application of eight analysis ways based on DMAIC method for improving operation of processes of distribution center as the third profit source. The goal of this study is to trace an approach that can easily adopt of Lean Six Sigma in operational management of distribution center by a kind of data, analysis method and template.

This study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of improving indoor environmental awareness, relieving stress, and improving learning efficiency in school indoor green space, and suggest desirable ways to develop indoor green space in the future. As part of the study, a survey was conducted among 225 individuals across six schools in a metropolitan area with garden and panel-type indoor gardens inside the school building. The survey comprised the current status and use of indoor green spaces, the perception of indoor green spaces, improvement measures in indoor green spaces, and basic properties. Semantic Differential (SD) was used to investigate the impression of school indoor spaces. Resultantly, the more frequent the use of green spaces in the school, the more they feel the positive effects of indoor green spaces, such as improving the school's indoor environment, reducing stress, and improving learning efficiency. In addition, it appears that the more frequent contact with the natural environment, the more they feel the positive effects provided by indoor green space at school. Therefore, it is suggested that educational conditions must be improved by revitalizing various green welfare, including indoor green areas, at the school level.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to expand the taxpayer's rights protections, which are covered in the previous studies, and to suggest ways to increase tax inspection efficiency as a way to induce fidelity reporting under the final tax return system and to lower tax compliance costs. Design/methodology/approach - The tax audit is a necessary system for the taxpayer to induce self-reporting in a sincere manner, but it is necessary to harmonize the realization of fair taxation and the rights of taxpayers because it is likely to infringe taxpayer rights in the process. Research implications or Originality - The purpose of this study is as follows. First, the government will seek ways to improve tax investigations to strengthen the protection of taxpayers' rights by increasing the fairness and procedural transparency of the current tax investigation system, as pointed out in the National Tax Administration Reform T / F. Second, we will consider ways to enhance the effectiveness of tax audit as a means of inducing faithful tax in Korea's tax system, which assumes sincere taxpayers.
