본 연구에서는 병원정보시스템에서 분야별로 발생하는 의료 빅데이터 자료를 활용하여 가치있는 의료정보를 생성하고 활용할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫 번째, 의료정보시스템의 진료정보와 각종 검사장비 및 의료영상장비와 연동된 PACS의 발생자료를 통합하고 의료 빅데이터를 분석하여 새로운 의료정보를 생성한다. 이렇게 생성된 의료정보는 감염병 및 질병 예방과 질병의 치료를 위한 다양한 건강정보를 생성하게 된다. 두 번째, 환자의 접수내역과 수납내역 그리고 청구내역들을 통합하여 축적해온 의료 빅데이터를 분석하여 다양한 수익통계정보를 생성한다. 이렇게 생성된 수익통계정보는 의료기관의 운영과 수익분석에 활용하기 위한 다양한 경영정보를 생성하게 된다. 이와 같이 병원정보시스템에서 발생하는 의료정보와 공공기관의 의료정보 그리고 개인건강기록의 자료들이 통합이 되면 의료자료를 활용한 가치있는 보건의료정보를 창출하게 된다.

본 논문은 독일통일 후 구동독지역에서 실시된 학제통합 과정에 대한 고찰을 통해 남북한 통일 후 교육통합 과정에서 고려해야 할 시사점을 도출하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 독일 통일 전후 단계에서 구동독의 학제는 전환기 과정을 거쳐 구서독의 학제에 통합되었다. 구동독의 학제통합은 전환기 조치를 통한 안정적 관리, 동서독 간의 협의 추진, 지역별로 상이한 학제 체제의 도입, 통일 후 사회적 변화 상황에 대한 유연한 대처의 측면에서 긍정적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 반면, 단기간의 개편 추진, 구동독 학제 체제에 대한 고려 미비, 학제 통합 후 내적 인프라 구축의 어려움 등의 한계를 나타냈다. 통일독일의 학제통합 과정 사례는 남북한 통일 후 교육통합을 준비해야 하는 우리에게 학제통합의 안정적 추진을 위한 방안의 수립, 북한 학교체제에 대한 면밀한 검토, 학제통합에 따른 내적인프라 구축 방안 마련 등이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to introduce Korean teachers and researchers ESL standards for TESOL students developed by TESOL association in 1997. The standards were designed to be useful for teachers and other educators who want to incorporate them in their educational programs for ESOL students in mainly the USA. These standards are important because they articulate the English language development needs of ESL learners and provide directions to educators on how to fulfill the needs of ESL students. Also. they emphasize the major role of language in the attainment of other content area standards. In this paper the author introduced not only the theoretical backgrounds. construct. meaning of the standards, and the ways of implementation but also their lessons to our Korean situation.

For effective management and processing for civil affairs, online public services are in operation in every administrative organizations. However, due to the lack of links in each government departmental business processes on e-Government system, the satisfaction of the civil petitioners has not improved. In this paper, we propose an improved business process for the implementation of one-stop integrated civil affairs and suggestions services on e-Government system to reduce the time and cost for processing civil affairs and to improve the efficiency of the public services by cutting down the cost and time. This paper also suggests the ways to improve the quality of public service through redesigning civil affairs processing in the light of integrated system for the civil affairs and its suggestion.

The widespread introduction of unmanned aircrafts has led to the understanding of the need to organize a common information space for manned and unmanned aircrafts, which is reflected in the Russian Unmanned aircraft system Traffic Management (RUTM) project. The present article deals with the issues of spatial information database (DB) organization, which is the core of RUTM and provides storage of various data types (spatial, aeronautical, topographical, meteorological, vector, etc.) required for flight safety management. Based on the analysis of functional capabilities and types of work which it needs to ensure, the architecture of spatial information DB, including the base of source information, base of display settings, base of vector objects, base of tile packages and also a number of special software packages was proposed. The issues of organization of these DB, types and formats of data and ways of their display are considered in detail. Based on the analysis it was concluded that the optimal construction of the spatial DB for RUTM system requires a combination of different model variants and ways of organizing data structures.

Analysis method using remote sensing data is one of the effective ways to research a spatial and temporal variability of the mesoscale oceanic motions. During past several decades, many researchers have been getting comprehensive results using remote sensing data with application of data fusion methods in many parts of geo-science. For this study, we took the integration and fusion of several remote sensing data, which are different data resolution, timescale and characteristics, for improving accurate analysis of variation of the Kuroshio Extension. Furthermore, we might get advanced ways to understand the variability of the Kuroshio Extension, has close relation to the spatial and temporal variation of the Kuroshio and Oyashio Current.

GPS and INS can be integrated in 3 ways of loose, tight, and ultra-tight configuration. This paper investigates the performance of GPS/INS ultra-tightly integrated system when unscented Kalman filter(UKF) is adopted as well as extended Kalman filter(EKF). Covariance analysis is performed using UFK and EKF for tightly coupled and ultra-tightly coupled systems. Various trajectories such as straight, circle, S-shape, spiral are considered for the simulations of covariance analysis.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the current state of grounded theory methodology in Korea information systems studies and to suggest its application strategies. Design/methodology/approach After reviewing previous studies, this study reviewed 16 papers which adopted grounded theory methodology and analyzed these papers by two ways, research contents and methods adopted from grounded theory methodology: Main characteristics in grounded theory methodology are selected as main criteria in analysis such as data collection method, constant comparison, software use, coding ways, suggested model, proposition suggestion etc., while subject, theory/practice orientation, and role of prior knowledge are included in research contents. Findings Based on the review and analysis, this paper suggested four guidelines for adopting grounded theory methodology to information systems research in Korea: First, division of research methodology into stages. Second, explicit documentation of research process. Third, pursuit of diversity in research topics. Fourth, strengthening scale up and theoretical integration.

This paper proposes a method of integrating ChatGPT with traditional chatbot systems to enhance conversational artificial intelligence(AI) and create more efficient conversational systems. Traditional chatbot systems are primarily based on classification models and are limited to intent classification and simple response generation. In contrast, ChatGPT is a state-of-the-art AI technology for natural language generation, which can generate more natural and fluent conversations. In this paper, we analyze the business service areas that can be integrated with ChatGPT and traditional chatbots, and present methods for conducting conversational scenarios through case studies of service types. Additionally, we suggest ways to integrate ChatGPT with traditional chatbot systems for intent recognition, conversation flow control, and response generation. We provide a practical implementation example of how to integrate ChatGPT with traditional chatbots, making it easier to understand and build integration methods and actively utilize ChatGPT with existing chatbots.

This paper explores some of the ways in which social games - games played with others through social network sites such as Facebook - are situated within the everyday. It argues that social games are more than just games; they perform a range of interactive and integrative functions across and within people's lives and therefore need to be investigated as such. Social games en-able spaces for and practices of creative expression, and identity management. They also form a mechanism through which relations can be enacted and maintained across and outside of the game environment. This argument requires the researcher to consider the panoply of ways in which people integrate social games within their lives and everyday practices. Part of a larger project, this paper explores some findings from an exploratory survey of Australian game play-ers about their management and integration of game play within the everyday with a particular focus on gender.
