Middle-aged women experience a lot of physical and mental stress during their developmental cycle. This stress reduces the quality of life because it leads to chronic pain and disease. Forest therapy is attracting attention as an alternative to this. Forest therapy refers to improving human health through the therapeutic elements of forests. Accordingly, this study was conducted to determine whether a sensory insight-based forest therapy program was effective in reducing stress in middle-aged women. For this purpose, middle-aged women who wanted to participate in the forest therapy program were recruited, 20 each were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group, and pre- and post-tests were conducted. The forest therapy program consisted of 8 sessions of 6 hours based on sense and insight. The forest therapy program was held at Saryeoni Forest in Jeju, and the measurement tools were compared by measuring perceived stress, leisure satisfaction, and stress index through pulse wave testing. The results of the study showed that the forest therapy program lowered stress and improved leisure satisfaction.
Isolated rat thoracic aorta which is pharmacologically precontracted by phenylephrine induces photorelaxation when exposed to long wave length UV-light. The aim of the present study was to characterize the mechanism of UV-light induced by photorelaxation in the rat aorta. 1. UV light relaxed both endothelium-intact and -denuded rat aortic rings contracted by phenylephrine. The magnitude of relaxation on UV light was dependent on the exposure time and slightly greatly in endothelium-denuded rings than in endothelium-intact preparations. 2. L-NAME (10 nM - 100 $\mu$M) but not D-NAME completely inhibited the photorelaxation in a concentration dependent manner. 3. The UV-induced relaxation was inhibited by methylene blue (1 - 100 uM), and verapamil (100 nM), and removal of extracellular $Ca^{2+}$. In contrast, UV-light induced photorelaxation was potentiated by $N^{w}$-nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA) treatment. These results suggest that UV light-induced photorelaxation may be due to nitric oxide from exogenously administered L-arginine as well as endogenous nitric oxide donors such as amino acid and arginine derivatives

IR classified by wavelength three parts NIR, MIR. FIR. There is FIR which is radiated from healthy human body the wave length is 8-14m. The Sun's ray is composed of Infared(49%), Visible light(40%) and Ultra violet(11%), however the ray getting to the earth is FIR(60%), IR(20%), and UV(20%). Human beings has utilized FIR already from time immemorial. Hershel found out Infrared for the first time, in the Industrial Revolution the Infrared and FIR had been begun to use making products. FIR with low temperature can deeply penetrate on the human body composed things without troublesome, since FIR has effectively operated on the human body at low temperature (35-40 $^{\circ}$C). In this study, we experimented in the specific temperature FlR radiation intensity. water consumption rate, feed consumption rate. survival rate and mean of weight balance with FlR radiation instrument. According to the results, the FlR radiation to the mice assisted to increase the survival rate.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of voice improvement when vocal training, which relaxes the vocal contact, is applied to children with vocal nodules. Subjects included 20 5- to 12-year-old boys with vocal nodules in Otolaryngology and for whom voice therapy had been advised. The vocal therapy was conducted for 40 minutes per a week for a total of eight times. Results were evaluated by videostroboscopy, auditory-perceptual evaluation of GRBAS Scale, aerodynamic test, and acoustic analysis before and after therapy. As a result, first, the size of vocal nodules was reduced and the unstable pattern of vocal contact was improved. Glottic closure was increased and Phase symmetry was decreased during vocal vibration. Mucosal wave was increased and muscle tension of the larynx was reduced. Second, auditory-perceptual evaluation showed that subjects' overall quality of voice improved. GRBAS Scale Evaluation showed that the characteristics of the subjects' voice which were rough, breathy, and strained and breathy were reduced after therapy. Third, the measurements of acoustic parameters showed a statistically significant improvement. The fundamental frequency of the subejects' voice was increased and values of Jitter and Shimmer, NHR, [H1-H2] decreased. Fourth, the maximum phonation time of children was increased. These results imply that vocal relaxation training conducted in this study has a very positive effect to improve the voice of children with vocal nodules.

This paper performed the basic study for developing the light therapy equipment for medical treatment. We developed the equipment for medical therapy using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 4 step by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled, stage by stage.
Purpose: This study was conducted to find out the mediated effects of smartphone overindulgence in the relationship between attention and spinal health of adolescents and to find out how cognitive strength moderates these relationships. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: All subjects measured attention, cognition strength, spinal angle, and smartphone overindulgence by measuring the ratio of SMR and mid-beta power to the power of the brain wave, amplitude variation of Cognitive Gamma-Peak, forward slope angle of the cervical spine, and the scale of diagnosis of smartphone addiction. Results: As a result, it shows a significant correlation between Attention, spinal angle, cognitive strength, and smartphone overindulgence(p<.05). In addition, attention was significantly mediated on the spinal angle through smartphone overindulgence(p<.001), and cognitive strength was significantly mediated in relation to smartphone overindulgence and spinal angle(p<.05). Conclusion: This result indicates that the mediation effect of overindulgence of a Smartphone is mediated according to its cognitive strength in relation to its effect of attention on the spine angle.

The general features and measured results of the 143cm, variable-energy, three sector-focused MC-50 cyclotron installed at Korea Cancer Center Hospital are described. The MC-50 cyclotron is designed to produce beams of protons, deuterons, He-3 and alpha particles of maximum energies 50MeV, 25MeV, 66MeV and 50MeV respectively to be used for neutron therapy and radioisotope production. The azimuthal field variation is produced by three sets of spiral ridges having a maximum spiral angle of $55^{\circ}$. The RF system, a two-dee quarter-wave system is designed to provide a continuously variable frequency from 15.5 to 26.8 MHz. The first external beam was obtained in January 1986. Subsequent internal ana external beam studies with protons and alphas show a well-behaved beam through the whole beam transport system.

Background: Although cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) is reported to have positive effects on mental functions such as depression and sleep improvement, detailed studies regarding awakening, attention and concentration among brain waves reflecting brain activity are lacking. Objective: To examine the effects of cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) on various electroencephalograms (EEGs) reflecting brain activities. Design: Randomized controlled clinical trial (single blind) Methods: This study selected 30 healthy adult women in their 20s who volunteered for this experiment. A total of 30 subjects were randomly assigned to three groups (Sham group, 0.5 Hz CES group, and 100 Hz CES group). EEGs were measured before and after the single CES, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results: The relative theta, alpha, and gamma waves indicated no significant differences in the interaction effects between time and group. The relative fast alpha wave only showed significant differences in the interaction effects between time and group in P4. The relative slow beta wave only indicated statistically significant differences in the interaction effects between time and group in T3 and T4. The relative mid and fast beta waves showed statistically significant differences in the interaction effects between time and group in all areas. Conclusions: These results suggest that a CES of 0.5 Hz awakens consciousness and has a positive influence on brain activity, while a CES of 100 Hz has a positive influence on thinking activity accompanying mental load during concentrating on one subject.
