최근 미국을 위시한 선진국에서 제제간의 생물학적 동등성을 판단하는 기준이 생체 이용률의 평균치를 비교하는 시험에서 분산까지 같이 고려하는 기준으로 바뀌고 있다. 처방성과 교차사용성을 의미하는 모집단과 개인 생물학적 동등성이 바로 그것이다. US FDA에서는 2 × 4 교차설계법을 활용해서 제제간의 생동성을 입증하는 것을 추천하고 있다. 현재 US FDA에서 제안하고 있는 모집단 생물학적 동등성 평가 방법은 통계적으로 문제점을 가지고 있어 최근 Lee, Shao & Chow(2002), Chow, Shao & Wang(2003), 그리고 McNally, Iyer & Mathew(2002)에 의해서 수정된 평가 방법들이 제안되고 있다. 본 연구 논문에서는 그동안 제제간의 생물학적 동등성 평가 설계법이였던 2×2 교차설계법을 이용해서 모집단 생물학적 동등성을 평가하는 방법을 논의하고 최근 제안된 방법들을 모의실험을 통해 비교하여 가장 적절한 방법론을 제안한다.

Procedures to separate motile. normal & motile and acrosome-reacted sperm with high efficiency have clinical application in Assisted Reproductive Technology in terms of increasing the probability of fertilization by a normal sperm and subsequent normal embryonic development. This study evaluated the effects of 10 sperm preparation techniques [Swim-up from a washed pellet (SU). Swim-up from semen (SO). Continuous Percoll Gradients I (PIC). Discontinuous Percoll Gradients I (PID). Continuous Percoll Gradients II(P II C). Discontinuous Percoll Gradients II(P II D), SpermPrep (SFC). Wang's tube (WT). Albumin Gradients (AG), Low temperature capacitation (LTC)] on motility (%), normal morphology (%), motile sperm recovery rate(%). morphologically normal & motile sperm recovery rate (%), true acrosome reaction (%) and fertilizing ability. A P II D proved to be an effective means of separating morphologically normal & motile sperm. Our results indicated the P II D has advantages as compared with other methods in terms of recovery rate. enhancement of motility and normal morphology. And a LTC seems to be an effective means of enhancing the true acrosome reaction and fertilizing ability. These results suggest that the combined method of LTC and P II D for separation of morphologically normal & motile sperm and acrosome reacted sperm may be a useful procedure for intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization in the management of male factor infertility as well as for isolation of subpopulation of sperm for basic research.

최근 무선 랜(WLAN : Wireless Local Area Network) 기술이 사용자에게 편리성과 유연성을 제공함에 따라 무선 분야에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 무선 랜 어플리케이션의 웹 접근과 같은 표준화된 인터넷 서비스에서부터 멀티미디어 비디오 및 음성 서비스와 같은 분야에서 매우 엄격한 지연시간/처리율이 요구된다. 따라서, 무선 랜의 효율을 높이기 위해 AP(Access Point)들 간 트래픽의 공정하고 효율적인 부하의 분산이 중요한 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 보다 나은 로드 밸런스를 달성하고, 네트워크 리소스 사용률을 증가시키기 위한 AP 선정 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 부하 측정과 AP 선정의 주요 파라미터로서 활성화 검사 패턴과 네트워크 지연을 사용한다. 또한, 상향 링크/하향링크 지연을 관찰함으로써 AP 트래픽 부하를 예측하고, 로드 밸런스를 통해 링크 자원의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 예측 결과를 사용한다. 제안하는 기법은 NS-2(Network Simulation-2)를 이용하여 SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) 기법과 비교하였다. 제안한 기법은 전체 네트워크의 처리율이 12.5% 향상된 것으로 나타났고, 상향링크/하향링크 지연 시간은 36.84%, 60.42%씩 감소되었다. 또한 제안한 기법은 전체 네트워크 처리율을 증가시켰으며, 비디오와 음성서비스를 우수한 품질로 제공하면서 상향링크/하향링크의 지연 시간을 감소시킴을 확인하였다

이 연구는 종래 '병렬적' 또는 '대립적'으로 이해되던 장횡거(張橫渠)의 기학(氣學)과 왕양명(王陽明)의 심학(心學)을 상호 소통의 차원에서 해명해 보려는 의도에서 이루어졌다. 필자는 여기에서 태허(太虛)와 양지(良知)의 개념을 직접 비교함으로써 기학(氣學)과 심학(心學)의 존재론적 구조가 상통함을 설명하려 하였고, 그리고 대심(大心)과 치양지(致良知)의 개념을 비교하면서 기학(氣學)과 심학(心學)의 공부론이 서로 소통하고 있음을 논증하였다. 장횡거의 태허론(太虛論)은 불교의 적멸론(寂滅論)에 대응하기 위해 만들어진 측면도 있다. 그러므로 심학(心學)을 기학(氣學)으로 이해하는 작업, 즉 양지(良知)의 본체를 태허(太虛)로 이해하게 되면 그동안 양명심학(陽明心學)이 정주학(程朱學)으로부터 줄기차게 받아야 했던 '불교적 이단론(異端論)'에 대한 비판적 시각으로부터도 자유로울 수가 있다. 이 연구는 횡거 철학의 전통을 정주리학(程朱理學)의 시각에서 뿐만 아니라 오히려 육왕심학(陸王心學)의 전통에서 읽을 수 있게 한다는 점에서 가장 큰 의미를 갖는다. 필자는 여기에서 성리학의 발전적 계승으로 양명(陽明) 심학(心學)을 해석하였고, 또한 양명(陽明) 심학(心學)의 이론선구로 횡거(橫渠) 기학(氣學)을 이해하였다.

An accurate calculation of the stochastic wind field is the foundation for analyzing wind-induced structure response and reliability. In this research, the spatial correlation of structural wind field was considered based on the time domain method. A method for calculating the stochastic wind field based on cross stochastic Fourier spectrum was proposed. A flowchart of the proposed methodology is also presented in this study to represent the algorithm and workflow. Along with the analysis of regional wind speed distribution, the wind speed time history sample was calculated, and the efficiency can therefore be verified. Results show that the proposed method and programs could provide an efficient simulation for the wind-induced structure response analysis, and help determine the related parameters easily.

It has been reported that vitamin C plays an effective role in the treatment and prevention of cancer, but its specific mechanisms are still largely unknown. The incidence of colon cancer is now increasing in Korea. Therefore, we have examined here the effect of vitamin C on the induction of the apoptosis on colon cancer and its related mechanisms. We have found that remarkable increase of the apoptosis and the calcium influx in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) in human colon cancer cell line, HCT-8. However, vitamin C-induced apoptosis was effectively inhibited by the pre-treatment of BAPTA-AM (1,2-bis(o-aminophenoxy) ethane-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid), which is well-known as a calcium specific chelator. During the apoptosis, we found the increase of the translocation of Bad to mitochondria from cytosol, after releasing from 14-3-$3{\beta}$. In this process, the expression of Bax, a well-known pro-apoptotic protein, was also increased. Taken together, vitamin C induces apoptosis of colon cancer cell line, HCT-8 through the increase of 1) the calcium influx in endoplasmic reticulum (ER), 2) the translocation of Bad to mitochondria, and 3) the expression of Bax.

Ras oncoproteins are small molecular weight GTPases known for their involvement in oncogenesis, which operate in a complex signaling network with multiple effectors. Approximately 25% of human tumors possess mutations in a member of this family. The Raf1/MEK/Erk1/2 pathway is one of the most intensively studied signaling mechanisms. Different levels of regulation account for the inactivation of MAP kinases by MAPK phosphatases in a cell type- and stimuli-dependent manner. In the present study, using three inducible Ras-expressing NIH/3T3 cell lines, we demonstrated that MKP3 upregulation requires the activation of the Erk1/2 pathway, which correlates with the shutdown of this pathway. We also demonstrated, by applying pharmacological inhibitors and effector mutants of Ras, that induction of MKP3 at the protein level is positively regulated by the oncogenic Ras/Raf/MEK/Erk1/2 signaling pathway.

Purpose: The study was to explore the level of low back pain and characteristic factors influencing low back pain (LBP) and mental health during pregnancy. Methods: The subjects were a total of 383 healthy pregnant women in S City and K-Do. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation. Results: 82.5% of the pregnant women answered the existence of LBP and 19.7% of them had high LBP. The preferred method of controlling LBP was 'Just endure'(42.3%). There were significant differences in pregnancy level (p<.05) and discomfort condition related to pregnancy (p<.01) according to low back pain. There were significant differences in pain intensity according to mental health. The correlation between pain level and pregnancy weeks (p<.001) and BMI in previous pregnancy (p<.001) was significant. The correlation between mental health and age was significant (p<.001). Conclusion: The majority of the pregnant women experienced LBP during pregnancy. However, they were not offered the best method of controlling the pain. Thus, for preventing LBP during pregnancy, we recommend regular exercises and BMI control.

China is undertaking an energy reform from fossil fuels to clean energy to accomplish $CO_2$ intensity (CI) reduction commitments. After hydropower, nuclear energy is potential based on breadthwise comparison with the world and analysis of government energy consumption (EC) plan. This paper establishes a CI energy policy response forecasting model based on national and provincial EC plans. This model is then applied in Fujian Province to predict its CI from 2016 to 2020. The result shows that CI declines at a range of 43%-53% compared to that in 2005 considering five conditions of economic growth in 2020. Furthermore, Fujian will achieve the national goals in advance because EC is controlled and nuclear energy ratio increased to 16.4% (the proportion of non-fossil in primary energy is 26.7%). Finally, the development of nuclear energy in China and the world are analyzed, and several policies for energy optimization and CI reduction are proposed.

Economic globalization provides a good channel for the development of foreign trade around the world. Due to this background, this paper sets the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries as a sample to explore the importance of international logistics in foreign trade. An annual panel data from 2000 to 2017 will be used to conduct an empirical estimation under the panel unit root test and the fixed effect model. Foreign trade is treated as an explained variable and international logistics is treated as explanatory variables. The findings show that international logistics have a positive spillover effect on export trade and the speed of international logistics development has a regulatory effect on the relationship between both of them, which presents a U-shaped curve. When the speed of international logistics development is slow, an increase of it restrains the positive spillover effect of international logistics on export trade. However, when it rises to a certain extent, this increase releases the positive spillover effect of international logistics on export trade. As can be seen by the evidence that this paper provides, the impact of international logistics on foreign trade is dynamic. Moreover, this paper also puts forward some corresponding measures about the relationship between both of them.
