  • In the railroad rolling stock depot, long-term maintenance tasks is done regularly every two or four year basis to maintain the functionality of equipments and rolling stock body or for the repair operation of the heavily damaged rolling stocks by fatal accidents. This paper addresses the computer simulation model building for the rolling stock maintenance shop for the CDC(Commuter Diesel Car) and Generator Car planned to be constructed at Daejon Rolling Stock Depot, which will be moved from Yongsan Rolling Stock Depot. We evaluated the processing capacity of two layout design alternatives based on the maintenance process chart through the developed simulation models. The performance measures are the number of processed cars per year, the cycle time, shop utilization, work in process and the average number waiting car for input. The simulation result shows that one design alternative outperforms another design alternative in every aspect and superior design alternative can process total 340 number of trains per year 15% more than the proposed target within the current average cycle time.

  • Signs of the street and scenes of the nature(tree) popping up like a still screen in a monotonously repeated routine, as if waiting for something by chance, characters appearing and disappearing without special meaning, advise you to get away from cliché meetings and breakups while repeating it. The images of people returning to their places without presenting any conclusions highlights the coincidences and unexpectedness of everyday life, but are so familiar that it is easy to be overlooked, it brings us to experience the potential of everyday unfamiliarity in such moments. The actor's performance, which deviates from the practice of well-organized characters, is improvised (unplanned and uncoordinated) emphasized on the scene and expresses the everyday nature of his differentiated character freely like the reality as if he were locked up in a film structure but not confined to it, and as if he got used to the everyday life. Also the repeated words and actions of characters, and unpredictable changes of emotions, centered by the encounters and conversations of this film of Hong Sang-soo, everything that is presented in the background of everyday life in its form, let's us pay attention to the meaning and what to be found in the film. In addition, director Hong Sang-soo, who creates a story after selecting actors to reproduce this daily process in a realistic manner, sets new relationships between the characters and the actors, presenting a new method of realistic expression, through the actor who repeatedly appears in the film. This study analyzes the everyday characters and acting of the film based on director Hong Sang-soo's directing style.

  • Cities are continued to be highly advanced and metropolitanized. Lands adjacent to road make entry/exit connection increase along with construction of facilities for various purposes. However, in the absence of specific installation standards of entry and exit connection, inappropriate access location, types of access, and operation methods are deteriorating the level of traffic services at existing roads and intersections. Therefore, in order to minimize the traffic impact from entrances connected to minor arterial roads and colletor roads, first, this study re-established the waiting length in the intersection of upstream and downstream and length required for changing lanes and between entrance/exit and connection, considering the road and traffic environment in contact with the entrance. Second, it is suggested that the operation method depending on the connection type and whether to install left turn lane and acceleration and deceleration lane can be determined quantitatively by relation with the service level of nearby intersection after calculating the threshold amount of business site through negative social cost, which is the difference between the installation cost of the left turn lane and the acceleration and deceleration lane according to the type of access to the entrance and exit.

  • Several efforts in Korea are currently underway with the goal of commercializing autonomous vehicles. Hence, various studies are emerging on autonomous vehicles that drive safely and quickly according to operating guidelines. The current study examines the path search of an autonomous vehicle from a microscopic viewpoint and tries to prove the efficiency required by learning the lane change of an autonomous vehicle through Deep Q-Learning. A SUMO was used to achieve this purpose. The scenario was set to start with a random lane at the starting point and make a right turn through a lane change to the third lane at the destination. As a result of the study, the analysis was divided into simulation-based lane change and simulation-based lane change applied with Deep Q-Learning. The average traffic speed was improved by about 40% in the case of simulation with Deep Q-Learning applied, compared to the case without application, and the average waiting time was reduced by about 2 seconds and the average queue length by about 2.3 vehicles.

  • It is important to secure the golden time of emergency vehicles for quick responses in disaster situations, such as fire, rescue, and first aid. This study proposes plans Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) based on the analysis of emergency vehicle operation to secure the golden time of emergency vehicles and increase driving safety. The emergency vehicle dispatch statistics, emergency vehicle traffic accident statistics, and survey were used for the analysis. As a result of the analysis, the frequency of dispatch of emergency vehicles and traffic accidents are increasing gradually, but the rate of securing the golden time of emergency vehicles is approximately half, indicating that improvement measures are urgent. In the questionnaire survey, most citizens consent to the necessity of introducing EVP. In addition, the criteria for the range of emergency vehicles that could provide EVP and the allowable time for waiting were derived. These results could be used to prepare EVP operation strategies, and it is expected to contribute to improving emergency vehicle operation safety and increasing the golden time securing rate through a rapid expansion of EVP.

  • The purpose of this article is to compare zombie narratives in relation to the Other. In previous research, the view of zombies as post-capitalist soulless consumers or workers has been frequently expressed. But in this article, I wanted to look at zombies as the main cause of the collapse of the world and a new future. First, zombies do not only mean the representation of the consumer in the late capitalist era. Rather, it is an awakening subject desiring the outside of the system. As you can see from the Uncanny's point of view, zombies are something that we should oppress as freaks and monsters that threatened the Other. To be a zombie in this way is to meet one's other self, the "Fundamentals of Humanity," and it is the moment when everything becomes the subject ex nihilo, the new beginning. Second, the concept of infection shows a new ethic. Zombie cannibalism is different from the selfish love of a vampire who sucks a worker's blood. Zombie cannibalism is an infection, which is a model of Christian love for one's neighbor. It is a moment of awakening and the beginning of solidarity. It is on the waiting for the solidarity that the zombie hangs in such a way, and the attack on the human being is an active illusion. Third, the situation of the end of a zombie narrative is another event for newness. The anger of a zombie serves not just to show monsters, but acts as a catalyst that accelerates the world's catastrophes. The anger of zombies is the messianic violence that stops the false world, and presents a new way. The emergence of zombies and the popular response to them embody a desire for the possibility of a new subject and world.

Hospitals and clinics are only two examples of medical facilities that are easy targets for cybercriminals, along with IoT-based medical devices like pacemakers. Cyberattacks in the medical field not only put patients' lives in danger but also have the potential to expose private and sensitive information. Reviewing and looking at the present and historical flaws and vulnerabilities in the blockchain-based IoT and medical institutions' equipment is crucial as they are sensitive, relevant, and of a medical character. This study aims to investigate recent and current weaknesses in medical equipment, of blockchain-based IoT, and institutions. Medical security systems are becoming increasingly crucial in blockchain-based IoT medical devices and digital adoption more broadly. It is gaining importance as a standalone medical device. Currently the use of software in medical market is growing exponentially and many countries have already set guidelines for quality control. The achievements of the thesis are medical equipment of blockchain-based IoT no longer exist in a vacuum, thanks to technical improvements and the emergence of electronic health records (EHRs). Increased EHR use among providers, as well as the demand for integration and connection technologies to improve clinical workflow, patient care solutions, and overall hospital operations, will fuel significant growth in the blockchain-based IoT market for linked medical devices. • Bus stop is necessary to improve user-focused environment to offer convenient service because of the large number of passengers. This study is to analyze user's evaluation and establishment model of the service levels at bus stop using GAP analysis, IPA and Structural equation model and suggests improvement direction of bus stop. In the GAP analysis, on thirty-one service items of bus stop, the difference appeared highly from the items such as obstacle's facility and the information related to the using bus. In the current IPA service bus operation information, cadence facility and obstacle support facility need to be improved. And in service expectation bus operation information and th exchange facility, the obstacle support facility need to be improved continuously. The evaluation model of bus stop service due to a structure equation's was fitted well by structure equation. In overall satisfaction on bus stop, the waiting satisfaction is more affect the satisfaction of bus use facility. Satisfaction in bus use facility, the related information of bus operation, cadence facility, bus operation information and trans facility, obstacle support facility is more affect compare to other items. The lower overall satisfaction in bus stop is the higher the expectation of overall satisfaction is. Therefore, the information of bus operation and the support facility for the handicapped needs an active improvement plan than ever.
