One of the most important research works in modern business enterpise is the relation between the purpose of business enterprise and decision making behavior of manager. It is because the coincidence of the former and the latter is considered an ideal type in evaluating the result of business management. Here I have set up assumptions in order to solve the above statements: (1) What purpose does the modern business enterprise set up and what kind of economic background does it have? (2) What is the theory of maximization of stock value among the purposes of business enterprise? (3) What kind of decision making do we do in the maximization of stock value in busiess administration? (4) How is the behavior of business financial manager's intention and decision made? The result pursued under the above assumptions shows that business manager's behavior of decision making is affected according to the degree that he gets some information, but basically is determined in consideration of his autonomous standpoint, namely the stability of business enterprise and the stability of manager himself while he faithfully performs his duty which is entrusted by stockholders. Therefore we come to the conclusion that there is a little gap between a manager's behavior of decision-making and the purpose of stock value maximization.

By the help of computer graphics and rapid development of hardwares. GUI(Graphic User Interface) represented by WYSIWYG(What You See Is What You Get) changed user interface from liguistic model(e.g : command, etc.) to spatial model(e.g : pulldown menu, scroll bar, icon, itc.). This graphical user interface model for the ship conceptual design(MBASWIN) adopted event-driven programming technique and object-oriented concepts. Different from traditional design programs, MBASWIN is separate from the design program completely and controls all design modules. This enable a designer to accomplish a flexible designs.

This research aimed to understand the awareness of married couples who have children over the age of elementary school age. What do they perceive as a wholesome and healthy family? What are they doing to promote the wholesomeness of the family? What are their demands of society and the government? Twenty-five people, 13 husbands and 12 wives, comprised the total number of subjects. The data were analyzed after in-depth interviews. The results of the research were as follows. First, all the subjects had no clear idea about the basic laws of a wholesome and healthy family although they were in the class belonging to the educational sector. Their awareness of what constituted a wholesome and healthy family included such things as physical, mental, ethical, and even spiritual health. Second, the married couples mostly answered that they were trying their best to promote the health of their families. This was basically related to the promotion of physical and mental health.

The paper seeks to explore the role of green finance in achieving sustainable development goals through the case of China, and address some issues of sustainable finance and environmental, social and governance concerns of green finance by introducing the episodes of green finance in China. This paper aims to provide some viewpoints about the following questions: 1) What are the latest trends in green finance? 2) What are the main challenges to the development of green finance? 3) What are policy recommendations for the development of green finance? 4) What are the roles of both the public and private sectors in promoting green finance? This paper identifies the mainstream to sustainable bonds, diversification of green finance, transition of corporates' business models, transparency and disclosure, and harmonizing taxonomy and measurement of green finance for the emerging trends of green finance. As the results, this paper recommends some policy measures for the private sector such as greening the banking system, greening the bond market, and greening institutional investors. This paper also suggests some policy initiatives for the public sector such as developing policies and capacity, promoting market transparency and governance, and promoting private-public partnership for diversifying resources of green finance.

What is the origin of kimchi and what changes did it go through to become the kimchi of today? Also, what makes kimchi different from other pickled vegetables such as Chinese paochai, Japanese tsukemono, and Western pickles, and sauerkraut, and what is the identity of kimchi? This study is the result of thought on these fundamental questions about kimchi which is the only pickled vegetable distributed around the world that uses a fermented and ripened animal seasoning called jeotgal (salted marine life) to dramatically improve its umami taste and nutritional value, thereby securing its uniqueness. Kimchi has further evolved into a unique and high-quality pickled vegetable through the use of its specialized seasoning, adopting a composite fermentation mechanism and absorbing new ingredients such as red pepper. It is expected that this paper will invigorate the discussion on the firm establishment of the identity of kimchi and the future direction that it may take.

This paper aims to introduce some useful multimedia freewares, and also support Chinese instructor with discussing how to operate them for instructional design of multimedia language learning class. For this aims, this paper consists of three parts: First, instructional design. This part is focused to what kind of instructional model to be based on, for example, Dick & Carey model, ADDIE model, ASSURE model etc. This part introduces these models, and modifies ADDIE and ASSURE model to D.D.A.I.E.S and S.S.A.U.R.E.S as 'A(nalysis)' in these model may apply to the next 'D(evelopment)' on ADDIE, 'S(elect Methods, Media and Materials)' on ASSURE in the practical Chinese class. Second, Programme: What to use. This part is focused to what kind of free software we can use. In the web site online, there are huge free softwares so we usually hesitate to select and also don't know how to operate even though selected one of them. This part, accordingly, introduces ten of useful freewares and compares each other in terms of usefulness for Chinese instructors. Third, Programme: How to use. It is of no use just to know what to use but not to know how to operate, so this part describes how to use freewares like a kind of manual in detail as far as possible. In conclusion, we hope more Chinese instructors to learn and use more useful freewares for designing the better multimedia Chinese class by this paper.

This paper aims to explore an other way to reflect on the self through woman, through the feminine, as a mode of being. In other words, in order to say about "how to re-think the self, in a different way," if I start from the issue of the feminine, how and why can this "a different way" be linked to woman? This question implies several more questions; what is woman? what is the feminine? what does it mean "a different way"? how can we say of "a different way"? Or, why can we take woman as the medium to "be" in a different way? If woman gives us a "way out," that is to say, if (S)he opens out a way for our out-being, ex-sistence, standing outside ourselves, that is, ek-stasis, does this enable us to overstep egotism? Then, how can we re-flect and say about this "out (as 'ex-/ek-')" in terms of woman, the feminine? This paper starts from these questions. Woman is an explosive overflowing force, movement, and process, which displace 'within' into 'outside,' as what Irigaray would call a "disruptive excess." Thus, I start from saying of the "place" in which woman itself takes place as overflowing. By referring to Derridian, Lacanian, and Heideggerian terms, I hope to foreground the ex-sistential space of woman.

As part of the police reform, the current government is trying to establish a police bureau under the Ministry of Public Administration and Security and improve the personnel management of the police. Like the prosecution bureau under the Ministry of Justice, the main goal of the police is to establish a police support bureau in the Ministry of Public Administration and Security to have personnel, budget, disciplinary action, and inspection. However, the government's control of police rights was opposed mainly by the "Police Workplace Council," which is like a police union, and even police officials agreed with it, and the opposition was severe. It is becoming a form of struggle between the government and police organizations. As a police major, I don't want to side with anyone and support the police. However, I thought about what democratic control of the police should be with, considered what the police reform plan is, and analyzed the legal and institutional aspects of the current police, and expressed the following issues. First, this paper is as follows: First, we considered what the democratic control of the police was. Second, We focused on reform measures such as the personnel system and institutional approach. Third, I presented my argument on what the police reform plan is.

This study introduces research trends in Asia by analyzing the publications of scholars in major universities in Asia, which can provide Asian researchers with what topics Asian researchers have been conducting the last six years. In addition, this study provides information on who have been active in research with the list of top one hunred scholars according to their H index scores. For this analysis, we have collected academic publications of all the professors in major universities from twelve Asian countries, analyzed what topics they have been studying along with which topics are most popular by country and geographical area, evaluated scholars' academic performances in terms of their impacts on academic society, and finally selected the top one hunred scholars among them. This study makes some unique contributions to the academic societies in Asia at least in two ways. Firstly, this study provides Asian researchers with information on what Asian researchers have been studying for the last six years, which is expected to help Asian researchers to understand research trends in Asia. Secondly, this study introduces who has been active in academic research in what countries or universities in Asia, which has never been addressed in the academic societies in Asia. This study hopefully generates some positive competition among Asian scholars and acknowledges their contribution to academic societies.

Scientometrics and research evaluation describe and analyze research publications when conducting publication, citation, and topic analyses. However, what exactly is a (scientific, academic, scholarly or research) publication? This article demonstrates that there are many problems when it comes to looking in detail at quantitative publication analyses, citation analyses, altmetric analyses, and topic analyses. When is a document a publication and when is it not? We discuss authorship and contribution, formally and informally published documents, as well as documents in between (preprints, research data) and the characteristics of references, citations, and topics. What is a research publication? Is there a commonly accepted criterion for distinguishing between research and non-research? How complete and unbiased are data sources for research publications and sources for altmetrics? What is one research publication? What is the unit of a publication that causes us to count it as "1?" In this regard, we report problems related to multi-author publications and their counting, weighted document types, the unit and weighting of citations and references, the unit of topics, and counting problems-not only at the article and individual researcher level (micro-level), but also at the meso-level (e.g., institutions) and macro-level (e.g., countries). Our results suggest that scientometric counting units are not reliable and clear. Many scientometric and research evaluation studies must therefore be used with the utmost caution.
