비구면 Glass 렌즈 성형용 초경합금 코어면 Re-Ir 코팅 효과 (Re-Ir Coating Effect of WC Core Surface for Aspheric Glass Lens Molding)

  • As Rhenium-Iridium{Re-Ir) coating possesses such features as, high hardness, high elasticity, abrasion resistance and chemical stability, there have been exerted continuous efforts in research works in a variety of fields, and this technology has also been applied widely to industrial areas. In this research, the optimal grinding condition was identified using Microlens Process Machine in order to contribute to the development of aspheric glass lens for mobile phone module having 3 mega pixel and 2.5X zoom, and molding core(WC) was manufactured having performed ultra-precision machining. Effects of Re-Ir coating on form accuracy (P-V) of molding core and surface roughness(Ra) were measured and evaluated.

TiCN-WC-Co 계에서 TiCN/WC 비의 변화에 따른 입자모양과 입자 성장 (Effect of TiCN/WC Ratio on Grain Shape and Grain Growth in the TiCN-WC-Co System)

  • 공구강 등 산업용 재료로 널리 사용되는 카바이드 계 재료는 입자 크기 및 분포에 따라 기계적 성질이 변화하므로, 이를 제어하고 조절하는 기술에 관하여 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 TiCN-WC-Co 복합초경계 에서 소결 공정 및 조성변화에 따른 입자 모양을 관찰하고 이에 따른 업자 성장 거동을 고찰하였다. 일반적으로 입자 조대화 양상과 고상 입자의 모양과는 밀접한 관계가 있다. 각진 입자의 경우에 는 계면이 원자적으로 singular 하여 원자의 홉착이 어렵기 때문에 임계값 이상의 성장 구동력을 받 는 몇몇 입자만 성장하는 비정상 입자 성장이 일어날 수 있다. 반면에 계면이 rough한 퉁큰 엽자의 경우에는 원자 홉착에 필요한 구동력이 존재하지 않아 성장 구동력을 받는 모든 입자들이 성장하기 때문에 정상 입자 성장을 하게 된다. 이와 같이 입자 모양에 따른 입자 성장 거동은 전체 미세구조를 결정하게 되며, 이에 따른 물리 화학적 물성을 변화시킨다. 이러한 입자 성장 원리를 적용하 면 복합초경계 (TiCN-WC-Co)에서도 입자성장이 억제되고 치밀한 소결체를 제조할 수 있을 것이다. 본 실험에서는 평균입도가 각각 0.1, 1.33, 2$\mu\textrm{m}$인 TiCN, WC, Co 분말을 사용하여 $((I00_{-x)}TiCN+_xWC)-30Co$ (wt%) 조성에서 TiCN/WC 비를 변화시키면서 업자 모양과 입자성장 거동을 관찰하였다. 청량된 분말은 WC 초경 볼로 밀렁하고, 건조한 후, 100 mesh 체로 조립화 하였다. 이 분말을 100 MPa의 압력으로 냉간정수압성형 하고 $10^{-2}$ torr의 진공분위기의 graphite f furnace에서 carbon black으로 packing 하여 액상형성 온도 이상에서 소결하였다. 소결된 시편은 경면 연마하여 주사전자현미경으로 미세 조직을 관찰하였다. TiCN-30Co 조성 시편은 corner-round 모양의 입자 모양으로 소결 시간 증가에 따라 빠른 입자 성장을 나타내었다 .(7STiCN+2SWC)-30Co 조성 시변의 경우 일반적으로 보고된 바와 같이 core/shell 구조를 나타내었으며, core는 TiC-rich 상이었고, shell은 (Ti,W)(C,N) 복합 탄화물 상이었다. WC 함량이 중가함에 따라 입자의 corner-round 영역이 증가하였으며 (SOTiCN-SOWC)-30Co 조성 근처에서는 거의 둥근 형태의 입자 모양을 나타내었다. 또한 TiCN - 30Co 조성 시편에 비하여 WC가 첨가된 시펀들은 작은 평균입자크기를 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과는 shell 영역 조성 변화는 계면에너지 이방성과 기지상 내의 펑형 입자 모양을 변화시키고 나아가 입자 성장 속도 에도 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다.

초경소재 재활용을 위한 플랫 엔드밀공구의 재연삭 효과 (Regrinding Effect of Flat End-Mill Tool for Recycling of Tungsten Carbide (WC-Co) Material)

  • In this paper, experimental studies of the regrinding of tungsten carbide (WC-Co) tools for high-speed machining were conducted. Regrinding and a subsequent evaluation test were carried out for a flat endmill tool with diameters of 10 mm and 3 mm using a CNC five-axis tool grinder and a CNC three-axis machining center. Tool wear on the two types of endmill tools increased as the cutting length increased, and the tool wear was not influenced by the regrinding state. In case of the micro endmill with a tool diameter of 3 mm, the effective regrinding time was determined for a flank wear threshold of 0.3 mm considering the tool life according to cutting length. The tool lives of the 10 mm and 3 mm endmill tools were increased by 80% and 72%, respectively. This conclusion proves the Feasibility of the recycling of tungsten carbide materials in the high-speed machining of high-hardened materials for industrial applications.

  • High-density optical information storing equipment, which is using Blu-ray, is the next generation information storing equipment that has about form six times to thirty-five times capacities. and high-density optical information storing equipment uses high NA(Numerical Aperture) aspheric glass objective lens as optical pick-up equipment to record and recognize high-density date. Generally this objective lens is developed and produced through a way of GMP(Glass Molding Press) that uses molding core that is performde by Ultra precision grinding, but grinding performing that has high-accuracy is very difficult because objective lens form is high NA. In this research, we preformed Ultra precision turning, using single crystal diamond bite, about WC(Co 0.5%), sintering brittleness material that is used molding core's material for GMP. and we confirmed aspheric glass lens compression of deformities molding core's Ultra precision turning possibility by measuring surface roughness(Ra) and processing surface's condition.

  • 초경합금 성형용 코어를 이용한 고온 압축 성형방식으로 제작되기 때문에 성형용 코어의 초정밀 연산 가공 및 코어면 코팅 기술 개발이 시급한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성형용 초경합금 코어의 연삭가공을 수행하고, 가공 완료된 성형용 코어의 가공면에 Re-Ir 코팅을 수해, 측정을 통하여 코팅면의 마찰 계수 변화에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

  • The usage of ultra-precision machining is increasing by the manufacturing of precision optical elements such as camera lens, laser printer, CD player, DVD and microscope parts etc.. The WC alloy material is in wide use by mold core to improve the productivity and accuracy in manufacturing those precision parts. The WC alloy mould core can be machined effectively by the parallel grinding process which is an excellent technique for manufacturing of surface profile hard to machining materials such as the hardened metal alloy, Ceramics, Glass and so on. Magnetic assisted polishing as a final polishing process has also been utilized to obtain ultra-precision mirror surface with the elimination of traces presented on ground surface. It is able to deduce the optimal ultra-precision machining conditions of the WC alloy material from the experiment and analyses results.

비구면 유리 어레이 렌즈 성형용 초경합금 코어 초정밀 연삭 가공에 관한 연구 (Study on Ultra-Precision Grinding Processing for Aspheric Glass Array Lens WC Core)

  • Plastic array lens are cheap to manufacture; however, plastic is not resistant to high temperatures and moisture. Optical glass represents a better solution but is a more-expensive alternative. Glass array lens can be produced using lithography or precision-molding techniques. The lithography process is commonly used, for instance, in the semiconductor industry; however, the manufacturing costs are high, the processing time is quite long, and spherical aberration is a problem. To obtain high-order aspherical shapes, mold-core manufacturing is conducted through ultra-precision grinding machining. In this paper, a $4{\times}1$ mold core was manufactured using an ultra-precision machine with a jig for the injection molding of an aspherical array lens. The machined mold core was measured using the Form TalySurf PGI 2+ contact-stylus profilometer. The measurement data of the mold core are suitable for the design criterion of below 0.5 um.

한지사 혼용 직물의 접착심 접착 후 외관 형성능의 변화 (The Changes of Appearance Formability of Hanji Blended Fabrics after Fusing)

  • In order to examine the changes in the appearance properties and the post-adhesion appearance properties of Hanji yarn blended fabrics : 100% Hanji yarn fabric, two kinds of cotton / Hanji yarn blended fabrics and 100% cotton fabric, were selected and fused with three kinds of interlinings. After fusing, changes of standardized KES values were examined. 1. W/T, B/W of Hanji yarn blended fabrics was higher than that cotton fabric. WC/W, 2HB/W, 2HB/B, and 2HG/G values of Hanji yarn blended fabrics are lower than cotton fabric. This means that the Hanji yarn was mixed, shape retention, wrinkle recovery was improved, and the drape property was lowered. 2. After fusing, W/T, shape retention, wrinkle recovery of Hanji yarn blended fabrics increased, and WC/W values of Hanji yarn blended fabrics decreased. The wrinkle recovery property of Hanji yarn blended fabrics were improved; however, the 2HG/G value of Hanji yarn fabric increased due to fusing, and the wrinkle recovery property of Hanji yarn fabric decreased. 3. In the selection of adhesive core, I1 adhesive core is excellent in terms of shape stability and wrinkle recovery; however, an I3 adhesive core is recommended for drape and silhouette formation. When the fabric of the adhesive core was PET, it was found to penetrate better between the fabrics during adhesion than the case of cotton fabrics.
