국내 이동통신 산업의 중요성 및 빠른 변화에도 불구하고, 국내 이동통신 산업만을 대상으로 한 산업연관효과에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 상태이다. 본 연구는 여타 연구와 달리 기술 및 산업 속성에 따라 국내 이동통신 산업을 크게 기기, 장비, 서비스 3가지 부문으로 분류하여 산업연관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 최근 국내 이동통신 산업이 전 산업에 미치는 영향의 변화를 파악하기 위해, 한국은행에서 발표한 2003년, 2005년, 2007년, 2009년 산업연관표를 이용하여 산업연관효과의 연도별 변화를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 생산유발효과의 전후방연쇄효과는 기기, 서비스, 장비 3가지 부문 모두 공통적으로 상승하는 추세를 보였다. 그리고 부가가치유발효과는 장비를 제외한 기기와 서비스에서 감소하는 것으로 나타났고, 고용유발효과는 기기를 제외한 장비와 서비스에서 증가 추세를 보였다. 특히 이동통신기기 분야의 고용유발효과 감소 추세는 대내적으로 자본 집약화, 기술 집약화에 따른 고급인력의 수급 불균형 현상 등과 더불어 국내 단말업체들의 해외 생산기지 이전이 국내 고용에 악영향을 준 것으로 추정된다.

This study is applying to the concrete with the variation of the variation of the sludge contents, to analyze the properties of the fresh concrete and the mechanical properties of hardened concrete give the reference data of actual ready mixed concrete. To the result of this study in the condition of W/C 60%. As a result of this experiment and considering the drying shrinkage, it is thought that in using sludge, the less amount of sludge than 4% can produce of good quality concrete.

The purpose of this study is to describe the nutritional status of lacto-ovo vegetarian college male students related food habits, nutrient intake, food analysis, blood content and blood pressure. This survey was conducted at Korean Union College June 13 through 20 in 1982 (7days), and the questionnaires were designed to find out the food habits for 113 men students. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) They often use whole cereals, vegetables, pulses, nuts and fung; they don't use seasonings or animal foods. 2) It seemed that vegetarian's personalities were stable and they had good endurance. 3) All nutrients were taken sufficiently, and the ratios of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins were 70, 16, 14 respectively. 4) No one had anemia prevalences of Hb, Hct, or serum Iron compared with the anemic criteria of W.H.O. The mean value of serum cholesterol was 126 mg%. 5) The mean value of blood pressure was 72/110 mmHg.

The durability of 80 kW class stack module was tested in hydrogen recirculation and non-recirculation systems with the condition of 300Amps (constant current mode) and hydrogen pulse purging (10 seconds close/0.8 seconds open). A localized membrane failure in the interfacial area between membrane and sub-gasket, carbon corrosion in cathode electrode, and Pt dissolution/extraction have been found through the post mortem analysis such as CV, Impedance, SEM, and so on. The main reason of these mechanisms will be discussed in this study.

본 논문에서는 900MHz RFID 수동형 태그 전치부를 설계하고 검증하였다. 문턱전압(threshold voltage) 제거 구조의 전압 체배기, 전류를 이용한 복조 회로로 설계되었으며 파워다운 회로를 추가하여 정류동작의 안정성에 중점을 두었다. PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)을 이용한 변조기를 구조로 입력단에 용량성 임피던스의 변화로 변조 동작을 검증하였다. 삼성 0.18um 공정을 이용하였고, 인식거리는 15m, 평균 소모 전력은 약 60uW이며, 패드를 포함한 칩 사이즈는 $1.22mm^2$이다.

This paper presents flow regime maps of two-dimensional, planar diffusers with constant-area ducts at very low Reynolds numbers. They are obtained from numerical calculations using the commercial CFD program CFD-ACE+. The Reynolds numbers considered are 63, 105, and 210. For each Reynolds number, a wide range of geometric parameters of dimensionless diffuser length, which is a ratio of diffuser length to throat width, $1 and divergence half angle $1^{\circ}<\phi<50^{\circ}$ are selected to obtain steady-state solutions. These maps can be served as a guideline to designers for very low Reynolds number diffuser flows.

In this paper, a novel plastic type compound core for a transformer and inductor of DC-DC converter proposed. The experimental results and application potentials of a Flyback DC-DC converter based the plastic type compound core are presented. The experimental converter, that has a maximum power of 24W, switching frequency of 200kHz and input voltage of 110-220V, has been successfully implemented. A maximum power conversion efficiency of the experimental converter was measured at 76%, and the output was regulated at 12V within 0.2% tolerance.

본 논문은 시화 방조제상에 공사중인 국내최초, 세계 최대설비용량인 254,000kW의 벌브형 수차발전설비가 수중에 설치되도록 설계되어 있어 해수에 의한 설비부식으로부터 설비를 보호하기 위한 전기방식설비 설계의 적정성과 시스템 구성에 대해서 고찰하기 위한 것이다. 시화조력발전소에 적용될 전기방식설계의 적정성을 사전 예측하기 위하여 전문 프로그램을 활용하여 시뮬레이션을 시행하였으며 방식전위 실시간 감시 및 제어기능은 물론 수차발전설비 운전상태와 연동하여 방식전위를 자동제어 할 수 있는 최적제어시스템 설계내용을 제시하였다.

규제당국은 설비를 보유하고 있지 않는 다양한 형태의 사업자들의 서비스 시장 진입장벽을 낮추기 위한 제도적 장치로서 전기통신사업 법 개정을 통하여 공정경쟁과 이용자보호를 위한 도매규제방안을 강구하고 있다. OECD 국가들은 도매제공 도입 등으로 인해 고용증대효과, 요금인하효과가 발생하였다. 특히, 도매제공 및 요금규제를 하고 있는 노르딕 국가들은 OECD 전체 회원국 중 가장 낮은 이동전화 요금수준을 유지하고 있다. 국내의 경우 해외와 같이 도매제공(무선재판매) 의무화를 위해서는 먼저 현행 법규정에 무선재판매 의무제공에 대한 근거를 마련해야 한다.

고주파 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 제조된 순철박막에 대해 증착속도, 미세구조 및 자기특성에 미치는 스퍼터링조건의 영향을 조사하였다. 증착속도는 기판에 자장을 가할 경우 현저히 증가햐였으며, 이는 자장에 의한 Ar 이온의 증가효과로 고찰되었다. 투입전력이 커질수록 결정립 크기와 격자상수가 증 가하였으며 (110)면이 강하게 발달하였다. Ar 압력의 증가에 따라 격자상수는 작아졌으나 결정립 크기는 거의 변화하지 않았다. 기판자장을 가하면서 60W에서 제조한 순철박막의 자화곤란방향이 가장 낮은 약 30e의 보자력을 나타내었다. 보자력은 5mTorr 이상의 Ar 압력에서 급증하는 경향을 보였으며, 이는 표면 이 거칠어진 효과 및 제2상의 효과로 고찰되었다. 두께에 따른 보자력의 변화는 50-200nm 두께의 범위에 서 Neel의 관계를 잘 만족하였다.
