  • 본 논문은 중용량에 적합한 새로운 이중출력 LLC 공진형 DC/DC 컨버터에 관한 것으로써, 별도의 Post-regulator및 추가되는 제어 IC 없이 정밀한 이중출력이 가능한 새로운 방식의 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안된 컨버터의 제어방식은 펄스폭 변조(PWM)와 동시에 주파수 변조(PFM)를 통해 이루어지며 Master 와 Slave 출력을 각각 주파수, 듀티로 제어함으로써 Slave 출력을 위한 별도의 Post-Regulator 및 제어 IC가 필요 없기 때문에, 저가의 컨버터 구현이 가능하다. 또한 기존 LLC 공진형 DC/DC 컨버터와 같이 스위칭 소자의 영전압 스위칭이 보장되는 동시에, Post-Regulator 로 인한 손실이 없기 때문에 효율 및 발열 특성이 매우 우수하다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 컨버터의 우수성과 신뢰성 검증을 위해, 실제로 50" FHD급 PDP용 전원회로를 위한 시뮬레이션 검토 및 시작품을 제작하고 이를 이용한 실험결과를 바탕으로 제안된 컨버터의 타당성을 검증한다.

  • Fuel cell power system is one of the most promising energy source for the alternative energy because it has unique advantages such as high energy density, no power drop during operation, and feasible to make compact size. However, due to very low response time, fuel cell is difficult to correspond to drastic load changes and start-up operation. For solving these problem, fuel cell power system must include energy storage device such as Li-Poly battery or super capacitor. Therefore, bi-directional DC-DC converter must be required for this storage device and fuel cell-PCS control. This paper presents a design and modeling of the bi-directional DC/DC converter. Firstly, we present modeling the boost and buck mode of the bi-directional converter through both PWM switch model and state space averaging technique. Secondly, in order to minimize output ripple and transient response overshoot, we have two identical DC-DC converters interleaved and adopt two-loop voltage-current controller. The proposed bi-directional DC-DC converter's modeling method and control design have been verified with computer simulation and experimentation.

  • This paper proposes the 80-kW high-efficiency bidirectional hybrid SiC boost/buck converter using droop control for DC nano-grid. The proposed converter consists of four 20-kW modules to achieve fault tolerance, ease of thermal management, and reduced component stress. Each module is constructed as a cascaded structure of the two basic bi-directional converters, namely, interleaved boost and buck converters. A six-pack hybrid SiC intelligent power module (IPM) suitable for the proposed cascaded structure is adopted for high-efficiency and compactness. The proposed converter with hybrid switching method reduces the switching loss by minimizing switching of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT). Each module control achieves smooth transfer from buck to boost operation and vice versa, since current controller switchover is not necessary. Furthermore, the proposed parallel control using DC droop with secondary control, enhances the current sharing accuracy while well regulating the DC bus voltage. A 20-kW prototype of the proposed converter has been developed and verified with experiments and indicates a 99.3% maximum efficiency and 98.8% rated efficiency.

전자용 붐방제기의 붐의 좌우 경사각 자동제어 (Automatic Left/Right Boom Angles Control System for Upland Field)

  • Boom sprayers have been known by their excellency in field efficiency worker’s safety and pest control efficacy. The boom sprayer in Korea that was developed for paddy field is not suitable for upland field of which shape is irregular and inclination is steep, due to heavy chemical tank long boom width and manual on-off control of spraying. The goal of the study was to develope a boom control system that could control boom angles of left and right boom automatically and independently corresponding to local field slope. The prime mover was selected as a cultivating tractor. Main results of this study were as follows. 1. Ultrasonic sensor whose response time was 0.1s and response angle was within $\pm$20$^{\circ}$was selected to measure distance. Voltage output of the sensor(X, Volt) had a highly significant linear relationship with the vertical distance between the sensor and ground surface(Y, mm) as follows; Y=0.0036X-0.437 2. Left and right section of the boom could be folded up by a position control device(on-off control) which could control the left and right boom independently corresponding to local slope by equalizing distances between the sensor and boom at the center and left/right boom. Most reliable DB(dead band) was experimentally selected to be 75$\Omega$(6cm). 3. At traveling velocity of 0.3~0.5m/s RMS of error between desired and achieved height was less than 4.5cm The developed boom angle controller and boom linkage system were evaluated to be successful in achieving the height control accuracy target of $\pm$10cm.

DC/DC 컨버터용 OP-Amp.의 TID 및 SEL 실험 (TID and SEL Testing on OP-Amp. of DC/DC Power Converter)

  • DC/DC 컨버터는 임의의 직류전원을 부하가 요구하는 형태의 직류전원으로 변환시키는 효율이 높은 전력변환기이다. 고급형 DC/DC 컨버터는 MOSFET(산화물-반도체 전계 효과 트랜지스터)를 제어하기 위해 OP-Amp.(연산 증폭기)를 실장한 PWM-IC(펄스폭 변조 집적회로)를 사용한다. OP-Amp.는 증폭기 기능을 수행하는데 방사선 영향으로 전기적 특성이 변화하는데 본 논문에서는 코발트 60 (60Co) 저준위 감마발생기를 이용한 TID실험과 5종류의 중이온 입자를 이용하여 SEL 실험을 수행하는데 바이어스(bias) 전류가 순간적으로 과전류가 흘러 SEL이 발생된다. OP-Amp.의 TID 실험은 조사율은 5 rad/sec.로 전체 조사량을 30 krad 까지 수행하였으며, SEL 실험은 제어보드를 구현한 후 LET($MeV/mg/cm^2$)별 cross section($cm^2$)을 이용하여 성능평가를 하는데 있다.

언어변수 및 계수선택방법을 이용한 퍼지제어기 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction method to improve the fuzzy controllers using language variable and coefficient selecting method)

  • 본 논문에서는 제산기가 제거된 싱글톤 퍼지제어기에 대한 새로운 귀속도 함수 발생기 및 계수 선택기회로를 제안함으로써 회로 구성소자를 줄일 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 입력 값의 범위에 따라 추론에 사용될 언어변수를 미리 결정하여 필요한 귀속도 함수만을 발생시킴으로서 보다 간략화 된 회로를 구성할 수 있으며 또한 추론의 결과에 영향을 줄 계수들을 미리 선택해 주는 계수 선택회로를 통해 전건부의 적합도가 0이 되는 모든 규칙들에 대한 연산 회로를 제거하였다. 그리고 귀속도 함수 발생기에서 발생하는 전류모드 CMOS 회로의 문제점인 팬-아웃(fan-out)수의 제한을 해결하기 위해 전압입력-전류출력의 귀속도 함수발생기를 OTA방식으로 구성하였다. 기존의 방법에 비해 블록 수와 소자수가 큰 폭으로 감소하였음을 확인하였고, 또한 전건부와 언어변수의 수가 증가할수록 더욱 효과적임을 확인하였다.

입력 포화를 가지는 불확실한 전기 구동 로봇 시스템에 대해 PSO를 이용한 RBFNN 기반 분산 적응 추종 제어 (RBFNN Based Decentralized Adaptive Tracking Control Using PSO for an Uncertain Electrically Driven Robot System with Input Saturation)

  • 본 논문은 입력 포화를 가지는 불확실한 전기 구동 로봇 시스템에 대해 입자 군집 최적화(PSO)를 이용한 방사형 기저 함수 신경망(RBFNN) 기반 분산 적응 추종 제어 기법을 제안한다. 실제적으로 로봇 시스템에서는 구동기의 포화로 인해 입력 전압과 전류 신호 크기가 제한된다. 제안된 제어기는 이러한 입력 포화를 극복하며, 어떠한 로봇 링크 및 구동기의 모델 파라미터들을 요구하지 않는다. 제시된 PSO 기법에서 쓰인 적합도 함수는 추종 오차만이 아니라 전압과 전류의 크기를 포함하는 다중 목적 함수로 표현된다. PSO 기법을 이용하여 제어 이득과 방사형 기저 함수의 개수가 자동으로 조정되어 제어 시스템의 성능이 개선된다. 리아푸노프 안정도 해석에 의해 전체 제어 시스템의 안정도가 보장된다. 제안된 제어 기법의 타당성과 강인성이 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 검증된다.

리니어 왕복운동 제어시스템 구동용 가동코일형 리니어 액츄에이터의 설계제작 및 제어정수 도출 (Design and Extraction of Control Parameters of a Moving-Coil-Type Linear Actuator for Driving of Linear Reciprocating Motion Control Systems)

  • Recently, many linear motion generators and motors are rapidly finding applications that ranges from short stroke linear motion vibrators, such as dynamic cone type loudspeakers to stirling engine driven linear reciprocating alternators, compressors, textile machines etc. The stroke-length may go up to 2m, and the maximum speed is in the range of 5 to 10m/s with oscillating frequency as high as 15 kHz. Therefore, the linear oscillating actuators(LOAs) may be considered as variable speed drivers of precise controller with stoke-length and reversal periods during the reciprocating motion. In this paper, the design, fabrication, experiments, and extraction of control parameters of a moving coil type LOA for driving of linear reciprocating motion control systems, are treated. The actuator consists of the NdFeB permanent magnets with high specific energy as the stator produced magnetic field, a coil-wrapped nonmagnetic hollow rectangular bobbin structure, and an iron core as a pathway for magnetic flux. Actually, the design is accomplished by using FEM analysis for the basic configuration of a magnetic circuit, and characteristic equations for coil design. In order to apply as the drivers of a linear motion reciprocating control system, the control parameters and circuit parameters, such as input voltage-stoke, exciting frequency-stoke, coil inductance and so on, are extracted from the analysis and experiments on concerning a fabricating LOA.

Depth 카메라를 사용한 군집 드론의 제어에 대한 연구 (A Study on Control of Drone Swarms Using Depth Camera)

  • General methods of controlling a drone are divided into manual control and automatic control, which means a drone moves along the route. In case of manual control, a man should be able to figure out the location and status of a drone and have a controller to control it remotely. When people control a drone, they collect information about the location and position of a drone with the eyes and have its internal information such as the battery voltage and atmospheric pressure delivered through telemetry. They make a decision about the movement of a drone based on the gathered information and control it with a radio device. The automatic control method of a drone finding its route itself is not much different from manual control by man. The information about the position of a drone is collected with the gyro and accelerator sensor, and the internal information is delivered to the CPU digitally. The location information of a drone is collected with GPS, atmospheric pressure sensors, camera sensors, and ultrasound sensors. This paper presents an investigation into drone control by a remote computer. Instead of using the automatic control function of a drone, this approach involves a computer observing a drone, determining its movement based on the observation results, and controlling it with a radio device. The computer with a Depth camera collects information, makes a decision, and controls a drone in a similar way to human beings, which makes it applicable to various fields. Its usability is enhanced further since it can control common commercial drones instead of specially manufactured drones for swarm flight. It can also be used to prevent drones clashing each other, control access to a drone, and control drones with no permit.

복합레진의 초기 동적 체적 중합수축의 실시간 측정 -새로운 측정장치의 개발에 대한 소고- (A NEW METHOD - REAL TIME MEASUREMENT OF THE INITIAL DYNAMIC VOLUMETRIC SHRINKAGE OF COMPOSITE RESINS DURING POLYMERIZATION)

  • The polymerization shrinkage of composite resins is an important drawback although the composites have many advantages-more esthetic and conservative than metallic restoratives etc. The purposes of this research were to develop a new measurement method and to manufacture an instrument that can measure the initial dynamic volumetric shrinkage of composite resins during polymerization. The instrument was basically an electromagnetic balance that constructed with a force transducer using position sensitive photo detector(PSPD) and a negative feedback servo amplifier of proportional-derivative(PD) controller. The volumetric change of composites during polymerization was detected continuously as buoyancy change in distilled water by means of Archimedes's principle. It was converted to continuous electrical voltage signal in real time. The signal was properly conditioned and filtered and then it was stored in computer by a data acquisition(DAQ) board. By using this electronic instrument. the dynamic patterns of the polymerization shrinkage of eight commercial(Z-100, DenFil, AeliteFil, Z-250, P-60, SureFil, Synergy compact, and Tetric ceram) composite resins were measured and compared. The results were as follows. 1. From this project of developing instrument, the ability has been achieved that can acquire and process data of electrical signal transformed from various physical phenomenon by using temperature, displacement. photo. and force transducer. As a consequence, the instrumentation and measurement system used to analyze the physical characteristics of various dental materials in dental research field can be designed, manufactured and implemented in lab. 2. This instrument has some advantages. It was insensible to temperature change and could measure true dynamic volumetric shrinkage in real time without complicated process. It showed accuracy and high precision results with small standard deviation. 3. The polymerization shrinkage of composites was significantly different between brands and ranged from 2.47% to 3.89%, The order of polymerization shrinkage was as follows, in order of increasing shrinkage, SureFil, P60, Z250, Z100, Synergy compact. DenFil, Tetric ceram, and AeliteFil. 4. The polymerization shrinkage rate per unit time, dVol%/dt, showed that the instrument can provide an indirect research method for polymerization reaction kinetics.
