Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of Respiratory Capacity by Vojta's treatment in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Method : The subjects of this study, children diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy, 12 patients were picked up, who were agreed with this research and were having hospital care for 4weeks at MH and PR medical centers. Result : In comparison of Respiratory muscle activity and Phonation capacity were significant in the group(p<.01) and MPT and Rectus abd(Rt) were significantly correlated in the pre test and SMR and Ex/oblique (Lt) were significantly correlated in the post test. Conclusion : Therefore, the Vojta's treatment is useful to improve the Respiratory muscle activity and Phonation capacity in children with spastic cerebral palsy.

This research was conducted for the normal adults and kids to know the abdominal muscle activities by stimulating Vojta's brust zone. It was conducted for 10 adults who were average 21.5 years old and 10 kids who were 12.1 years old and did it once. We used EMG to know the abdorminal muscle activities and we chose the research method 'independent t test'. Only two adults and kids among subjects have reactions and the others have no reactions. This research reveals that hypothesis, Vojta's brust zone stimulates abdominal activities, didn't coincide completely but we will have more exact results by researching other subjects and choosing proficient method several months, not once.

We must diagnose and treat as early as possible to the children that have been danger factor and have delayed development, therefore, we shall decrease to disability, shall able to ADL and shall have could live to normal living. Since the children are most fast grow to development during 1 year after birth, the soft sign of cerebral palsy is transverse to the hard sign.
