Mold-Flow 3 Die Stack CSP of Mold array packaging with different Gate types. As high density package option such as 3 or 4 die stacking technologies are developed, the major concerning points of mold related qualities such as incomplete mold, exposed wires and wire sweeping issues are increased because of its narrow space between die top and mold surface and higher wiring density. Full 3D rheokinetic simulation of Mold flow for 3 die stacking structure case was done with the rheological parameters acquired from Slit-Die rheometer and DSC of commercial EMC. The center gate showed severe void but corner gate showed relatively better void performance. But in case of wire sweeping related, the center gate type showed less wire sweeping than corner gate types. From the simulation results, corner gate types showed increased velocity, shear stress and mold pressure near the gate and final filling zone. The experimental Case study and the Mold flow simulation showed good agreement on the mold void and wire sweeping related prediction. Full 3D simulation methodologies with proper rheokinetic material characterization by thermal and rheological instruments enable the prediction of micro-scale mold filling behavior in the multi die stacking and other complicated packaging structures for the future application.
Aires Mateus Architects is one of the most well-known Portuguese architects after $\acute{A}lvaro$ Siza and Eduardo Souto de Moura. The studio shows clear design methods in which the relationship between solid mass and void space are creatively inter-connected. Subtractive transformation of form is the fundamental aspect of this relationship. Most of Aires Mateus' projects were designed based on the subtractive method. Although subtraction can be seen as architectural formal presentation, in Aires Mateus' cases, there are deeper logics, strategies, and meanings. Not only to create a form, subtractive method has been flexibly used to organize and compose different programs and spatial atmosphere. To examine this hidden dimension of Aires Mateus' unique design process, 5 case projects were selected and analyzed in detail based on program, light & visual-perception, and site's placeness. From the case study results, it is found that there are much deeper role of subtraction: relationship between solid-void are constantly changing to generate serviced and servant spaces, there are central spaces that are contrast against the complexity of exterior forms, aiming to build an archetypal form that transcends ever-changing time, ambivalent balance between universality and peculiarity in the genealogy of contemporary architecture. The study concluded that the unique characteristics of subtraction method as design organization have various possibilities that can apply on other architectural and interior projects which would have similar ideas and circumstances.

In recent year, it has been investigated on the reduction of mass of structures for the purpose of the larger space and the economy with the industry developing very fast and qualitatively. So the purpose of this study is to investigate the manufacture of light weight concrete panel using the artificial light-weight aggregate as a part of the substitution of foamed styrene and polyurethane because of narrow allocable temperature zone in use. The compressive strength, flexural strength, unit weight, absorption test and thermal conductivity were practised at 3, 7 and 28 days after manufacturing the light-weight concrete lot the panel core: the filling ratio of continuous void was defied as 40%, 50%, and 60% and water-cement rate was 35, 40 and 45%. As a result of this, it was revealed that the mixture derived from filling ration of void of 50% and water-cement ratio 40% were developing the best properties of the others.
In this paper, a new PD measurement technique of pulse superposition method was proposed in order to investigate both PD mechanism and phase related PD patterns. From the experimental results, we could find that the polarity and the phase angle of the superposed pulse take great effects on PD characteristics and these method make it possible to get the physical information which statistical approach can not give. We could conclude that the changes of PD characteristics in the void surrounded by polymers may be attributed to the injection of charge carriers thereby formation of space charge in the surface and/or the bulk of the polymer.

1. Introduction : Molecular diffusion of small molecules in polymers plays an important role in many areas where polymers are acting as barriers, and in separation processes, such as selective diffusion. Different applications of polymers have different requirements on their transport properties. Therefore, reliable predictions of diffusion coefficients for small molecules in polymeric materials could be a useful tool to design appropriate materials. For many years, the theories based on free-volume concepts have been widely used to correlate and predict diffusion behavior in polymer/solvent systems. In the theory derived by Vrentas and Duda, the empty space between molecules that is available for molecular transport, referred to as hole free-volume, is being redistributed. Molecular transport will occur only when a free-volume of sufficient size appears adjacent to a molecule and the molecule has enough energy to jump into this void. The diffusive jump is considered complete when the void left behind is closed before the molecule returns to its original position. In this paper, the Vrentas-Duda free-volume theory is presented and the methods to estimate free-volume parameters for predicting polymer/ solvent diffusion coefficients are described in detail.
A series of hydrophobic dodecyl-terminated 6th-generation poly(amidoamine) dendrimer (H)-encapsulated cadmium sulfide ((CdS)n@H) nanoparticles in a co-solvent (toluene: methanol = 6.8: 3.2 v/v) are synthesized. The diameters of CdS nanoparticles within the dendrimer were estimated by analyzing the positions of the first excitonic absorption peaks of CdS in UV-vis spectra. The size of the CdS nanoparticle within the dendrimer shows a saturation value as the CdS/H ratio (n) increases, which is believed to be due to the limited physical size of the void cavity within the dendrimer. This simple and convenient method of estimating the saturation of the size of CdS in dendrimers may be useful in determining the maximum void space within other dendrimers under various solvent conditions.
The evolutions of human mental capability and technology opened a new era called "Digital Space." Moreover, Digital Space as technology is already accelerating the process of "self-expansion." The expansion, on the foundation of its conceptual and morphological variety, acquired the potential to furnish various types of spatiotemporal experience. This phenomenon, as a necessary consequence of focusing on the resulting value of the human-space relation which came next to its ontological value, requests the value of the space design as an attempt of various phenomenal experience in the relation of technology, human, and space to be educationally established. From a typological point of view, no true creation exists in any form of design. It is practically impossible to design in the void without any restrictions, and all design is based on preceding examples. This is because production of artificial is based on the universal principles or structure residing in history, namely, typology. Considering Digital Space from technological and cultural standpoints, it can obviously be called a new type of space, and beyond that, it becomes a new type of a methodological tool of design. Thus, the purpose of this study is to systematize the paradigm of the space design in the digital era by studying the concept of space in Digital Space from the standpoints of history and context, that is typology, and in accordance with it, classify the phases of the space design that is led digitally.at is led digitally.
This study starts from the question about the possibility of landscape, especially the possibility to give a new vision in the aspect of publicity. Such a concept of landscape architecture made its appearance in the last decade of the 20th century, as the flexible network to include the changes and the specificity of the surroundings, which simultaneously focuses on the temporality-the uncertainty. Moreover landscape architecture can be defined as the architecture in which the interest on human activities lie in the center of the concept. By analyzing concrete examples, the landscape architecture can be defined in 3 aspects : unity of building and nature, void and public space, space of expansion. As a result of the analysis of landscape architects' statements, it can be said that the issues of publicity are always put at the starting point of landscape architecture with its attention to the way to associate an individual with the others.
The main scope of this study is to define such system of space composition factor to diversify the interior space of the apartment housing. Staring from the space analysis, identification of the design factors, characters of the anthropometry for the dwelling behavior, and analyzed dimensions of the interior furniture from the market data have uniformly integrated to engage with such system for innovation and diversification of the space design method. The elements of the composition factors are as follows: 1. Structural elements - $\circled1$Bearing wall $\circled2$Ceiling $\circled3$Floor $\circled4$Structural column 2. furniture elements - $\circled1$Fixed furniture $\circled2$Movable furniture $\circled3$Non-bearing wall $\circled4$F1exible wall $\circled5$Void & Solid 3. For shallow tunnel constructions, settlement of the ground surface is a main issue. Recent technical developments in shield TBM tunneling technique have enabled a decrease in such settlements based on tunneling with ground deformation controls. For this objective, the tail void grouting is a common practice. Generally surface settlements in a soil of low permeability occur during a tunnel construction but also during a long period after completion of the tunnel. The long-term settlements occur mainly due to consolidation around the tunnel. The consolidation process is caused and determined by the tail void grouting which leads to an excess pore water pressure in the vicinity of the tunnel. Because of this, the grouting pressure has a strong effect on the long-term settlements in the shield tunneling. In order to investigate this effect, a series of coupled hydro-mechanical 3D finite element simulations have been performed. The results show that an increase in grouting pressure reduces the short-term settlements, but in many cases, it doesn't lead to a reduction of the final settlements after the completion of consolidation. Thereby, the existence of a critical grouting pressure is identified, at which the minimal settlements are expected.
