  • As there are more accidents which are more serious in construction site than other industries, it needs the safety management system to be SLIM on the same time, There are still lots of difficulties to prevent those accidents exactly, so it also needs a safety supervision team to prevent the accident, unsafe operation and condition before happening, which is also called as a Man-to-Man safety management method. The range of the job site in one personnel's management is very big and large, so it needs the personnel to keep watch the safety operation and prevent any unsafe/fire accidents. Also the personnel also should find out the unsafe points in the job site, and carefully supervise the dead angle site, then support the totally safety management POINT and realize the ZERO accident.

  • The substructuring technique is one of the efficient methods for reducing computational effort and memory usage in the finite element method, especially in large-scale structures. Proper mesh partitioning plays a key role in the efficiency of the technique. In this study, new algorithms are proposed for mesh partitioning based on an element search technique. The computational cost function is optimized by aligning each element of the structure to a proper substructure. The genetic algorithm is employed to minimize the boundary nodes of the substructures. Since the boundary nodes have a vital performance on the mesh partitioning, different strategies are proposed for the few number of substructures and higher number ones. The mesh partitioning is optimized considering both computational and memory requirements. The efficiency and robustness of the proposed algorithms is demonstrated in numerous examples for different size of substructures.

  • Data are an essential resource for artificial intelligence-based services. It is considered a vital resource in the 4th industrial revolution era based on artificial intelligence. However, it is well-known that only a few giant platforms that provide most of the current online services tend to monopolize personal data. Therefore, some governments have started enforcing personal data protection and mobility regulations to address this problem. Additionally, there are some notable activities from a technical perspective, and Web 3.0 is one of these. Web 3.0 focuses on distributed architecture to protect people's data sovereignty. An important technical challenge of Web 3.0 is how to facilitate the personal data storage technology to provide valuable data for new data-based services while providing data for producers' sovereignty. This study reviews some currently proposed personal data storage technologies. Furthermore, we discuss the domestic countermeasures from MyData perspective, which is a typical project for data-based businesses in Korea.

  • Cybercrime is a significant threat to Internet users, involving crimes committed using computers or computer networks. The landscape of cyberspace presents a complex terrain, making the task of tracing the origins of sensitive data a formidable and often elusive endeavor. However, tracing the source of sensitive data in online cyberspace is critically challenging, and detecting cyber-criminals on the other hand remains a time-consuming process, especially in social networks. Cyber-criminals target individuals for financial gain or to cause harm to their assets, resulting in the loss or theft of millions of user data over the past few decades. Forensic professionals play a vital role in conducting successful investigations and acquiring legally acceptable evidence admissible in court proceedings using modern techniques. This study aims to provide an overview of forensic investigation methods for extracting digital evidence from computer systems and mobile devices to combat persistent cybercrime. It also discusses current cybercrime issues and mitigation procedures.

  • In their role as stewards of organizational information technology (IT), IT managers participate in crisis management activities. While much has been said about the power of technology in improving preparation for emergencies, the behavior of IT managers in crisis situations is not well understood. This paper addresses IT manager actions during the crisis response effort, when appropriate actions need to be taken at short notice. Recognizing that few guidelines exist for IT managers in these situations, we use recommendations from the crisis management literature in analyzing five earthquake cases from Japan and Taiwan. We identify several recommendations from this set for IT managers, which are related mainly to communications and leadership behaviors, suggesting that the IT manager role is a vital one in crisis response. The research additionally shows that recommendations from the crisis management literature have value also when applied to IT managers. Finally, we conclude on several ways that our understanding of IT manager crisis response could be developed by future research.

  • Fractional integral operators have been studied extensively in the last few decades by various mathematicians, because it plays a vital role in the developments of new inequalities. The main goal of the current study is to establish some new Milne-type inequalities by using the special type of fractional integral operator i.e Caputo Fabrizio operator. Additionally, generalization of these developed Milne-type inequalities for s-convex function are also given. Furthermore, applications to some special means, quadrature formula, and q-digamma functions are presented.

  • Background Fat grafting, or lipofilling, represent frequent clinically used entities. The fate of these transplants is still not predictable, whereas only few animal models are available for further research. Quantum dots (QDs) are semiconductor nanocrystals which can be conveniently tracked in vivo due to photoluminescence. Methods Fat grafts in cluster form were labeled with cadmium-telluride (CdTe)-QD 770 and transplanted subcutaneously in a murine in vivo model. Photoluminescence levels were serially followed in vivo. Results Tracing of fat grafts was possible for 50 days with CdTe-QD 770. The remaining photoluminescence was $4.9%{\pm}2.5%$ for the QDs marked fat grafts after 30 days and $4.2%{\pm}1.7%$ after 50 days. There was no significant correlation in the relative course of the tracking signal, when vital fat transplants were compared to non-vital graft controls. Conclusions For the first-time fat grafts were tracked in vivo with CdTe-QDs. CdTe-QDs could offer a new option for in vivo tracking of fat grafts for at least 50 days, but do not document vitality of the grafts.

  • The Korean Population Control Program has been implementing under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs through an existing network of health centers. This arrangement was successful in bringing population growth down to targeted level by the end of the Fourth Five Year Economic Planning, 1981. It is expected, however, that future goal will be harder to reach due to difficulty of reducing traditional family size norms further and to the projected increasing the number of eligible couples as the past Korean war baby boom generation enters the reproductive activity in the next few years. The recognition of the need for modification of population policy is increasing. The 1980 census shows that the total number of population reached approximately 38.5 million with 1.57 per cent of the growth rate. It was projected that the size of Korean Population will reach around 42 million and 51 million in 1986 and 2000 respectively. Furthermore, there is some argument as to whether decline in the birth rate in Korea is too slow to meet government target. Hence, a new development of population policy and greatly increased amount of effort will be needed in order to achieve Zero Population Growth Rate before the year 2050. The development of future national population policy and its related area are recommended as follow: 1. It is highly recommended that the population planning law governing both vital events of birth and death and population migration should be legislated. 2. The National Population Policy Council, Chaired by Deputy Prime Minister should be activated to implement and coordinate population program within ministries. 3. Responsible organization of population and family planning program should be established as a Bureau unit at central government level. 4. For the improvement of national vital registration, an existing system should be studied and developed.

  • The objective of this experiment is to observe structural differences in the othodontic movement of vital (control group) and devitalized (experimental group) teeth in the mongrel dogs. The 5 utilized dogs in this experiment were approximately 1 year of age and their average weight was about 12 Kg. Endodontic therapy was performed on the 2nd premolars in upper & lower jaws of each animal under the general anesthesia by intravascular injection of 25mg/kg of pentobarbital sodium. The canals of the teeth were obturated by using gutta percha in conjunction with root canal sealer (AH26 Densply). One of the roots in the 2nd premolars was hemisected to make an extraction space for the devitalized teeth to be moved. The edgewise technique was employed for the movement of the teeth. Orthodontic models and intraoral roentgenograms were taken before and after orthodontic tooth movement. The open coil springs (.010 x .040) were used at interbraket space in order to provide equal forces (75gm) between the teeth in each arch wire. After 13 weeks of active orthodontic tooth movement, dogs were sacrified and the experimental results w ere examined through the intraoral radiography, microscopic examination and scanning electromicroscopic examination at the root sulfate. From the results of the study, the following conclusions may be drawn: The root resolution and cemental deposition were observed within the pressure and tension site in both group. 2. The root resorbed lacunae were observed in the cementum and/or into the dentin in both group. 3. The prominent osteoblastic activities were observed on the alveolar margin in the tension site in both group. 4. A few of blood vessels were observed in the pressure site, but also lots of blood vessels were observed in the tension site especially in the periphery of the alveolar bone in both group. 5. In the pressure site, resorbed lacunae were formed with deep and narrow cavity in the control group; the shallow and wide cavity in the experimental group. 6. In the pressure site, the repaired cementum or cementoid tissue was lined on cementum in the experimental group, but not in the control group. 7. There was no significant difference between external root resolution of endodontically and vital teeth when both were subjected to orthodontic forces.
