본 연구의 목적은 부부의 개인별 덕목이 결혼만족도에 미치는 효과와 부부 덕목이 결혼 만족도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 개인별 덕목이란 개인이 지닌 가치 있고 바람직한 핵심 특성을 의미한다. 부부 덕목이란 부부가 함께 공유하는 덕목을 의미한다. 한국인 부부 107쌍(남 107명, 여 107명)이 연구에 참여하였다. 축약판 개인 덕목 척도(Values in Action-Inventory of Strengths: VIA-IS), 개인 덕목 척도를 바탕으로 연구자가 문항을 재기술한 부부 덕목 척도, 부부의 전반적인 결혼 만족을 측정하기 위해 한국판 결혼만족도 검사 중 전반적 불만족 척도(K-MSI, General Dissatisfaction Scale: GDS)를 역채점한 척도가 사용되었다. 부부의 자료가 상호의존적인 특수한 관계임을 감안, APIM(Actor-Parter Interdependence Model) (Cook & Kenny, 2005; Kenny, Kashy, Cook, & Simpson, 2006)을 적용하였고 이를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 개인 덕목 대비 더 다양한 부부 덕목이 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 부부가 덕목을 개인적으로 지니기보다는 함께 공유하는 것의 중요성을 논의하였다.

본 연구는 부모가 갖추고 있어야 하는 인성덕목은 무엇인가에 대하여 <사소절>을 통해서 논의해 보았다. 본 연구는 두 가지의 연구문제로 진행되었다. 조선 후기 규범서인 이덕무의 "사소절"에 나타난 부모인성 덕목은 어떠한 내용인가? 부모인성은 어떠한 현대적 의미를 갖고 있는가? 연구결과 아버지의 인성은 '안정과 온화함', '신뢰와 절제', '이해와 배려'로 나타났고, 어머니의 인성은 '공순과 화순', '책임', '이해와 배려'로 나타났다. 이 내용의 현대적 의의는, 첫째, 부모인성덕목은 보고 배우는 학습을 통해서 계승된다. 둘째, 언행을 통해서 표현된다. 셋째, 가족윤리로 강조된다. 넷째 오늘날 인성교육진흥법에 포함되어 있는 인성핵심덕목과 연계성을 갖고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 자녀인성교육에 앞서서 부모인성에 대한 반성이 필요하며, 부모들은 다음 세대를 위한 인성교육을 위해서도 스스로의 인성을 함양하도록 적극 노력해야 한다.

"Know thyself" is one of the most famous ancient proverbs. We need to know ourselves to understand others and find true ourselves. Enneagram is one of the tools we can use to do it. It has drawn more and more attention from people by its effectiveness and spiritual depth. It has been widely promoted in both business management and spirituality contexts. It has many concepts to be understood. Holy ideas and virtues are understood to be restored to find our true self which is the purpose of using the Enneagram. Actually, holy ideas and virtues are similar with character qualities which comprise character. In this paper, holy ideas and virtues are matched with corresponding character qualities. To promote transformative process of character development through Enneagram, an app was designed. It has 2 levels. Level 1 is to find personality type and show corresponding character qualities of 9 personality types to users. Level 2 is to find subtypes and Enneagram Levels of Development for further purpose.

The main objective of the present study is to examine the traditional concepts of women's virtues which originated mainly from Confucian ethical thoughts. According to Naefoon, a moral text for women which was highly respected in the Yangban society of Yi dynasty, the main virtues for women were as follows : 1. Fidelity ; A woman had to be faithful for life to only one man who was, or was going to be, her husband. 2. Filial piety ; Sons and daughters were supposed to dedicate their hearty love and respect to their parents, parents in law, and whole ancestors. 3. Obedience ; A woman was required to be completly obedient to her husband as well as to her father. She was also supposed to be obident even to her sons when she was old. 4. Diligence and Thrift ; It was highly advisable for a woman to work hard for household matters. 5. Hospitality ; Hearty hospitality for domestic guests was one of the main duties of women in traditional Korean society. 6. Maternal wisdom ; a mother was supposed to be both stern and merciful to her children. 7. Kindness to relatives ; Special Kindness to her husband's relatives was required as a duty to a married woman. The above mentioned seven main virtues cannot be said to be fit , as such to the contemporary Korean society. Many of them are unacceptable when we evaluate them form the democratic viewpoint . But we still find some valuable ideas at the bottom of the concepts of these virtues. If we properly modify them so that they fit to our own age, they might become a source of wisdom even for the contemporary moral life. It's tried to give some suggestions concerning how to modify the concepts of women's virtues in question, and them gave a sketch of an ideal figure of women in this industrial society.

덕인식론과 지행론의 전체적인 구도를 이해하기 위한 선행 과제로서 나는 이 글에서 덕(德)과 관련한 개념들 가운데 역량과 성품이 지적 덕성과 어떤 연관에 놓여 있는지 정리하고자 한다. 애초 이 글은 똑똑하다고 칭찬받는 사람들이 왜 나쁜 일들을 스스럼없이 저지르는가에 대한 소박한 의문에서 출발한다. 이런 의문은 윤리적인 문제일 수도, 인식론적인 주제일 수도 있다. 왜냐하면무엇을 어떻게 인식할 것인가라는 인식론적인 질문은 결국 인식론이 규범적인영역에 속하며 인식론적인 평가에서 지적인 행위자와 그 공동체를 중시해야 한다는 것을 의미하기 때문이다. 이것은 '덕인식론'의 핵심적인 관점이다. 지식의정당화에 있어서 덕인식론이 '덕성'에 초점을 맞추고 있다는 점은 동아시아 전통의 '지행론'과 닮았지만 그 문제의식은 다르다. 따라서 덕인식론과 지행론의같고 다른 점을 우선 살펴보고 "논어"를 중심으로 역량, 성품, 지적 덕성의 관계를 검토할 것이다. 이 작업에서 나는 역량과 성품이 규범적인 가치의 문맥으로 조율되지 않으면 올바른 행위를 산출하는 지적 덕성이 되기에 부족함을 말할 것이다.

At the age of materialism and ignorance for life, the introspection for the ethics problem of the doctors, is getting more and more attention. It seems that every doctors should have the basic virtues of modesty and benevolence. Such virtues have been stressed throughout the human history, and, apart from the Hipp. ocratic oath of ancient greece, the morality of a doctor is the essential virtue, even for the doctors of western medicine, whose medical technology is based on the materialism. Unlike western medicine, oriental medicine, for its holistic and relative nature, has more 'relative' factors generated from each individual doctors and therefore, tends to be influenced more by the doctors' attitudes. The diagnosis process itself can be influenced by the emotions of patients and doctors, and even the efficacy of the acupuncture treatment itself can be influenced by the conception a doctor has when he/she conduct the treatment. Therefore, in every classics of oriental medicine have stressed the basic 'attitudes of mind' a doctor should have. But, at the time when the western 'natural science' paradigm prevails, it seems to be difficult to educate such state of mind simply by 'understanding' it through books or media. It needs 'shift of concept' through the humane tools of education. Therefore, the present writer would like to consider the effects and influences of meditation as the tools to develop the virtues of oriental doctors, and to investigate the possibility that the virtues achieved by the meditation is the same one as mentioned in many oriental medical classics(not only the attitude for the patients, but also the state of mind a doctor should have during the diagnosis and treatment process).

This study has developed on Virtues Project program, which enhances parent communication abilities. The purpose of this study is to verify the improvement on parent communication skills after taking a program. To obtain effective children educational direction, we have offered assistance to the parents that understanding the importance of the parental instruction, improvement of the relationship between parents and children. To enhance the parent communication ability, this program is consisted of five virtue strategies, structured activity programs and various self-examination for attending parents to the program rather than listening the lecture. This program is consists of six session with two hours each session for six weeks. I have studied 26 subjects and they were divided into experiment group and control group. According to this study, this program works on improving parent communication skills. Namely, experiment group showed significant enhancement of communication abilities compared to that of control group.

성품 계발을 위한 핵심 덕목이 정해졌다면 이 덕목들을 이용해 어떻게 각 품성을 훈련하고 체화하는 것이 중요한 관건이 될 것이다. 이는 단순히 지식을 가지는 것만으로는 안 되고 핵심 덕목을 실천하고 체험 기회를 확대함으로써 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 성품 계발을 위해 7가지 리더십 관점에서 핵심 덕목을 나누고 설문조사를 통해 7가지 리더십 관점에서 성품계발의 타당성을 조사, 연구한다. 이를 통해 개개인은 자신의 성향에 더 필요한 품성들을 집중적으로 계발할 수 있다.

The most necessary thing for education now, is an ecological approach to look at and be conscious of the uncertainty of nature and the structural contradiction of society. In brief, we need to make a judgment on what standard and value are required for a forming righteous relation between nature and human being, and include it in the notion of citizenship. Based on this point of view, this study extracted moral virtues, skills and agreement mechanisms of new citizenship from ecologism, environmental justice and the ecological community, and systematized them. From ecologism and environmental justice, virtues that are inner values to lead ecological citizen's act and skills as capabilities required for correcting environmental injustice, were derived. Then, workings of citizens in a community and directions of each society and education were considered from the ecological community as an utopia where ecological citizens ultimately aim for. As the result, the ecological sensitivity, freedom, creativity, a sense of justice, a sense of responsibility, caring were found to be moral virtues that ecological citizens have to have. Next, ecological thinking skills like systemic thinking, quantitative thinking and empathetic thinking, and principles of deliberation and perturbation as mechanisms to improve communication skill and environmental injustice which have been considered importantly as components of democratic citizenship, were selected as skills of ecological citizens.

본 연구의 목적은 방법론적으로 코칭을 활용하여 초등학생의 '자기존중, 배려 소통, 자기조절, 정직 용기'의 인성덕목을 향상시킬 수 있는 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램이 네 가지 인성덕목을 향상시키는지를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 실험집단과 통제집단을 무작위추출하지 않은 사전-사후 통제집단 유사실험설계를 실시하였다. 연구대상은 서울시 S구의 U초등학교 4학년 학급 31명이고, 실험집단을 대상으로 코칭기반 인성교육 프로그램을 2018년 3월 5일부터 2018년 6월 30일까지 16주 동안 총 16회기, 주 1회 40분씩 진행하였다. 프로그램 구성은 KEDI 인성검사의 인성덕목 중 '자기존중, 배려 소통, 자기조절, 정직 용기'의 항목으로 구성하였으며, 매 회기별 활동은 GROW모델과 Empowering모델을 융합하여 '인성코칭모델'을 개발하고 적용하였다. 대응표본 t-test 검증 결과, 연구반에서는 네 가지 인성덕목에서 유의확률 5% 수준에서 사후검사와 사전 검사의 차이가 유의미하였지만 비교반에서는 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 본 연구는 코칭과 인성교육을 융합하여 개발한 본 프로그램이 초등학생의 네 가지 인성을 향상시키는 도구로 유용하게 활용되어 초등학교 인성교육에 기여했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 온라인 프로그램이나 CBI(Computer-Based Instruction) 등 첨단기술과 인문분야의 융합으로 새로운 부가가치를 창출하는 차원의 연구가 기대된다.
