향가 창작 동인으로서의 '아름다움'과 신라인의 미의식 (Beauty and an aesthetic consciousness of Sil-La as Hyangga creative motivation)

  • In this writing, issued beauty as Hyangga(향가) creative motivation into the focus, its expression modality is discussed and then an aesthetic sense of Sil-la is considered. For its research, in "Samkukyusa"("삼국유사") some Hyangga - , , , - that have phraseologies for beauty meaning are choose for the discuss. First, beauty as Hyangga(향가) creative motivation were expressed by above methods. 1. Beauty as desires for acquisition and confirmation in 2. Beauty that the subject (the writer) looked upon in 3. 대순진리회 목적(目的)에 관한 연구 (Examining the Object of Daesoonjinrihoe)

  • The purpose of this study is to promote the understanding of the objective of Daesoon Thought through 'examining the Objectives of Daesoonjinrihoe.' The objective of Daesoon thought was set when Kang Jeungsan Sangje descended to human world, upon the plea of divine sages, buddhas, and bodhisattvas, and determined to save the world and relieve people far and wide. For building an Earthly Paradise with Daesoon thought, Sangje carried out the great work of Reordering of the Universe for nine years and passed into heaven. Cho Jeongsan Doju, who received the heavenly religious orthodox through divine revelation from Sangje, served the late will of Sangje and established Main Tenets, Creeds, and objective of Daesoon thought. The objective set by Doju was continued to Park Wudang Dojeon and formed the Objectives of Daesoonjinrihoe. The Objectives of Daesoonjinrihoe consist of three sets of objectives in sequential order, which are related in organic, mutual beneficient, and integrative with one another. The Objectives starts from individual cultivation and expand into worldly reformation: 1)one's Spiritual transformation through Guarding against self-deception 2)Renewal of human beings through Realizing Earthly Immortality 3)Opening of new world through Building of Earthly Paradise. Also, in these Objectives of Daesoonjinrihoe, Three Realms of Heaven, Earth, and Humanity keep close relations to enter into new world. These Objectives are based on the 'thought of mutual beneficence' and are realized with Daesoon thought, which is the Dao of 'Crowned King' that goes beyond the previous thoughts of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Objectives of Daesoonjinrihoe have following details in each objective as following; (1) 'Guarding against self-deception-Spiritual Transformation' is for human nature. In Daesoon thought, human has the potential to restore conscience, which is true nature, and return to undefiled essence by 'guarding against self-deception'. In other words, it views that one can reach into the stage of spiritual alignment with the Dao once he recovers conscience through cultivation of Daesoonjinrihoe based on the idea of 'Guarding against self-deception'. (2) 'Realizing Earthly Immortality-Renewal of human beings' is for ideal human character. 'Realizing Earthly Immortality' in Daesoon Thought indicates the advent of ideal human beings called 'Dotong gunja'(virtuous beings who are aligned with the Dao). They are leaders who integrate politics and religion in helping people to renew themselves and make the world into Earthly Paradise. (3) 'Building an Earthly Paradise-Opening of new world' is for ideal society. Daesoon thought aims to making a peaceful world by creating an ideal society of heaven on this earth. Park Wudang Dojeon, who led Daesoonjinrihoe, emphasized the importance of Three Basic Activities: Spreading of Sangje's virtue, Edification, and Cultivation: and Three Major Activities: Aid and charity, Social welfare, and Education. Dojeon said "One should make effort to reach the utmost goodness through enlightening their bright virtue and cultivating their talent virtue." In this words, he made clear that the Objectives of Daesoonjinrihoe can be realized when people enlighten their bright virtue and cultivate themselves with their talent virtue. In conclusion, the Objectives of Daesoon thought were clarified of their meanings by Sangje, established into laws by Doju, and actualized by Dojoen in various activities of Daesoonjinrihoe.

  • Price skimming practices, false claim on products, false information/communication, marketing overseas, and deception on products in marketing have received significant attention by the researchers of ethics in marketing studies. This research considers these phenomena as marketing instruments that grossly violate the practice of ethics in this domain. The two most crucial parts in marketing that have received greater attention are product safety and advertising. The paper also examines Ethical Marketing as the ability to make marketing decisions that are morally right and acceptable to all. In order words, ethics in marketing explains how moral standards can be applied in marketing decisions. It seeks to answer the research question by looking at some fundamental business ethics theories, namely, Virtue ethics, Utilitarian, and Deontological approaches to business ethics. Nevertheless, ethics in business is very controversial as many hold different view about what makes up the standard morals that corporations should take and so it is necessary for any organization to formulate its ethical codes to follow.

IT서비스 기업의 창의성 및 지식경영 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (An Impact on Management Performance by IT Service Firm's Creativity and Knowledge Management Factor)

  • This paper discussed about creativity and knowledge management variables as for effect factors on the management performance of IT service firms. Specially the mediation effects of knowledge management variables between the creativity and management performance were examined. To prove empirically the related hypothesis, the statistical analysis were based on the response from the 160 Korean IT Service firms. As an analysis results, it was found that the creativity of organizations was not the direct effector on the management performance. But the virtue of knowledge which are accumulated from knowledge management activity and shared in organizations was the direct effector. Also, the knowledge management activity is mediator on the in the relationship between the creativity and management performance. So this paper suggests that knowledge management activity and knowledge's virtue in the related the creativity in organizations are the important mediate factors for enhancement of IT service firm's performance.

  • Puporse This study is intended to distinct of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang on the Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon through compare with early books' prescription by studying use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk. Method This study is reserch to use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk in early books, Dongyi Suse Bowon-Sasang-chobonkyeon, Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon, Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon and Dongyibogam, Taepyungheymin-hwajegukbang in sequence of date. with this, we study a base of virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang. Result and conclusion 1. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is a prescription of treatment Gonscratia and CVA. 2. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is base on Chungsimyeonjaum in Dongyibogam. 3. The chief virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is accord with all prescription after 1894's Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon.

  • This paper is the result of research what im-ply the shaman's costume in Korea "Kut" The implications can be summarized as follows: 1) Shaman's costumes in "Kut" are divided into two parts. Namely the one is the position as a priest and the other is the one as God it-self 2) Also shaman's costume were used to ex-press God's character in the ritual "Jae-Cha" These were based on the costume system by one's social position in the times of the Cho-Sun. 3) The reasons why shaman worn the tra-ditional costume are discussed variously. Among those reasons firstly shaman stands for the symbolic significance of each "Kut" as the agent of God. And secondly shaman wore to symbolize the miraculous virtue of God. symbolize the miraculous virtue of God.

한국 음식 속담에 대한 음식 윤리적 접근 (Food Ethics Approach to Korean Food Proverbs)

  • This study was performed to approach Korean food proverbs from the stance of food ethics. Both modern principles and traditional principles of food ethics were applied to select proverbs. The modern principles include a respect for life, justice, environmental preservation, and the priority of safety. The traditional principles were longevity and good health, poverty (escaping) and wealth (pursuing), eating luck and fortune, priority of food, virtue, and taste and quality (economics). All the principles except environmental preservation and the priority of safety have adequate food proverbs, since environmental disruption and food safety were not serious issues in the past.

대학생의 성별에 따른 집단창의성과 창의적 환경 (Group Creativity and Creative Environment by Gender of University Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 집단창의성에 있어서 성별에 따른 차이가 있는지 살펴보고 또한 창의적 환경과 집단창의성간의 상관에 때하여 알아보고자 실시되었다. 창의적 환경은 창의적 가정환경과 교실환경으로 구분되며 학생들의 그룹수업 경험에 따른 차이도 살펴보았다. 317명의 대학생을 대상으로 창의적 교실환경검사와 창의적 가정환경 검사가 각각 실시되었으며 창의성을 알아보기 위하여 소집단으로 구성한 뒤 에세이 작성을 실시한 후 전문가에 의해 채점되었다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 21.0 프로그램에 의해 통계분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 남학생과 여학생들의 집단창의성 점수는 의미있게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 여학생들의 집단창의성과 환경과의 상관은 남학생들의 상관과는 다른 양상을 나타내었다. 마지막으로 연구의 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제안점이 언급되었다.

  • 본 연구는 유교적 관점에서 지역공동체의 사회자본 형성에 대한 인식 원리와 실천적 행위 덕목을 고찰하였다. 음양론(陰陽論)에 기초한 전일주의 세계관과 시위론(時位論)에 기초한 역할조화의 인간관을 통해 공동체에 대한 유교의 기본관점을 검토하고, 내적가치기준으로 중(中) 화(和), 외적규범기준으로 의(義) 예(禮)의 덕목을 탐색하였다. 그리고 유교 공동체의 지향적 덕목으로 인(仁)과 덕(德), 인식적 덕목으로 충서(忠恕)와 혈구지도, 실천적 덕목으로 효(孝)와 예(禮) 등을 분석하여 이 덕목들이 지역공동체 사회자본의 구성요소로써 기능할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 결국 유교의 인식원리와 행위 실천덕목들은 현대 지역공동체의 사회자본 구성요소로서의 기능과 함께 지역복지정책에 있어서 유용한 실천적 함의가 있음이 강조되었다.
