비행장 소음에 의한 건축물의 진동량 정량평가 및 건축물 설치 기준에 관한 연구 (Quantitative Evaluation of Vibration of Structure by Aircraft Noise and Installation Criteria of Building in Air bases)

  • 군 비행장은 군용 항공기와 더불어 민간 항공기 운항의 증가와 추진력이 좋은 신형 기종의 도입으로 인하여 소음 및 진동에 의한 민원이 증가하고 있으며, 특히 군 비행장 내에 근무하고 있는 장병 뿐 아니라 군 가족에게도 이러한 소음과 진동이 과다하게 노출되고 있다. 그러나 군 비행장내 소음 및 진동 실태조사는 전무한 실정으로 건축물 신축시 소음 및 진동의 영향을 고려하지 않고 있어 활주로 인접 건축물의 타일 등 내부 마감재가 탈락하는 문제뿐 아니라 관사와 같은 거주지역의 건설 위치를 결정하는데 기준이 없어 건축물의 진동에 의한 영향 최소화 및 적절한 진동대책 수립이 불가능한 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 군 비행장내 소음 및 진동 실태조사를 수행하고 실태조사 자료를 통계분석 방법을 이용해 건축물의 진동량을 예측 할 수 있는 정량평가 모델을 도출하였으며, 군 비행장내 건축물의 용도별 건축물 설치기준을 제안하였다. 이는 향후 군 비행장내 건축물 신축 및 비행장 신설 시 적합한 건축물 설치를 위한 기준을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Needs of fuel's performance evaluation for the dual-cooled fuel pellet (annular shape) necessitate the irradiation test in the test reactor. Irradiation test rig for the HARARO reactor, which is a special-purposed equipment used for material, irradiation and creep test, must satisfy the operational requirement on the hydraulic characteristics and structural integrity. In this paper, pressure drop and flow-induced vibration test for the newly developed non-instrumented test rig were carried out using FIVPET as a out-pile evaluation test. The test results show that the new test rig satisfy the HANARO operational requirement with sufficient margin. The spectral response characteristics of the flow-induced vibration of the test rid were also discussed.

  • Recently, with development of city traffic network planning, there are various effects with living space from vibration of railway. But, study which about effect from vertical vibration in floor slab in nearing structure is lack in nowadays. This thesis have analysed result from acceleration response per distance as well as proceed with serviceability evaluation and extracted natural frequency from measuring vibration of railway using mobile phone application which is oriented for building which have distances about 5m to 22m from railway.

  • This paper describes the result of carbody and vibration test for freight car. The purpose of the test is to evaluate an safety which carbody structure shall be considered fully sufficient rigidity so as to load a freight car under maximum load and operating condition on line track. The test carbody is constructed by RS korea co., LTD. in accordance with KNR specfication. The test cases of the carbody is tested the vertical load and compressive load to verify the strength and stillness. The vibration test is tested for analysis and evaluation of vibration, to allow for the fact that mechanical vibration in railway vehicles have specific characteristics.

선삭가공에서 미세변위제어에 의한 채터진동의 안정성 판별에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Stability for Chatter Vibration by Micro Positioning Control in Turning Process)

  • In order to evaluate the stability of chatter vibration in turning precess, the micro-positioning cutting test with artificial tool vibration by piezoelectric actuation were carried out. In experiment, the phase lags between cutting forces and chip thickness variations were measured, and the dimensionless penetration-rate coefficient($\overline{K^*}$) which is the most important parameter on the stability for chatter vibration was calculated. The results show that$\overline{K^*}$ can be applicable to the stability criterion for regenerative chatter vibration.

  • This study was performed to evaluate the whole-body vibration and occupational noise for excavator drivers. Measurement, evaluation and assessment were based on the ISO 2631 and OSHA. Average vibration level was 0.65m/$s^2$(z axis) for breaking work and 0.36 m/$s^2$(z axis) for excavating work. Vibration levels during breaking work exceed the health guidance caution zone and this means that the drivers are exposed to potential health risks. Average daily noise exposure level was 86.4 dB(A) for breaking work and 84.6 dB(A) for excavating work.

  • Virtual Seat Method (VSM) is used in this study for a combined evaluation method (objective & subjective) to determine comfort value of passenger vehicle seat in terms of idle vibration. In the study, a process for applying VSM divided into two stages is established. Two kinds of seat mounting passenger vehicle and six subjects are employed to compare the comfort value obtained by VSM method and by SEAT value. As a conclusion, the results by the two methods were well consistent so that VSM is verified as a method to measure ride comfort of seat in terms of idle vibration at passenger vehicle.

  • Most of the measurement and the evaluation of hand-transmitted vibration have been performed by using a small size single axis accelerometer between the handle and the hand palm or a three axis accelerometer attached on an adapter outside the hand(indirect measurement). It is most desirable for the correct evaluation of hand-transmitted vibration form the power tool handle to measure the acceleration between the handle surface and the hand palm in the three axis(direct measurement) as recommended in ISO 5349-1. In the study three axes acceleration measurement device was developed of which the thickness was less than 7mm so that it can be placed between the handle and the palm without any inconvenience during the measurement. To verify the performance of the developed device, measured acceleration by the two methods, direct and indirect, were compared in the study.

  • In evaluating sound performance of building, it is important to carry on tests and evaluations based upon residential sound performances. Korean Standards include test methods on sound performance, but don't include any code on evaluation methods. Therefore, evaluation methods from Japan or ISO have been used for evaluating sound performance in domestic so far. In this study, a draft of Korean Standards on a sound performance evaluation method in buildings is proposed.
