링형 초음파모터의 모드선정에 따른 진동특성 해석 (The Vibration Characteristic Analysis by Mode Variation of Ring Type Ultrasonic Motor)

  • This paper suggested the vibration characteristic improvement by variation mode of ring type ultrasonic motor. Design for the piezoelectric ceramic and elastic body of stator were calculated by the finite element method(FEM) that consider the resonance frequency, vibration mode and coupling efficiency etc. Through the result of vibration analysis from 6 order mode to 8 mode, the 7 order mode was gained very an excellent results that it was the coupling efficient, minimum power loss and bending vibration value. Here over 7 order mode, this paper was acquired that an output current for input voltage was very a large increased results. The result of vibration calculation, from thickness 0.5[mm] to 2[mm], knew the fact that the vibration displacement at 0.5[mm] is an high value too. From such result, this paper was manufactured the ultrasonic motor of outer diameter 5O[mm] , inter 22[mm] having the about 43.86[KHz] resonance frequency. We have gated that a simulation result is 42.2[KHz] and an experiment result is 43.86[KHzl The propriety of this paper was established though comparison. investigation of simulation and experiment result.

  • This paper addresses the vibration mode shape measurement technique utilizing a Continuous Scanning Laser Doppler Vibrometer (CSLDV). The continuous scanning capability is added to the conventional discrete Laser Doppler Vibrometer by reflecting the laser beams on the surface of the object using two oscillating mirrors. The bow scanning resulted from the proposed scanning method is eliminated by feedback control. The velocity output signal from the CSLDV is modulated to give the spatial velocity distribution in terms of coefficients which are obtained from the Fast Fourier Transformation of the time dependent velocity signal. Using the Chebyshev series form, the analysis of the vibration mode shape techniques for straight Bine scanning and 2 dimensional scanning are presented and discussed.   • As customer's demand for vehicle comfort is getting increased, vibration problem is very important issue in vehicle development. Engine is the main factor causing vehicle vibration, so that we should isolate detrimental transmitted excitation from engine. In order to solve this problem engine mounting system was properly optimized. Simulation was performed not only rigid body mode analysis but also flexible body mode analysis. We obtained the optimal locations and stiffness of engine mounts from simulation results, and had reasonable results from considering flexible body mode than only rigid body mode analysis.

  • 본 연구에서는 선행연구에 의해 설계되어진 20인승급 소형 위그선의 주날개 구조를 엔진 및 프로펠러에 의해 유발되는 진동을 가진력으로 하여 강제진동 해석을 수행하였다. 대상 위그선은 왕복엔 진을 날개에 장착하여 프로펠러에 의한 추력으로 비행하며, 미는 형식(Pusher Type)의 엔진 배열을 취하고 있다. 유한요소해석을 위해서 구조해석 상용프로그랩인 MSC/NASTRAN을 사용하였으며, 엔진의 주요 진동 특성인 X-mode 와 Y-mode 그리고 Z-mode를 특정 가진 주파수로 하여 주파수 응답 해석을 수행하였고, 엔진의 추력방향 진동 모드인 X-mode를 프로펠러의 회전에 의해 진동을 수반하는 가진 추력으로 가정하여 과도응답 해석을 수행한 후 날개의 진동 특성을 살펴보았다.

  • The vibration mode shape changed by the phase angle that can be controlled by phase-shifting ESPI system is discussed. For the phase-shifting ESPI experiment the stroboscopic illumination by using AOM(Acousto-Optic Modulator) is needed, and the initial phase angle can be adjusted by the program. The vibration mode shape is changed when the initial phase angle is changed. We examined the vibration mode shape change due to the initial phase angle change at each resonance frequency. Through this study, we found that in the vibration testing using phase-shilling ESPI the vibration mode shape is improved in the quality by adjusting exact phase angle and the error of the quantitative vibration analysis can be reduced.

액체로켓엔진 시스템 정현파 진동 구조해석 (Structural Analysis of Sinusoidal Vibration Load for Liquid Rocket Engine System)

  • The structural analysis of liquid rocket engine was performed in the case of sinusoidal vibration load to verify structural safety. The finite element model is composed with main liquid rocket engine components, combustion chamber, turbopump, gas-generator, pyro-starter, main pipes, main valve, heat-exchanger, gimbal-mount and brackets. Natural vibration mode analysis and structural analysis for sinusoidal vibration load were performed. The natural mode frequency of liquid rocket engine is twice than that of launch vehicle. In the case of stress result of sinusoidal vibration load, the part of maximum stress has 1.4 margin, so the engine structure is safe for sinusoidal vibration load.

  • To investigate the heavy-weight impact noise of apartment houses, numerical analysis was performed. The analysis acoustic pressure consider acoustic mode by finite element method. The variables considered effecting on the acoustic pressure are the Acoustic mode, acoustic damping, and the impulse load. The heavy-weight impact noise is a changeable value in the room. Since the most part of the frequency component of heavy-weight impact noise has low frequency. The noise in low frequency is related to the vibration of structure, the reflection of acoustic wave caused by wall and the standing wave called by acoustic mode. The prediction by the numerical analysis was verified with test result of the heavy weight-impact noise at apartment houses.

  • Mode Synthesis Method is applied to analyize the vibration characteristics of the press machine sold at present. Vibration analysis of the machine has not been done thoroughly as far, because of its complicated structure and much bigger unlinearity of its vibration characteristics. The press was disassembled by parts, and it was experimented by the exciting techniques and curve fitting methods, and analyzed by the Mode Synthesis Method. The 2 results were showed good agreements at each part. We confirming it, the machine was assembled, and experimented and analyzed by the same method. Also good agreements between 2 methods were obtained. In addition, impact responses of the actual moving press were agreed with the analyzed values by the Mode Synthesis Method. And we found that the first bending mode of the slide was ruling the vibration characteristics of the press.

  • This paper analyzes the vibration characteristics of an optical pickup actuator, which has six wire-suspensions and is used in optical disc drives(ODDs). The vibration characteristics of the actuator is mathematically described by analyzing its beam configuration and motion condition confined to lateral and longitudinal directions of the beams. The accuracy of the vibration characteristics is proved by comparing mode frequencies with a finite element analysis. Finally, it is shown that mode frequencies and shapes can be modified by changing design parameters in mathematical expressions.

구분모드합성법을 이용한 실린더블록의 위상 최적 설계 (Topology Optimization of Cylinder Block using Component Mode Synthesis)

  • Vibration analysis using component mode synthesis method was carried out to identify that to some extent each component contributed to the whole vibration of a powertrain consisting of several components. This analysis helped decide the component to be modified to reduce the powertrain weight, without degrading its current vibration characteristics. As a result, a cylinder block was chosen as a redesign object. Topology optimization analysis was performed to design the topology of the cylinder block whose flange connected with the transmission was chosen to be the design domain. After all, a new prototype of cylinder block was manufactured based on the analysis results for the verification experiment. It was confirmed from the analytical and experimental results that u optimally designed cylinder block had an advantage over the current one in the powertrain weight, with the powertrain vibration characteristics improved slightly.
