업무용 고층건물 계단실의 보행속도에 관한 연구 (Vertical Evacuation Speed in Stairwell of a High-rise Office Building)

  • 초고층 건축물의 수직성 증가는 더 긴 최소피난시간(Required Safety Egress Time, RSET)을 요구하게 된다. 초고층건물에선 계단을 통한 수직이동이 피난경로 상의 대부분을 차지한다. 본 연구에서는 고층 건물에서 반복된 3번의 대피훈련을 시행하고, 영상분석을 통해 피난경로 선택의 변화와 계단실 내 수직 보행속도-밀도의 함수관계를 분석했다. 또한 Pathfinder 피난시뮬레이션을 이용하여 단계적 피난의 방법에 따른 총 피난시간의 변화와 실제 훈련의 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 반복적 피난훈련과 교육을 통해 특정 계단 이용률이 6.3%에서 39.5% 개선되었고, 각 피난경로별 피난시간도 단축됨을 확인하였다. 또한 계단실 내 수직 보행속도-밀도의 관계식이 기존의 연구결과와 매우 유사한 s = 1.004 ? 0.288D로 확인되었다. 단계적 피난의 방법에 따라 전층 동시피난에 비해 총 피난시간이 25% 이상 변화할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This study shows that the vertical migration speed of sound scattering layers (SSLs), which is distributed in near Funka Bay, were measured by 3D velocity components acquired from a bottom moorng ADCP. While the bottom mooring type has a problem to measure the velocity vectors of sound scattering layer distributed near to surface, both the continuous vertical migration patterns and variability of backscatterers were routinely investigated as well. In addition, the velocity vectors were compared with the vertical migration velocity estimated from echograms of Mean Volume Backscattering Strength, and estimated to produce observational bias due to SSLs which is composed of backscatterers such as euphausiids, nekton, and fishes have swimming ability.

  • MS(Mobile Station)가 HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access)를 지원하는 W-CDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)망과 IEEE 802.16e를 지원하는 HPi(High Speed Portable Internet)망 사이를 이동할 때 발생하는 vertical 핸드오프 시 MS는 이전 경로 상에서 받지 못한 데이터를 새로운 경로로 넘겨받아 데이터가 순서대로 손실 없이 착신됨을 보장받아야 한다. 이것은 재전송의 오버헤드를 줄이는 이점이 있다. 또한 vertical 핸드오프 시 새로운 망에 MS가 재구성되어지는 과정이 포함되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 vertical 핸드오프 시 이전 경로 상에서 받지 못한 데이터를 순서대로 넘겨받는 것과 새로운 망에 적용되는 MS 재구성에 관련된 프로토콜을 제안한다.

차량성능을 고려한 최대종단경사 합리화 연구 (Theoretical Review of Highway Grades Considering Vehicle Performances)

  • 도로의 최대종단경사는 차량의 등판능력에 좌우된다. 과거에 비해 차량의 성능이 좋아질수록 도로의 최대종단경사는 조정될 수 있다. 하지만, 미국(AASHTO, 1990, 2004)에서는 설계기준트럭이 300lb/hp에서 200lb/hp로 성능이 상승했음에도 불구하고, 적용되는 최대 종단경사는 거의 변화가 없다. 따라서, 현재 차량의 성능을 고려한 최대종단경사의 검토 및 조정의 검토가 필요한 실정이다. 특히 국내의 지형은 산악지가 많고, 험준한 지역이 많으므로 실정에 맞도록 최대종단경사의 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 차량의 성능의 개선과 도로 설계자가 당면한 결정의 문제를 인식하고 세계 각국의 지형과 최대종단경사 적용기준을 비교하여 우리나라의 최대종단경사의 적정성을 확인한다. 또한, 교통시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 차량의 성능향상에 따른 새로운 트럭 성능곡선을 토대로 최대종단경사를 판단한 결과 $1{\sim}2%$ 정도 종단경사 완화가 가능한 것으로 판단한다.

달리기 시 충격력과 충격 쇼크 변인들과의 관계 (Relationship between Impact and Shear Forces, and Shock during Running)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between impact and shear peak force, and tibia-accelerometer variables during running. Method: Twenty-five male heel strike runners (mean age: 23.5±3.6 yrs, mean height: 176.3±3.3 m/s, mean mass: 71.8±9.7 kg) were recruited in this study. The peak impact and anteroposterior shear forces during treadmill running (Bertec, USA) were collected, and impact shock variables were computed by using a triaxial accelerometer (Noraxon, USA). One-way ANOVA was used to test the influence of the running speed on the parameters. Pearson's partial correlation was used to investigate the relationship between the peak impact and shear force, and accelerometer variables. Results: The running speed affected the peak impact and posterior shear force, time, slope, and peak vertical and resultant tibial acceleration, slope at heel contact. Significant correlations were noticed between the peak impact force and peak vertical and resultant tibia acceleration, and between peak impact average slope and peak vertical and resultant tibia acceleration average slope, and between posterior peak (FyP) and peak vertical tibia acceleration, and between posterior peak instantaneous slop and peak vertical tibial acceleration during running at 3 m/s. However, it was observed that correlations between peak impact average slope and peak vertical tibia acceleration average slope, between posterior peak time and peak vertical and resultant tibia acceleration time, between posterior peak instantaneous slope and peak vertical tibial acceleration instantaneous slope during running at 4 m/s. Conclusion: Careful analysis is required when investigating the linear relationship between the impact and shear force, and tibia accelerometer components during relatively fast running speed.

파랑관통형 고속 활주선 실선 성능 분석에 관한 연구 (Study on Sea Trial Analysis of Wave Piercing High Speed Planing Boat)

  • This study investigated the sea trial performance of a wave piercing high speed planing hull (WPH). The bow shape of the boat is sharp, and it has no chine or spray strip like a normal planing boat. The skeg is attached to the bottom of the boat in the longitudinal direction from the bow to the stern. The speed performance was analyzed as the speed dropped in a wave, and the seakeeping performance was compared with that of a planing boat with a similar velocity coefficient by measuring the vertical acceleration of the bow in the wave. The turning circle was compared with Lewandowski's estimation for a planing boat. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that the velocity drop of the developed WPH was not large in a wave, and the vertical acceleration was greatly reduced compared with that of a normal planing boat. The turning circle was somewhat larger than the estimated results for a planing boat, but the overall tendency was the same.

Also, upper structure has to satisfy design standard about moving load, high speed train(KTX). So, the high speed railway structure has to satisfy the requirement of natural frequency, vertical acceleration on deck, face distortion and vertical displacement considering ride comfort, which is suggested Ho-nam high speed railway design standard. In this study, it was investigated and evaluated to the dynamic behavior for tow plate Girder railway bridge subjected to moving load considering real high speed train loads.

  • The optimization of the overhead contact lines according to the increased train speed is to design the low-sag-wire so that the pantograph can follow the vertical fluctuation of the catenary. Main factors for the overhead contact lines design include the span, dropper interval, movable bracket, vertical fluctuation of the catenary, tension, and wave propagation speed. In this paper, a model is proposed to improve the electric railway speed, and the speed improvement analysis technology is examined to ensure the stable and reliable electric railway. In addition, the effect between pantograph and catenary according to the speed improvement is quantitatively analyzed by using simulation.

궤도 및 교량 안전성을 고려한 열차 증속가능 속도대역 평가 (Evaluation on Allowable Vehicle Speed Based on Safety of Track and Railway Bridge)

  • In this study, the track-bridge interaction analysis was performed using an analytical model considering the track structure, thereby taking into account the linear conditions (R=650 m, cant variation $160{\pm}60mm$) and the dynamic characteristics of the bridge. As a result of the study, the allowable speed on the example bridge considered was calculated at 200 km/h based on vertical deflection, vertical acceleration, and irregularity in longitudinal level, but was also evaluated at 170km/h based on the coefficient of derailment, wheel load reduction, and lateral displacement of the rail head. It is considered desirable to set the speed 170km/h to the speed limit in order to secure the safety of both the bridge and the track. It is judged that there will be no problems with ensuring rail protection and train stability in the speed band.
