The Purpose of this study is to prove empirically the relationship between ventures' technology valuation and performance, while considering the uniqueness of Korean firms. We use technology valuation index, marketability valuation index, business valuation index as ex-ante independent variables, use firm's performance(sales, asset, operating income ratio, net income ratio etc) as ex-post dependent variables. Parametric analysis such as Paired T-test, ANOVA are applied in this paper. The results of Empirical analysis is summarized as follows. Firstly, operating income ratio and net income ratio are different in portfolios classified by technology valuation index. Secondly, the growth rate of operating income is different in portfolios classified by technology valuation index. Finally, this study has shown that technology valuation index has possibility which it use the predictive variables of ventures' performances.

This paper presents the results of a statistical analysis and its research findings focusing on the learning aspect in the process of international joint ventures (IJVs). The contents of this paper is derived from a sample of 96 field cases based on a proposed conceptual model of effective learning for international construction joint ventures (ICJVs). The paper presents a brief review on the conceptual model with hypotheses and summarized the key results of statistical analysis including factor and multiple regression analysis for the testing of the validity of the proposed conceptual model and its associated research hypotheses. Among other research findings, the research confirms that ICJVs provides an excellent platform of in-action learning for construction organization and suggests that good outcomes in learning could be reaped by a company who has a clear learning intent from the beginning and subsequently take corresponding learning actions during the full process of the joint venture.

본 연구의 목적은 경제적인 미션뿐만 아니라 사회적, 환경적 미션을 함께 수행해야 하는 소셜벤처의 비즈니스 모델을 이해하여 지속가능성을 높이는 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 소셜벤처 창업가들의 경영사례를 분석하여 경제적 문제뿐만 아니라 환경적, 사회적 관점의 비즈니스 모델 정립을 하고 지속가능성을 높일 기회를 탐색해보고자 한다. 분석 도구로는 경제적인 관점에서 널리 활용되고 인정받고 있는 비즈니스모델 캔버스에서 확장된 TLBMC(Triple Layered Business Model Canvas)를 활용하여 조사했다. TLBMC는 Alexandre & Raymond(2016)가 제안한 것으로 수평적 수직적 연관성을 가지며 총체적인 시각을 가지는 데 도움이 된다. TLBMC를 활용해본 결과 각각의 소셜벤처가 추가로 고민해야 할 요소나 불필요한 요소 등을 확인할 수 있었으며, 창업 초기 부터 안정화 단계에 각각 다른 의미를 다가가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 소셜벤처 창업가들은 TLBMC를 활용하여 이해관계자 및 직원들에게 경제적, 사회적 및 환경적인 요소에 대한 기본적인 이해를 제공하여 전보다 신속하고 정확한 소통과 협력을 끌어낼 수 있을 것으로 판단하였다. 본 연구는 소셜벤처를 준비하는 창업자나 연구자가 경제적, 환경적, 사회적 관점을 고루 가질 수 있는데 도움이 될 것이다. 소셜벤처 운영에 있어 서는 창업가의 방향성 및 가치를 재정립하여 조직 내외의 역할을 분명하게 하도록 돕기 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 공공연구기관에서 개발한 기술을 기반으로 창업된 연구기반스핀오프벤처기업의 성장과정과 성장과정에서 나타난 어려움을 극복하고 성공할 수 있었던 요인들에 대해 살펴본 사례연구이다. 사례기업은 연구기반스핀오프벤처기업의 한 형태인 교수벤처기업 (주)아이센스이다. (주)아이센스는 광운대학교 화학과에 재직 중이던 차근식 교수와 남학현 교수가 연구실 대학원생들과 창업한 벤처기업으로 자가 혈당측정기틀 생산하는 신기술벤처기업이다. 두 교수는 광운대학교 내에 화학센서 연구센터를 운영하면서 바이오센서와 관련된 많은 기초연구 성과를 도출하였으며, 연구개발 전문회사를 설립하여 용역과제를 수행하면서 연구자금을 마련하고, 추후 하고 싶은 연구를 수행할 목적으로 (주)아이센스를 설립하였다. 그러나 창업자들의 초기의도와는 달리 (주)아이센스는 자가혈당측정기를 생산하여 판매하는 제조회사로 성장하였으며, 2008년 코스닥 상장 예정이다. 본 연구는 성공적인 연구기반스핀오프벤처기업인 (주)아이센스의 창업과 성장과정을 분석하고 성장과정에서의 어려움을 극복하고 성공할 수 있었던 요인을 규명하여, 연구기반스핀오프벤처기업이 성공할 수 있는 정책적 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

This study's purpose is to promote the development of CT industry by analizing the causal relationship between technology factor and commercialization of Tech. in CT SMEs and Ventures. The result is that Only technology experience accumulation among technical factors(technology develpoment cost, technology experience accumulation, technology concentration, technical expertise) has a significant effect on commercialization success or failure and non-technical factors have not a significant effect on.

The increase need for agricultural machinery production and its globalization through international Joint ventures are discussed in this paper. Examples of joint businesses for the overseas manufacturing of farm machinery are given and problems are pointed out. Overseas production of automobiles is illustrated through a few examples and suggestions are made for farm machinery production . Measures to be taken to promote global production of agricultural machinery through international joint ventures are mentioned.

정보통신 연구개발 사업인 우수신기술 지정 ·지원사업에 참여한 벤처기업 중 초기단계 벤처기업 75개사를 대상으로 대기업 및 중소기업으로부터 spin-off한 배태조직 벤처기업과 개인창업 벤처기업으로 분류하여 업종 및 벤처확인 유형별 특성, 재무 및 조직현황 특성, 최고경영자 특성, 기술개발 특성, 해외진출 특성을 분석하여 두 그룹간의 차이점 및 공통점을 파악한 후 향후 벤처기업의 나아갈 방향에 대해 제시해 보았다.

본 연구는 국내 벤처기업의 경영성과를 결정하는 요인들을 통합된 연구 틀 안에서 규명해 보고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 창업자/팀, 조직/자원, 전략/창업과정, 산업 환경, 지원시스템을 경영성과 영향요인으로 정의하였으며 영역별 측정변수를 독립변수로, 경영성과를 종속변수로 하는 벤처 경영성과 통합 모형을 구축하고, 우수벤처와 열등벤처의 경영성과 영향요인을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 우수기업의 경우 창업자 자신의 산업전문능력과 시장규모의 확대가 경영성과 에 더 민감한 요인으로 작용하고 있으며, 열등기업의 경우 자원조달능력 및 경영 전략 역량 이 민감한 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 우수기업과 열등기업을 나누는 핵심요인은 창업자의 능력 및 정부정책의 일치성으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 표본수의 부족, 측정 척도의 미비 등 실증 연구의 한계를 가지고 있지만 통합된 연구 틀 안에서 우수 벤처기업의 핵심 성공 요인을 제시하는데 그 의미가 있다.

본 연구는 국제합작사업 기업들을 대상으로 합작사업 참여기업 간 지식공유 및 활용이 참여자간 특성과 합작 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 국제합작사업의 지식공유 및 활용이 국제합작사업 참여기업 간 특성인 참여기업 간 계약준수, 사업 참여 동기 및 의지, 경영 자율성, 조직문화들과 합작성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치며 또한, 국제합작사업 기업들만이 가지는 특징을 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 지식공유 및 활용은 계약준수, 경영자율성, 사업 참여 동기 및 의지, 조직문화에 긍정적인 영향을 주며, 계약준수, 경영자율성, 사업 참여 동기 및 의지는 합작성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
