An acoustic finite element model of a bridge is developed to evaluate the noise generated by the traffic-induced vibration of the bridge. The dynamic response of a multi-girder bridge, modeled by a 3-dimensional frame element model, is analyzed with a 3-axle 8 DOFs truck model and a 5-axle 13 DOFs semi-trailer. The flat plate element is used to analyze the acoustic pressure due to the fluid-structure interactions between the vibrating surface and contiguous acoustic fluid medium. The radiation fields of noise with a specified distribution of vibrating velocity and pressure on the structural surface are also computed using the Kirchhoff-Helmholtz integral. Although the noise produced by the bridge vibration is not serious in itself, which is below the audible frequency range, it should be considered as an interaction problem between vehicle noise and bridge vibration noise in order to evaluate the traffic noise around the bridge.

In a railway vehicle, corrugated steel panel is widely used for the floor panel because of its high bending stiffness and light weight. However, this panel shows lower sound insulation performance than that of the plate with the same weight. Especially, in a particular frequency band, transmission loss (TL) rapidly decreases and it results in the deterioration of TL of the overall floor panel. This study identifies that the remarkable drop in TL is caused from the local resonance of the periodic corrugated structure. This study shows that the frequency band of the TL drop can be controlled by the proper design of the corrugated structure. In addition, improvement effect of TL by attaching foam and glass wool is estimated by experiment. The purpose of the study is to provide the practical information for the improvement of the sound insulation performance of the corrugated steel.

본 논문에서는 효율적으로 주차 공간을 확보와 주차장 성능을 향상을 위한 방법으로 차량 번호판 조사를 이용하여 주차 회전율을 구하였다. 본 연구로 효율적으로 주차장을 사용하고 있는지를 알 수 있었고 차량의 주차를 하여 소통되는지를 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서 는 자동차 영상에서 모폴로지 연산을 이용한 번호판 추출 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 입력 받은 자동차 영상을 적응적 임계값을 적용하여 이진화 한다. 이 진화 영상에 대하여 모폴로지 연산의 침식/팽창 과정을 연속적으로 수행하여 번호판 내의 문자영역을 제거하는 opening과정 과 팽창/침식 과정을 연속적으로 수행하여 번호판 내의 문자영역을 확장하는 closing 연산을 병렬 수행한 후 그들간의 차영상을 추출한다. 추출된 차영상에 Geo-correction과 번호판의 일반적인 특성을 이용한 필터링 작업을 수행하여 실제 번호판 영역을 추출한다. 제안한 방법을 구현하고 다양한 각도에서 취득된 다양한 형태의 자동차 영상에 적용하여 본 알고리즘의 효용성을 보인다.

The influences of high speed train on the dynamic responses of steel composite railway bridges are investigated. The bridge system which has two Ⅰ-girder and several cross beams is modeled with plate and frame elements. With assumption of concrete slabs ate fully connected with steel girders, the offset between slabs and girders is modeled using rigid link. The track system is modeled using beams on elastic foundation theory. And, the TGV train is modeled in 2-dimension considering bouncing and pitching motion. And, braking action of vehicle is considered using speed dependent braking function. To investigate the behavior of bridges due to moving trains, parametric studies are performed.

본 논문에서는 도로를 주행하는 차량영상으로부터 번호판의 인식에 대한 연구이다. 차량을 검출하기 위해 두 프레임의 차를 이용하여 도로상에서 차량을 분리하였고, 번호판 영역을 추출하기 위해 명암도 변화의 파형 곡선 결과에 임계값을 적용하여 번호판을 추출하였다. 번호판 영역 검출은 96.05%의 검출결과를 얻었으며, 차량의 번호판 문자인식은 신경망을 통하여 학습 시켰 그 성능은 잭나이프 기법을 통해 측정하였다. 학습데이터에 대해서는 99.85 비학습데이터에 대해서는 88.15%의 인식율을 보였다.

A seat frame structure in automotive vehicles made of polymer matrix composite to achieve weight reduction at low cost was developed. In order to design and manufacture the actual product, studies on material selection, and structural analyses were performed. Structural analyses were performed with a finite element analysis. Analyses were done for several cases suggested in various safety regulations of FMVSS(Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards). Each result was utilized to modify the actual shape to obtain a lighter, safer and more stable design. The final design was used to produce a sample bottom plate of the seat structure. Substitution of the material resulted in a weight reduction effect with equivalent strength, fatigue and impact characteristics. Furthermore, several effects from the replacement of the material besides weight reduction were also examined.

차량 번호판 문자영상으로부터 여러 가지 특징 추출 방법을 조합하여 입력특징소를 재구성하고, 신경망을 이용하여 문자를 인식한다. 속도 개선을 위해 특별한 전처리 과정없이 이치화와 크기 정규화만을 수행한 후 그물망 방법과 BLT 방법, 정규화된 투영값 특정 방법을 조합하여 입력특징소를 구성한다. 본 연구에서는 숫자 인식에서 그물망 방법과 BLT 방법을 이용하여 잡음으로 인한 유사 문자의 오인식을 해결하였고, 문자 인식에서는 정규화된 투영값 특징을 이용하여 문자의 유형을 분류한 후 자소를 개별적으로 인식하였다. 이로써 모음 인식 경우에 중요한 역할을 하는 작은 획의 영역에 BLT 방법을 사용함으로 기존 연구에서의 모음 오인식 문제를 해결하였다.

본 논문에서는 현재까지 도입된 세 가지 종류의 차량번호판의 구조적 특징을 파악하여 이를 구분하고, 반복레이블링기법을 이용하여 각각의 번호판에서 일련번호를 영역화하는 기법을 제안한다. 또한 차량번호판이 가지는 구조적인 특징을 이용하여 용도기호, 차종기초 및 지역명을 영역화하는 기법을 제안한다.

This research was verified detection way of intercept vehicles and performance evaluation after system installation using image detector as detection way of ground installation. By image recognition algorithm was on the trace of moving orbit of violation vehicles for detection way of intercept vehicles. When moving orbit is located special site, utilized geometric image calibration and DC-notch filter. These are cognitive system of license plate by making signal. Then, Bright Evidence Detection and Dark Evidence Detection were applied to after mixing. It is applied to way of Backward tracking for detection way of intercept vehicles. After the field evaluation of developed system, it should be analyzed the more high than recognition rate of minimum standards 80%. It should rise in the estimation of the site applicability is highly from now.
