Lately, it is a trend that diffusion of Mobile Information Appliance that do various function by development of IT technology. There is function that do more convenient and efficient exchange information and business using mobile phone that is Mobile Information Appliance, but disfunction that is utilized by pointed end engineering data leakage, individual's privacy infringement, threat, etc. relationship means to use mobile phone is appeared and problems were appeared much. However, legal research of statute unpreparedness and so on need research and effort to prove delete, copy, integrity of digital evidence that transfer secures special quality of easy digital evidence to objective evidence in investigation vantage point is lacking about crime who use this portable phone. It is known that this Digital Forensic field is Mobile Forensic. In this paper. We are verify about acquisition way of digital evidence that can happen in this treatise through mobile phone that is Mobile Forensic's representative standing and present way to prove integrity of digital evidence using Hash Function.

The purpose of this study were to illustrate the various medication error types and causes and identified to related drugs to provide basic data for preventing nurses' medication error by analysing 73 cases of AJN 'medication Error' column(1993, Oct -2000, Nov). Nurses' types of medication error were classified into 7 types. The most frequent error types are wrong medication$(21.9\%)$ and the wrong dose$(21.9\%)$ together. The others are wrong $time(4.1\%)$, $omission(2.7\%)$, mechanical $error(2.7\%)$, incorrect IV $rate(1.4\%)$. wrong route $administration(1.4\%)$ in order. Nurses' causes of medication error were 9 kinds. The most frequent type is confusing between similar drug shape, color, size, name, injection devices and patient's $name(43.9\%)$ and the others are lack of knowledge about $drugs(26.8\%),\; slips(7.3\%),\; miscalculating\;dose(4.9\%)$, incorrect adjusts $devices(4.9\%)$, difficulty to read or illegible decimal $point(4.9\%),$ $abbreviation(2.4\%)$, fatigue with $overwork(2.4\%)$ and no communication with $patient(2.4\%)$ in order. Related drugs with medication error are as follows. - dose unit(IU. minims. mcg/min. mEq) : Heparin. insulin. synthetic calcitonin, some enzymes and hormones, vitamins, some antibiotics, tuberculin injection. MgSO4 injection. nitroglycerin - similar size, color and shape drug : $0.9\%$ N/S and acetic acid $0.25\%$ for irrigation. premixed 2mg lidocaine sol. and $0.9\%$ N/S, gentamycin 20mg/2mL for children and 80mg/2mL for adult, dextroamphetamine 5mg and 10mg capsule. sedatives chloral hydrate 250mg/5mL and 500mg/5mL - similar name :Aredia(pamidronate disodium) and Adriamycin(doxorubicin), Lamictal (lamotrigine) and Lamisil 250mg. Elderpryl and enalapril, cefotaxime and cefoxitin, carboplatin and cisplatin, sumatriptan and zolmitriptan, Celebrex and Celexa, Humulin and Humalog, Percodan and Percocet, Diabeta and Diabinese, Epivir and Retrovir, Xanax(alprazolam) and Zantac(ranitidine) - decimal point : low molecular weight warfarin, methotrexate - unfamiliar drug uses of familiar drug ; methotrexate. droperidol, imipramine, propranolol - number of drug name(misleading chemical name) : 6-thioguanine, 6-mercaptopurine, 5-fluorouracil - type of administration route : Oxycodone(OxyContin). - administration time : acarbose(Precose). - injection way (Z-track method): hydroxyzine - epidural cathether : LMWHs(enoxaparin, dalteparin), - ADD Vantage self contained delivery system : ceftriaxone(Rocephin)

In this research, I define 'conscience' in Daesoon thought as the 'Restorative capability of returning to one's roots.' The notion of conscience forms a structure of separation and return, and it is connected to the ascetic aim of realizing human perfection. The conscience opens up potential possibilities and leads realization of potential possibilities by returning to the the point of origin. In the middle of separation and return, the conscience acts as the power of subjectivity possessed by human beings which is known as 'In jon (Human Nobility)' in Daesoon thought. The concept of conscience in Daesoon thought is connected with the subjectivity of In jon and free will as well as the character of subjectivity. This shares commonalities with critical thinking, modern characteristics, and the subjectivity of Heidegger's existentialism. Heidegger describes human fate from an existentialist vantage point using terms such as dasein, Geworfenheit, and Entwurf, and establishes human existence as an act of self-recovery from within in a lonely existential establishment. Daesoon thought implies that humanity is the root of ultimate reality, and this description is in sharp contrast with the thrownness (Geworfenheit) of Heidegger's subjectivity. Therefore, Daesoon thought can be seen as unique in its characterization of humanity as being connected to the root of ultimate reality, autonomy, and independent existence.

This research suggests a new tram signal priority model which determines signal timings and tram intersection waiting time using analytical method. This model can calculate the signal timings for Early Green and Green Extension among the active tram signal priority techniques by tram detection time of upstream detector. Moreover, it can determine the tram intersection waiting time that means tram intersection travel time delay from a vantage point of tram travel. Under the active tram signal priority condition, priority phases can bring additional green time from variable green time of non-priority phases. In this study, the signal timing and tram intersection waiting time calculation model was set up using analytical methods. In case studies using an isolated intersection, this study checks tram intersection waiting time ranged 12.7 to 29.4 seconds when variable green times of non-priority phases are 44 to 10 seconds under 120 seconds of cycle length.

With the prevalence of multi-dimensional data such as images, content-based retrieval of data is becoming increasingly important. To handle multi-dimensional data, multi-dimensional index structures such as the R-tree, Rr-tree, TV-tree, and MVP-tree have been proposed. Numerous research results on how to effectively manipulate these structures have been presented during the last decade. Query processing strategies, which is important for reducing the processing time, is one such area of research. In this paper, we propose query processing algorithms for R-tree based structures. The novel aspect of these algorithms is that they make use of the notion of VP filtering, a concept borrowed from the MVP-tree. The filtering notion allows for delaying of computational overhead until absolutely necessary. By so doing, we attain considerable performance benefits while paying insignificant overhead during the construction of the index structure. We implemented our algorithms and carried out experiments to demonstrate the capability and usefulness of our method. Both for range query and incremental query, for all dimensional index trees, the response time using VP filtering was always shorter than without VP filtering. We quantitatively showed that VP filtering is closely related with the response time of the query.

Around the middle of the ninth century the strict bone-rank system of Silla frustrated many people who had political ambition but lacked nobility. They had to seek other ways, including maritime trade. Such an undertaking reflected and also increased their economic and military power. Trade prospered with T'ang China and with Japan as well. The threat of piracy to Silla's thriving maritime trade caused to create a succession of garrisons at important coastal points. Chonghae Jin (Chonghae garrison) was regarded as the most important of these. It was established in 828 by Chang Pogo. Chonghae Jin was on Wando, an island just east of the southwestern tip of Korea and a key place at this time in the trade between China, Korea, and Japan. From this vantage point Chang Pogo became a merchant-prince with extensive holdings and commercial interests in China and with trade contacts with Japan. Although piracy was rampant in East Asia at that time, either the Chinese or Silla government was not able to control it due to inner political strife and lack of policing resources. Infuriated by the piracy and the government's inability to control it, Chang Pogo came back to Silla to fight against the pirates and to protect maritime trade. He persuaded the king of Silla and was permitted to control the private armed forces to sweep away the pirates. In 829 he was appointed Commissioner of Chonghae-Jin with the mission of curbing piracy in that region. Chang's forces were created to protect people from pirates, but also developed into traders among Silla Korea, T'ang China, and Japan in the 9th century. This was geographically possible because the Chonghae Garrison was situated at the midpoint of Korea, China, and Japan, and also because Chang's naval forces actually dominated the East Asia Sea while patrolling sea-lanes. Based on these advantages, Chang Pogo made a great fortune, which might be collected from a charge for protecting people from pirates and the trades with China and Japan. Chang's forces could be termed the first private security company in the Korean history, at least in terms of historical documents. Based on historical documents, the numbers of private soldiers might be estimated to exceed tens of thousands at least, since Chang's forces alone were recorded to be more than ten thousand. Because local powers and aristocratic elites were said to have thousands of armed forces respectively, the extent of private forces was assumed to be vast, although they were available only to the privileged class. In short, the domination of Chang's forces was attributable to the decline of central government and its losing control over local powers. In addition it was not possible without advanced technologies in shipbuilding and navigation.
