최근 개인정보에 대한 유출과 침해행위가 급증하면서 악의적인 목적의 피해사례가 급증하고 있다. 대부분의 사용자가 윈도우즈 운영체제를 사용하고 있으며, 최근 Windows 7 운영체제가 발표되면서 Windows 7 OS 환경에서의 침해대응 기법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 현재까지 개발된 침해사고 대응 기법은 대부분 Windows XP 또는 Windows Vista를 중심으로 구현되어 있다. 윈도우즈 운영체제에서 시스템 침해사고를 효율적으로 분석하기 위해서는 시스템에서 생성되는 이벤트 정보의 시간정보 및 보안 위협 가중치 정보를 중심으로 이를 시각적으로 분석할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 발표된 Windows 7 운영체제에서 생성되는 시스템 이벤트 정보에 대해 시각적으로 분석하고 이를 통해 시스템 침해사고를 분석할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발된 시스템을 이용할 경우 보다 효율적인 침해사고 분석이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

Citrus canker is an important bacterial disease of citrus in several regions of the world. Strains of Xanthomonas citri type-A (Xc-A) group are the primary pathogen where citrus canker occurs. After Xc-A entered the Northeast of Argentina in 1974, the disease spread rapidly from 1977 to 1980 and then slowed down and remained moving at slow pace until 1990 when it became endemic. Citrus canker was detected in Northwest Argentina in 2002. This paper presents the main steps in the fight of the disease and the management strategies that have been used to control citrus canker at this time. We think the process might be usefull to other countries with the same situation. Results from more than 40 years of research in Northeast (NE) Argentina indicate that we are at the limit of favorable environment for the disease. The severity of citrus canker is greatly affected by the environment and El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ Southern Oscillation (ENSO) phenomenon which causes cyclic fluctuations on the disease intensity in the NE region. Weather-based logistic regression models adjusted to quantify disease levels in field conditions showed that the environmental effect was strongly modulated by the distance from a windbreak. Production of healthy fruits in citrus canker endemic areas is possible knowing the dynamics of the disease. A voluntary Integrated Plan to Reduce the Risk of Canker has been in place since 1994 and it allows growers to export unsymptomatic, uninfested fresh fruit to countries which are free of the disease and require healthy, pathogen free fruits. The experience from Argentina can be replicated in other countries after appropriate trials.

La historia sobre la ${\acute{e}}poca$ de la independencia y la $formac{\acute{o}}n$ de las naciones latinoamericanas enfatiza sobre todo los roles de los hombres y $espor\acute{a}dicamente$ de las mujeres. Se han considerado directrices las acciones de algunos criollos de esa epoca como $Sim{\acute{o}}n$ Bolivar y San Martín. La historiografía masculina-$c{\acute{e}}ntrica$ $est{\acute{a}}$ ignorando y marginando las luchas y los sacrificios de las mujeres que participaron en la independencia y la $formac{\acute{o}}n$ de las naciones. Por tanto, es preciso realizar una crítica a los procesos que han mantenido la tendencia machista, uno de ellos es porque no se han desatendido concepciones y cosmovisiones sobre el $g{\acute{e}}nero$. En fin, esta tendencia es porque no se ha superado la herencia colonial de manera crítica. En este contexto, este artículo intenta investigar los cambios sobre los puntos de vista y la manera de ver a las mujeres y sus actividades durante la ${\acute{e}}poca$ de la independencia. Puesto que las mujeres han sido consideradas como objetos que ocupan un espacio secundario en $comparaci{\acute{o}}n$ a los roles de los criollos. Este estudio pretende configurar nuevos puntos de vista para reestructurar nuestro enfoque tradicional sobre la independencia y las formaciones de las naciones latinoamericanas para poner en evidencia los roles de las mujeres en la historia.

The burial culture has prevailed in our county because of the effect of Confucianism. First of all, tombs've had an negative effect on the vista of national land and caused an ineffective use of national land recently. for this reason, the systematic management of the toms is necessary The purpose of this project is to identify tombs' geographical coordinates from orthoimage and to analysis algorithms for extracting tombs on the satellite image. We've used IKONOS image for those purpose, because it's very similar to KOMPSAT-2 image's characteristics which will be launched near future. and, It will make the best use of tombs management of each local government.

최근 인터넷상에는 매일 방대한 양의 정보가 창출되어 유포되고 있으며, 수많은 정보 제공 사이트들이 늘고 있다. 이용자들은 필요한 정보를 찾고 활용하기 위해 야후(Yahoo), 알타비스타(AltaVista) 등 국외 검색엔진(search engine)들과 심마니, 미스 다찾니 등 국내 검색엔진 등 인터넷상에 운용되고 있는 이들 시스템들을 이용하고 있지만, 대부분의 시스템들은 자체 정보 제공보다는 로봇 에이전트를 이용하여 인터넷 사이트에 등록되어 있는 다양한 분야의 홈페이지 정보들을 수집/분석하여 관련 사이트를 연결해주는 방식의 메타 검색엔진들로서 불필요한 정보들까지 제공함에 따라 이용자들이 필요로 하는 정보를 찾기에는 너무 많은 노력과 시간을 소모하게 되는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 형태소 분석 및 시소러스 사전을 이용하여 검색의 정확성 및 재현율 향상을 고려하고, 주제어 중심의 불리언 검색뿐만 아니라 하이퍼텍스트 기반의 주제어 카탈로그 검색, 각기 다른 사이트의 검색엔진들로부터 질의한 결과를 통합하여 제공하는 지능형 통합검색, 이용자 프로파일에 근거하여 최신 업데이트된 정보를 주기적으로 제공해주는 맞춤정보서비스(Selective Dissemination of Information Service: SDI) 등을 통합한 인터넷 기반의 한글 정보검색시스템의 구현에 대한 내용을 기술하고자 한다.

We present our experiences with open-source spatio-temporal database systems for managing and analyzing big astronomical data acquired by wide-field time-domain sky surveys. Considering performance, cost, difficulty, and scalability of the database systems, we conduct comparison studies of open-source spatio-temporal databases such as GeoMesa and PostGIS that are already being used for handling big geographical data. Our experiments include ingesting, indexing, and querying millions or billions of astronomical spatio-temporal data. We choose the public VVV (VISTA Variables in the Via Lactea) catalogs of billions measurements for hundreds of millions objects as the test data. We discuss issues of how these spatio-temporal database systems can be adopted in the astronomy community.

In the context of structure formation in a hierarchical Universe, the relevance of mergers to radio-loud active galaxies is still under debate. I employ two different observational approaches to investigate the merger history of active galaxies, using several different samples of radio-loud AGN. I will first show results from the investigation of a complete sample of flat-spectrum radio-AGN and their role in a merger-driven evolution of galaxies. In the second part of my talk I will focus on the investigation of the close environment of radio-loud active galaxies, using data from the new VISTA-VIDEO near-infrared survey. Strong evidence is found supporting a close connection between merger events and radio-loud AGN.

We present our experiences with open-source NoSQL database systems in analyzing spatial and temporal astronomical data. We conduct experiments of using Redis in-memory NoSQL database system by modifying and exploiting its support of geohash for astronmical spatial data. Our experiment focuses on performance, cost, difficulty, and scalability of the database system. We also test OpenTSDB as a possible NoSQL database system to process astronomical time-series data. Our experiments include ingesting, indexing, and querying millions or billions of astronomical time-series measurements. We choose our KMTNet data and the public VVV (VISTA Variables in the Via Lactea) catalogs as test data. We discuss issues in using these NoSQL database systems in astronomy.

The seismic characteristics of two semi-gravity reinforced concrete cantilever retaining walls are examined via an experimental program using an outdoor shake table (one with and the other without concrete masonry sound wall on top). Both walls are backfilled with compacted soil and supported on flexible foundation in a steel soil container. The primary damages during both tests are associated with significant lateral displacements of the wall caused by lateral earth pressure; however, no collapse occurs during the tests. The pressure distribution behind the walls has a nonlinear trend and conventional methods such as Mononobe-Okabe are insufficient for accurate pressure estimation.
