  • Generally, H.V.A.C load capacity in early planning phase can presume with maximum thermal load. Basic data can prove by air conditioning equipment system data analysis at existing building. There are poor and not reliable alternative presentation. In this paper, measured data after use H.V.A.C load calculation K-load program reply choosing standard building and variables simulation. And I founded peak load correlation graph and mode for several kinds of variable and contents of size. I wish that equipment designer is beaconed to produce optimum capacity at building as quantitative through this result.

  • This paper describes a practical formulation of Non-Bernoulli-Compatibility Truss Model. Not only equilibrium conditions but also some approximations are employed to solve for the unknowns included in the proposed model. By assuming that the ratio of $V_a$ to V remains to be constant along the shear span, the relationship between $\alpha$ and z is mathematically established as an arch shape function. $V_m$ is also approximated to be an empirical value that is equal to the least membrane shear strength. The coefficient a is made utilizing a nonlinear finite element analysis. The adequacy of the model is examined by test results available in literatures, and the predicted values are shown to be in excellent agreement with the experimental results.

  • A new analytical expression for the saturated I-V characteristics of hydrogenerated amorphous silicon thin film transistors(a-si:H TFT) is presented and experimentally verified. The results show that the experimental transfer and output characteristics at several temperatures are easily modeled. The model is based on three functions obtained from the experimental data of $I_D$ versus $V_G$. Theoretical results confirm the simple form of the model in terms of the device geometry. It was determined that the saturated drain current increased at a fixed gate voltage and the device saturated at increasingly larger drain voltages while the threshold voltages decreased.

  • The improved model that external capacitances are connected to a conventional BSIM3v3 RF Macro model with Rg and Rsub is developed in this paper. The extracted external capacitances and resistances are modeled by scalable fitting equations. The modeled S-parameters of $0.13{\mu}m$ NMOSFET agree well with measured ones from 10MHz to 10GHz, verifying the accuracy of the improved model.

  • The problem (P) of optimizing a linear function $d^Tx$ over the set of efficient points for a multiple objective linear program (M) is difficult because the efficient set is nonconvex. There are some interesting properties between the objective linear vector d and the matrix of multiple objectives C and those properties lead us to establish criteria to solve (P) with a linear program. In this paper we investigate a system of the linear equations $C^T{\alpha}$ = d and construct two linearly independent positive vectors u, v such that ${\alpha}$ = u - v. From those vectors u, v, solving an weighted sum linear program for finding an efficient extreme point for the (M) is a way of getting an optimal solution of the problem (P). Therefore the theorems presented in this paper provided us an easy way of solving nonconvex program (P) with a weighted sum linear program.

  • 전력계통의 증가에 따라 일부 계통에서 지락고장 전류가 2010년이후 차단기 정격전류인 40[kA]를 초과할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 대한 대책으로 345kV 변압기의 중성점의 부동(Floating) 운전을 위하여 PSS/E를 이용하여 실제의 발변전소의 모델을 설정하고 EMTP를 이용하여 지락고장 발생시 건전상의 전위상승, 중성점 전위상승, 부동운전 가능 대수, 변압기 중정점 NGR 설치 효과 및 적정 임피던스 산출, 변압기 중성점 피뢰기 설치 효과 및 적정 정격 산출등을 검토하였다.

  • FEM analysis of cleaning machine was performed. A cleaning machine was designed and measured to develop a cleaning machine with highly improved performance and a real configuration. 3D modeling was conducted using the 3-D design program CATIA V5. In addition, FEM analysis was conducted on the modeled cleaning machine using the ANSYS finite element analysis program and the pressure changes in internal fluid flow were visualized. This result was applied to the new product development of cleaning machines.

  • By enforcing skew of permanent magnet, detent force decreases, but lateral force that acts for vertical direction of moving direction occurs. This force deteriorates various performance of PMLSM as that acts to friction force between mover and LM guide. Therefore, in this paper, V skew model is proposed for lateral force's reduction and simulation results are compared to experimental value.

  • 최근 임베디드 엣지 컴퓨팅 디바이스에서 AI와 같은 인공지은 연산을 수행하여 AI 추론 연산의 가속화 및 분산화가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 엣지 디바이스는 임베디드 프로세서를 기반으로 AI의 가속 연산을 위해서 내부에 딥러닝 가속기를 포함하여 가속화시키는 시스템 구성을 하고 있다. 딥러닝 가속기는 복잡한 Neural Network 연산을 위한 데이터 이동이 많으며 외부 메모리와 내부 딥러닝 가속기간의 효율적인 데이터 이동 및 버퍼링이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 엣지 디바이스 딥러닝 가속기 내부의 버퍼 구조를 모델링하고, 버퍼의 크기에 따른 버퍼링 효과를 분석해 보았다. 딥러닝 가속기 버퍼 구조는 RISC-V 프로세서 기반 가상 플랫폼에 구현되었다. 이를 통해서 딥러닝 모델에 따른 딥러닝 가속기 버퍼의 사용성을 분석할 수 있다.

  • 최근 인공지능 기술의 발달에 따라 여러 분야에 인공지능 기술이 활발히 응용되고 있다. 그중 안전 관리 분야에서 사람 인식을 통한 안전 관리 시스템의 지속적인 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 실내 한정된 공간에서 사람들의 밀집도가 높은 경우 오브젝트의 중복도가 높아져 인식 성능이 낮아질 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 사람의 밀집도가 높은 실내 환경에서 기존 객체 인식 기법의 성능을 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 제한적인 환경에서 최적의 좋은 성능을 보일 수 있는 SSDLite와 MobileNetV2 모델을 기반으로 soft-NMS 기법을 적용하여 성능을 분석하였다.
