This study aimed to adaptive reuse plan a take advantage of Suncheon Bay Garden Expo 2013. Detailed objectives included: to identify and foster cultural and ecological resources in Suncheon Bay and Garden Expo Site; and to search and propose characterized program in the site for efficient utilization; and to revitalize a site for the vitalizations of the region where garden culture and garden industries for strengthening local competitiveness. The study was multi-phased. The first stage included basic surveys such as site status and environmental context analysis, and questionnaires and similar case studies, and the second stage was to review the direction of preliminary planning, develop associated industries and strategies for regional revitalization and review and incorporate project details. And the third stage aimed to develop a comprehensive plan from spatial plans and program plans and suggest plans to vitalize the operation of the site. The results of the study are as follows: First, the characterization strategy is 'healing experience tourism', 'healing garden', 'healing herbal care' are suitable for the site and regional revitalization. Second, the dimension of 2013 Suncheon Bay Garden Expo which was distinguished into four areas, in consideration of the characteristics and contents of the garden expo site for efficient operation and maintenance. Four area are as follows: the park oriented area, the experiential tourism oriented area, the existing conservation oriented area, and the area for associated industries. Third, the practice of private and public partnerships is needed in order to efficiently manage and operations. The significance of this study is that it is seeking to take advantage of the Garden Expo site and set the plan by existing resources and in consideration of local characteristics, in conjunction with area to envision and proposed management plan. Some problems are remained which have not been able to deal with details program and organization and financial planning programs for the operation of the site. This is for further study.

This study aims to propose a mid- to long-term fostering plan for the hydrogen industry customized to Changwon City by reviewing the government's policy and the status of the domestic and foreign hydrogen industry. The adopted methodologies were policy analysis, literature review, field investigation, and committee operation that could consider institutions, knowledge (technology), and networking between activity subjects. The short-term projects and long-term projects for the fostering plan are established using these methodologies. The short-term projects were structured so that the ongoing hydrogen industry fostering plan leads to a successful result, and the hydrogen mobility field is expanded to not only land vehicles but also marine and air vehicles. The long-term projects consist of a high proportion of the hydrogen utilization field to take advantage of the industrial strength of Changwon City, and a support system for new and turning companies for localization of parts was added to provide industrial competitiveness.

Korea-China FTA was initialized in 2015. Korea has a high level of dependence on trade for its economic growth, especially to China. Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT) among various non-tariff barriers is becoming increasingly important. Elimination of TBT is one of the key issues in which the South Korean government is interested since technical barriers significantly affect trade between the two countries. MRA has been considered as an effective tool to relieve such technical barriers. Several studies and surveys showed that MRA would mitigate the barriers of import and solve the problems that many companies face in international market. This study tries to seek utilization plan of MRA for Korea-China FTA. It suggests suitable utilization plan of MRA considering the difference of technical regulations between two countries. This paper has value in that it provides specific MRA strategies targeting China while other prior studies have merely analyzed the necessity of MRA.

This study tried to suggest a plan for an efficient management and utilization of job-related collections closely connected to the job education field of colleges. The data were collected through data inquiry, telephone interview inquiry and questionnaire and based on the results of the analysis, an efficient utilization plan of job-related collections was derived. It reached a result that it is desirable that libraries initiatively operate job-related collections but in consideration of the approachability, use convenience and utilization of students, the display and management of materials are performed jointly with libraries and employment departments. In addition, so as to plan the development of the job-related collections, libraries need to develop the common basic major materials by major to consider the characteristics as well as educational purposes of colleges and develop the core employment major data connected to major related certificates and intensively secure job practice focused materials.

Korea had been known as safe region regarding volcanic disasters. On the other hand, Baekdu mountain experienced a large eruption one thousand years ago and the precursor phenomena for a volcanic eruption have been frequently reported these days. Therefore, a number of volcano experts, who warn of a volcanic eruption on the Korean peninsula, has increased. This paper describes the utilization plan and evolution of developing volcanic disaster response system based on spatial information and scientific modeling process for Baekdu mountain. First, the business processes for volcanic disaster response are derived based on an analysis of business system and related IT-based systems. Second, the design and development of a volcanic disaster response system are derived based on the business process. Third, a utilization plan is suggested to maximize the efficiency of the system. The application of the suggested volcanic disaster response system to NEMA, additional tests and system supplementation should be carried out. The complete volcanic disaster response system, which will be implemented based on this research, is expected to minimize the volcanic disaster damage in the area of Korea, China and Japan.

The channel improvement plan has contributed to the flood damage reduction studies and the plan has mainly performed by the levee construction which creates the cut river. The cut river has mainly used as the agricultural and housing purposes. Recently, however, it is considered as a natural wetland for the purposes of a flood control and preservation of nature. So, this study compares the economical benefits according to the purposes of the cut river utilizations such as an agricultural, levee construction for flood damage reduction, and wetland. The study area is the downstream part of Kok-Neung stream which is a main tributary of Han river. The agricultural and levee construction benefits are estimated based on the 'Agricultural and Forestry Statistical Year' (2000) and the 'Standard for River Design' (2001). The benefit or value for the wetland utilization of the cut river is estimated by the enquete using questionnaire. As a results, for the case of which the cut river is used as an agricultural land, the present net benefit is estimated as 195.81 million won, for the levee construction, as 20853.00 million won and for the wetland, as 24692.89 million won. Therefore, the wetland is the best choice for the cut river utilization.

2010 trend of Web services is Social Network Service. What does Social Network Service are like this? What could really be used? I also take advantage of future can I do? To elicit answers to the question of Social Network Service and the overall status of the root is used in the case Learn about the current utilization plan after the proposed research. The use of practices being applied to Social Network Service, the three theories were derived positive and negative aspects. Research based on more than the utilization of Social Network Service to build a social safety net to take advantage and use of learning aids were divided into suggestions. Utilized for building a social safety net, and when the reported channel to channel, the use of learning aids to learning that one day, one-on learning by applying the proposed total of four kinds of utilization.

In this paper, deduced suitable optimization to request output condition after taking closely characteristic data of single phase induction motor(SIM) which is the possibility becoming economic is coming to be demanded. Motor proper move connection data took advantage of result of existing data and iron loss and copper loss, mechanical loss took advantage of statistical data, and decide motor move laking advantage of saving data and secondary resistance and optimum purpose of method that is proposed through single phase induction motor and comparison performance evaluation having on the same output parameter. That decide material factor, electric power damage ratio, and coefficient of utilization for optimum function by method that search request output and optimum values of efficiency case by case and decided is proper that is saved after take magnetizing reactance relationship. This research result which it sees against a material expense with use coefficient of utilization which is included in loss expense decides the same plan variable back the place efficiency is useful and will be applied.
