의료봉사에 대한 노인과 한의대생의 만족도 및 노인의 의료복지서비스에 대한 인식 조사 (The Study on Senior Citizens and Korean Medicine University Students' Satisfaction about Medical Service and Senior Citizens' Perception of Medical Welfare Service)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine senior citizens' perception of medical welfare service in Daejeon, and to investigate the level of Korean Medicine University students' satisfaction about medical services that they have done. Methods : We visited Daejeon city hall and Dae jeon Seo-gu community health center, and interviewed them. After that we select two population and did two different surveys. First, to investigate the current state of medical services and medical welfare in Daejeon, we select neglected class senior citizens who were serviced at social welfare center. Second, we select Daejeon Korean Medicine University student to investigate the level of satisfaction about medical services and pre-education. In first population, we random select 25 of 34 senior citizen who visits mere social welfare center. In second population, we random select 78 of 115 Korean Medicine University student who belongs to medical welfare club. Results : We found some advantages and problems in medical services. A lot of senior citizen who were serviced at social welfare center showed high level of satisfaction about medical service. But there were few citizens who knows about health & medical welfare. And most Korean Medicine University student who services medical service to neglected class senior citizens showed high level of satisfaction. Conclusion : We concluded that medical welfare for senior citizen needs more publicizing. Because result of our survey, many senior citizens showed not only low level of recognition in medical welfare service, also showed low utilization rate in public health center. And most Korean Medicine University students were satisfied with themselves about medical service that they have done, it seemed medical service gives beneficial influence to not only senior citizen but also Korean Medicine University student.

A Qualitative Inquiry Into the Challenges of Medical Education for Retention of General Practitioners in Rural and Underserved Areas of Iran

  • Objectives: General practitioners (GPs) retention in rural and underserved areas highly effects on accessibility of healthcare facilities across the country. Education seems to be a critical factor that affects GPs retention. Thus, the present study aimed at inquiry into medical education challenges that limit their retention in rural and underserved areas. Methods: A qualitative approach was applied for the aim of this study. Data were gathered via 28 semi-structured interviews with experts at different levels of Iran's health system as well as GPs who retained and refused to retain working in rural settings. Interviews mainly were performed face-to-face and in some cases via telephone during 2015 and then coded and analyzed using content analysis approach. Results: Iran's medical education is faced with several challenges that were categorized in four main themes including student selection, medical students' perception about their field of study, education setting and approach, curriculum of medical education. According to experts this challenges could results in making GP graduates disinterested for practicing in rural and underserved areas. Conclusions: Challenges that were found could have negative effects on retention. Modification in student's perception about rural practice could be done via changing education setting and approach and curriculum. These modifications could improve GPs retention in rural and underserved areas.

전문도서관의 정보서비스 현황과 서비스 활성화를 위한 사서의 인식연구 (A Study on Information Service Status and Librarians' Perceptions on Promoting Services in Special Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 전문도서관 사서를 대상으로 정보서비스 현황에 대한 사서의 인식을 조사하여 정책분야별 전문성과 역할을 강화하고 정보서비스의 지속적 발전을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 22개 정부출연 연구기관 도서관 사서를 대상으로 정보서비스 계획단계, 조사 제공단계, 평가단계, 시스템 운영, 사서에게 요구되는 필요능력, 역할 확대 및 변화에 대한 인식, 애로사항 등을 조사하였다. 설문지는 7영역, 12항목, 61문항으로 구성되었으며, 질적분석을 위하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과에서 도서관의 신생업무로 연구정보 관리툴 도입 운영, 자문위원회 운영, 발간물 관련업무 수용 등을 발견하였다. 제언으로 직무중심의 모듈별 표준매뉴얼 제작, 주제전문사서로서의 역할 확대를 위한 계속교육, SNS의 적극적인 정보서비스 활용을 주장하였다.

스티븐 홀의 뮤지엄 건축에 나타나는 공간체험의 현상적 표현 방법 및 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Phenomenal Expression Methods and the Characteristics of Spatial Experience In the Steven Holl's Museum Architecture)

  • The purpose of this study is to approach to the phenomenological point of view to explore a design method for providing a variety of spatial experience of the viewer according to the functional changes of the modern museum architecture. For that, this study intends to analysis and consider the Steven Holl's Museum applied to the phenomenological perception for architectural design. The method of this study is summarized as follows: 1) Consider the spatial role and function of the Museum Architecture in the phenomenological approach 2) Study on the phenomenological architectural concepts and expressional method of Steven Holl 3) Finally, propose the utilization for the experiential space that is required to implement the contemporary museum architecture. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Steven Holl's phenomenological architectural concept is the basis of the perception and awareness and has connotations of temporality and it is figured out by the approach to the environment, sense and motion. 2) Steven Holl implement the architecture as a place of experience by connecting between the place and the environment through the development of a variety of scenes and situations and planning the phenomenon of multisensory space. 3) The spatial experience appeared in Steven Holl's museum architecture is implemented through the diversity of the scene, the persistence of the situation, the autonomy of light and color, transparency of the haptic and the potential of the material and geometry.

기록관 비이용 요인분석 및 이용활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Method to Utilize and Factors to Non-Use Archives)

  • 기록관은 시대상을 반영하고 있는 정보를 포함하고 있는 기록물을 수집 관리하고 기록정보센터로서의 기능을 수행하는 정보의 집결지이다. 방대하고 가치 있는 기록을 보유하고 있지만 국내에서의 기록관은 현재 정보사회에서 중심에 위치하지 못하며 대중들의 인식이 미약하다. 이에 본 연구는 비이용자들을 대상으로 기록관 비이용 요인을 알아보고 비이용자와 이용자를 대상으로 기록관에 대한 요구사항을 조사, 분석하였다. 이를 위해 148명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고 기술통계, 독립표본 t-검증 등을 실시하였다. 설문결과를 바탕으로 이용자들의 기록관 인식을 제고하고 이용 활성화를 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

한국어 경력교사 대상 요구조사를 통한 성찰적 교사교육 방안 모색 -수업 전문성 영역을 중심으로- (Study of a Reflective Teacher Education Plan through Survey of Experienced Korean Language Teachers: Focusing on the Area of Teaching Professionalism)

  • The purpose of teacher education is to improve the professionalism of teachers above the current level. The type of teacher education to improve the professionalism of experienced teachers is broadly divided into top-down education and bottom-up education. So far, studies on top-down education were commonly conducted in the field of Korean language education. However, there has been an increasing number of studies emphasizing the need for bottom-up education, driven by the voluntary participation of teachers in recent years. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of reflective teacher education for experienced Korean language teachers. For this purpose, a survey was conducted of 71 Korean language teachers who had more than 5 years of experience. The contents of the survey consisted of opinions regarding existing teacher education, the need for reflective teacher education, and the perception of teaching professionalism. The results showed that experienced Korean language teachers had a positive perception of the existing teacher re-education experience. Also, 91% of the respondents said they intend to participate in the reflective teacher education program. In particular, respondents showed high demands for 'peer coaching', 'peer observation', and 'teaching portfolios' among reflective teacher education programs. Lastly, many respondents selected 'development and utilization of teaching materials', 'encouraging learner's utterances', and 'leading learner's interest and motivation' as sub-elements of teaching professionalism that they wish to improve through teacher re-education.

Determinants of Accessibility to Fintech Lending: A Case Study of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Indonesia

  • Several studies have revealed that information on borrower characteristics plays an important factor in approving their credit requests. Though the extent to which such characteritics are also applicable to the case of fintech lending remain uncertain. The aim of this study is, thus, to investigate the determinant factors that influence MSEs in obtaining credit through fintech lending. Here, we emphasize virtual trust in fintech lending encompasing the dimension of social network, economic attributes, and risk perception based on several indicators that are used as proxies. Primary data used in the study was gathered from an online survey to the respondents of MSEs in Java. The result of the study indicates that determinants of MSEs in obtaining credit from lender through fintech lending are statistically influenced by internet usage activities, borrowing history, loan utilization, annuity payment system, completeness of credit requirement documents and compatibility of loan size with the business need. These factors have a significant effect on credit approval because they can generate virtual trust of fintech lender to MSEs as potential borrowers. It concludes that the probability of obtaining fintech loans in accordance with their expectations are influenced by the dimensions of social network, economic attributes and risk perception.

교과교사의 학교도서관에 대한 인식과 경험이 협력수업 시행의지에 미치는 영향: 서울지역 고등학교를 중심으로 (The Effects of Teachers' Perceptions and Experiences about School Libraries to Collaborative Instruction on the Willingness: Focusing on Seoul High Schools)

  • 본 연구는 고등학교 교과교사들의 학교도서관에 대한 인식과 경험이 협력수업 시행의지에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 학교도서관 협력수업을 위한 기초자료를 제공함을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 서울 지역의 고등학교 14개교의 교과교사 198명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 교과교사의 학교도서관에 대한 인식 및 학교도서관 관련 경험이 협력수업 시행의지에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 소속 학교 또한 교과교사의 시행의지와 관련된 일부 인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 교과교사들의 도서관 인식에 대한 차이가 협력수업 시행의지에 대해서 교육적 효과에 영향을 미치며, 필요성에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았는데, 시행계획에 대해서는 모든 독립변인들의 유의한 영향을 파악하였다.

안동지역 동성문중의 불천위제례 공간활용의 양상 (A Spatial Using Aspect of Bulcheonwi Rites in Each Family Clan Group of Andong Area)

  • Bulcheonwi is determined by various ways. The first is certified by the state. Kings granted posthumous names to figures such as meritorious retainers, figures whose mortuary tablets were put into Jongmyo Shrine, and venerated figures with erudition and virtue whose mortuary tablets were put into Munmyo (Korean primary Confucian shrine The purpose of this study is to understand the spatial perception of Main head families (大宗家) and Sub head families (小宗家) have been divided for several centuries. This study was conducted under the assumption that it was possible to understand the mutual influence and relationship between perception and space by examining how methods for ritual ceremonies held in Main head families were conducted in different spaces of Sub head families or the process of ritual ceremonies changed with space. Bulcheonwi rites was performed by each family's own concepts of spaces such as Jeongchim or Cheongsa For actual ritual space, An-chae, Sarang-Chae and Byeoldang was utilized. This shows that one family's conception and utilization of each space was correspondent also different family s had their own idea of utilizing different spaces. In addition depends on the family in this study, there was differences on positon of Sa-dang upon the regions or time of construction. This can be concluded as familes had their own accommodations depends on building's space layout and traditons rather than following traditional Rites book's the rules of decorum.

진단전문가시스템을 이용한 한의 실습의 설문 조사를 통한 AI에 대한 인식 및 활용방안 고찰 (Study on the Perception and Application of AI in Korean Medicine through Practice and Questionnaire of Korean Medicine Using a Diagnostic Expert System)

  • This study conducted a questionnaire for students of Pusan National University Graduate School of Korean Medicine who practiced using the Oriental Medicine Diagnosis System (ODS). From the questionnaire, this study investigated current state of application and perception of AI in Korean Medicine and explored the direction of ODS improvement and utilization. The survey questions consisted of six questions examining the satisfaction of the diagnostic expert system, five questions evaluating the availability of the diagnostic expert system, and six questions to predict the impact of AI on the Korean medicine community. The survey analysis showed high satisfaction with practice using ODS. On the other hand, the possibility of using ODS, especially in clinical use, was evaluated as relatively low compared to the satisfaction of the practice. Therefore, the overall impact of AI on the Korean medical community is not expected to be large. Although there are difficulties in standardization of clinical data due to the academic characteristics of Korean medicine, it is necessary to continue attempts to apply AI. By actively introducing educational tools using the latest AI techniques to the diagnosis experience and doctor-patient role in a practice, students will be able to increase their satisfaction with their practice and respond appropriately to the state-of-the-art medical environment.
