경로당 이용과 인구사회학적 요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태에 관한 연구 (Senior Citizen Centers Utilization: Role of Socio-Demographic Factors, Life Satisfaction and Health Condition in Korea)

  • 목적: 한국은 지역사회 기반 통합 돌봄(커뮤니티케어)을 통해 노인들을 위한 보건 및 사회복지 서비스의 확대를 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 노인의 경로당 이용에 대한 인구사회인적 요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태 등이 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2017년 노인실태조사 자료를 이용하여, 횡단 분석 연구가 실시하였다. 이용패턴을 파악하기 위해 기술통계를 하였고, 경로당 이용과 관련된 요소들을 결정하기 위해서는 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 지난 12개월간 노인 1만299명 중 22.7%가 경로당을 이용하였다. 경로당을 이용하는 이유 중 가장 많은 응답은 경로당 동료들과 여가를 보내기 위함이었으며, 대상자의 95% 이상이 제공되는 서비스에 만족하고 있었다. 사회인구학적 특성에 대해서는 여성(AOR=1.20; 95% 신뢰 구간(CI), 1.05-1.38), 80세 이상 노인(AOR= 3.94, 95% CI, 3.30-4.71), 문맹자(AOR=5.27; 95% CI 3.80-7.30), 교육 수준이 낮거나 읍면 지역 출신(AOR=6.42; 95 % CI, 5.72-7.20)이 경로당을 이용할 가능성이 가장 높았다. 생활 만족도 부분에서는 재정적 만족도(AOR=1.21; 95% CI, 1.06-1.37), 문화에 대한 만족도(AOR=1.49; 95% CI, 1.24-1.79) 및 친구들과 사회에 대한 만족도(AOR=4.24; 95% CI, 3.17-5.66)가 높은 사람이 경로당을 더 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 질병이 없다는 응답자에 비해 만성 질환을 2개 이상 보유한자(AOR= 2.01; 95 % CI, 1.60-2.53)의 경로당 이용률이 2 배 더 높았다. 결론: 정부의 지역사회 기반 통합돌봄 정책 수립을 위하여 경로당 이용에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태와 관련된 요인들을 고려하여, 이용률을 높이고, 건강관리를 위한 통합 돌봄 시설이 될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정부기관에서 운영되고 있는 EA(Enterprise Architecture)를 활성화시키기 위한 실용적인 가이드라인을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 공공기관에서 EA가 운영되고 있는 실태를 IT 거버넌스 관점에서 분석하고 EA 담당자의 입장에서 EA 활성화에 필요한 과제를 도출하였다. 또한 각 기관별로 차이가 있는 EA성숙도수준을 고려하여 실행업무를 비교하고 그 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 EA의 도입이 IT관리체계의 구축과 개선에 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 EA의 성숙도가 높을수록 IT 관리체계의 개선뿐 아니라 사용자 만족도와 활용도, 그리고 업무개선 등 다른 성과도 뚜렷하게 산출됨을 알 수 있었다. 결과적으로 EA 성숙도 수준이 일정수준에 도달해야만, 즉 EA가 활성화되어야만, IT 관리체계를 개선하는 성과를 달성할 수 있으며 궁극적으로 다양한 IT 성과(사용자 만족도와 IT 활용도, 업무개선)에 도달할 수 있음을 밝혀냈다.

가상현실 기술을 활용한 학습이 학습 동기에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Learning Using Virtual Reality Technology on Learning Motivation)

  • 이 연구에서는 가상현실 기술을 활용하여 지구과학 교과의 지질 단원 수업에 적용하였을 때 학생들의 학습 동기에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 D소재 과학고등학교 1학년 91명을 대상으로 우리나라의 지질학습장 일부에 대하여 제작된 가상현실 학습 자료로 15차시의 수업을 진행하였다. 이때 학습 동기 전략 ARCS를 사용하였다. 수업을 진행하기 전 사전검사를 한 다음 수업 진행 후 사후 검사를 실시하고 면담을 진행하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지구과학 교과 지질단원의 핵심 개념 요소가 포함된 우리나라의 지질학습장을 선택하여 가상현실 학습 자료를 개발하여 수업에 적용함으로서 야외답사의 단점인 시간, 거리, 비용 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 둘째, 지구과학 교과 수업에 가상현실 기술의 활용은 학습자의 학습 동기 요소 중 주의집중, 만족감, 자신감에 긍정적인 효과가 있으며, 학생들은 학습 활동에 대한 흥미와 몰입, 주의집중 향상에 도움이 된다.

일본 여가공간정책 변화 특성 - 생활권 여가공간으로의 전환 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Changes in Japan's leisure Space Policy)

  • With the introduction of the 40 hours workweek system, an intensive discussion was made among relevant departments. Building facilities does not necessarily guarantee more leisure activities and higher satisfaction for the public. It is essential to draft at the trend of leisure policy in Japan and learn from the experiences to set the policy direction best fitting future changes in Korea, as Japan has gone through comprehensive changes ahead of us. With this understanding, this study analyzed key leisure policies of Japan and examined the trend of changes of time. The followings are the findings of the research. First, Japan's leisure policies could be categorized into five stages and six terms. Second, leisure policies in Japan are being established as a local welfare system, not in the context of industrial perspective, to help people in local community. This is to make voluntary move by eliminating the factors that restrict social demand with an effort to expand leisure time and to secure and enhance access to leisure space. Third, Neighborhood leisure space has taken the center stage, in an effort to seek solutions to the issues of improving space utilization, restoring local community and encouraging participation of local residents. The conclusion drawn from the research is as follows. It is required to recommend the use of the specific term 'leisure' for leisure policies in Korea and for leisure space policies in Korea that are now facing sociocultural challenges similar to the ones emerging in Japan, measures are required to improve physiological access of local residents including information promotion, lifetime education and relationships enhancement along with the establishment of neighborhood leisure space.

한방병원 입원환자의 진료비와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (An Analysis of Medical Expenses for In-patients in an Oriental Medical Hospital and Factors Affecting Them)

  • Objective : The present study is aimed at providing basic data to help oriental medical hospitals devise efficient operational plans by analyzing the medical expenses of in-patients in an oriental medical hospital and the factors affecting such expenses. Methods : PASW 18.0 was used to analyze the medical insurance program data of 929 patients who were discharged from a university oriental medical hospital(with 105 sick-beds) during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2010 after treatment under the coverage of health insurance and medical aid. Results : 1) Of all the patients hospitalized, 63.3% were females, their mean age was 52.73 years old, and 87.7% was covered by the health insurance program. The biggest number or 31.2% of the patients were treated by the department of acupuncture, 31.5% suffered mainly from the diseases of musculoskeletal system and connective tissues, and the average length of stay at the hospital was 19.49 days. 2) There were statistically significant differences in total medical expenses by age, clinical department in charge, principal diagnosis, and number of days hospitalized while daily average medical expenses differed depending on age, type of medical security, clinical department, principal diagnosis, and number of days staying at the hospital. 3) Total medical expenses were found significantly influenced by age, type of medical security, clinical department, principal diagnosis, and number of days hospitalized(explanatory power : 95.9%), whereas type of medical security, clinical department and principal diagnosis turned out to exercise significant influence on the daily average medical expenses(explanatory power : 26.9%). Conclusion : Oriental medical hospitals are suggested to make efforts to ensure geographical and economical accessibility for their main clients, the elderly and middle-aged, as well as to improve satisfaction of the clients with the medical service provided. They are also encouraged to work out systems to specialize in treatment with a focus on chronic degenerative and adult diseases. In addition, they are expected to try to enhance people's awareness of oriental medicine in an attempt to diversify the brackets of clients and increase frequency of their utilization.

A novel method for natural motion mapping as a strategy of game immediacy

  • The method of operating a game could determine the psychological distance between the player and the game character, and thus, in the Virtual Reality, players' control methodologies are important to enhance their immersion. This study has the objective of examining the difference in games according to the method of operation based on the player's movements. This study researched the effect of the method of operating movement conforming to the movement of the character and the physical operation of the body on forming game experiences for the player. The result of performing an experiment increased reality for the game player through a controller in the shape of the actual control, to increase focus in the game. As so, game play through movements, including actual movements by the player displayed to enhance game satisfaction. In the part of media remediation field, Game can be defined as media which has their own unique hypermediacy. Especially, in the motion based game, players' movement mediates players and the game, therefore, players' movement could make players' experience augmented or immediate in accordance with the characteristics of movements. Even though sports and dances genres of motion-based games are common, RPG or adventure genres are rare. It can be explained that the characteristics of the action have been explained in the immediacy. In a game of fantasy, which is difficult to experience in real-life situations, the nature of the player's motion can increase the immersion of the game, which can contribute to utilization of players' motion and experience design in the various genres and suggestion of grounds theory. In addition, through this study, it is able to design motion-based games of various genres.

북한이탈주민의 한국의료서비스 신뢰에 대한 결정요인 (Determinants of North Korean Refugees' Trust in South Korea Health Service)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of North Korean refugees' trust in South Korea health service. Methods: This study surveyed 168 North Korean refugees aged 19 and over living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Gangwon. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, and hierarchical regression analysis to analyze the effect on the trust of refugees. Results: The difference analysis showed statistically significant difference according to duration of residence and employment status. The determinants of North Korean refugees' trust in South Korea health services were duration of residence, basic communication skills, health communication skills, and experience of health service. Conclusion: In order to increase the trust of North Korean defectors in South Korea medical services, it is necessary to resolve communication problems and improve the satisfaction of health services. For this, the interpreter service should be activated. And specific education should be given to the North Korean refugees about the health care system and the utilization methods of health service in Korea.

  • Recently, automobile manufacturing companies, which are major customers of them, are requiring IATF 16949 (ISO/TS 16949) certification as a mandatory requirement to secure product quality. In particular, IATF 16949 : 2016, revised in October 2016, was reinforced product traceability requirements for production information management by lot in the production process. Therefore, small and medium-sized precision parts processing companies in the automobile industry are very difficult to survive due to quality and price competition for customers satisfaction. MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is required to solve this problem. However, small and medium sized precision parts processing enterprises are reluctant to introduce the MES which is not suitable for the manufacturing environment of them such as high cost and low utilization. Even if the system is introduced, it is difficult to operate and maintain the system because the lack of computer manpower. In this paper, we propose a method for building a lot tracking system for small and medium precision parts processing companies by reviewing relevant literature and analyzing cases. In addition, by managing the production history for each lot of the final product in the system, we will grasp the effect of reducing the quality failure cost obtained by minimizing the range of defect selection.

GIS기반 학생배치·학교설립시스템 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the improvement to GIS based Student Placement & School Establishment support System)

  • The recent decline in the school-age population has led to a more conservative and conservative approach to the establishment of schools. In the judgment of school establishment, it is required to make a decision method that can make objective and comprehensive judgment of various situations rather than local analysis of a single school. In this changing situation, EduFine system and placement establishment system were introduced to comprehensively analyze the feasibility of student placement and school establishment. However, the EduFine system of the Ministry of Education has few users because it is difficult to use education and it is difficult for users to use. Based on the GIS, the placement establishment system was able to analyze the number of students and the status of apartment buildings in a comprehensive manner. But placement establishment system has been used mainly in support of investment assessment rather than research. Therefore, there is a need to increase the utilization of users by linking two systems or integrating them into one system. In this study, we want to derive the functions to improve the GIS - based layout establishment system through user analysis such as comparative analysis and survey of existing systems. In particular, the purpose of the study is to improve the function of system, to improve the students' placement ability and the school establishment work ability and to improve the user satisfaction.

조직 내부 커뮤니케이션이 협업성과와 조직효과성에 미치는 영향: 온라인 커뮤니케이션 협업도구의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Impact of Internal Communication of Organizations on Collaborative Performance and Organizational Effectiveness: focusing on the Moderationg Effect of Online Communication Tools for Collaboration)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직 내부커뮤니케이션이 협업성과와 조직효과성과에 미치는 관계 및 온라인협업도구의 조절효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 정보교환과 대인관계는 정보공유에, 정보교환, 의사소통, 대인관계는 협업문화 및 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 협업성과요인은 모두 직무만족에, 업무성과는 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 정보교환과 대인관계는 모든 협업성과 요인을 통해, 의사소통은 협업문화, 업무성과 요인을 통해 직무만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 정보교환, 의사소통, 대인관계는 협업문화와 업무성과를 통해 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 온라인협업도구는 대인관계와 정보공유, 상호협력과 협업문화, 정보교환과 업무성과, 업무성과와 직무만족 사이에서 조절효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 조직내내부 커뮤니케이션 구성요인을 고려한 온라인 커뮤니케이션 협업도구를 구축 및 활용에 하나의 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
