소프트웨어가 점점 복잡해지고 대형화됨에 따라서 사용자의 요구가 매우 다양해지고 있으며, 제품에 대한 기대 수준도 높아지고 있다. 그러므로, 사용자의 요구 사항을 정확히 분석하여 효과적으로 개발 단계에 적용하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 자연어로 표현되는 요구 사항 문서의 분석 시에 나타나는 오류를 효과적으로 줄이고, 수정하는데 사용될 수 있는 요구 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 문서간 유사도 측정에 의해서 문서간의 의존성(dependency) 분석을 지원하고 문장간 유사도 측정에 의해서 요구 사항간의 연계성(traceability), 중복성(redundancy), 불일치성(inconsistency), 그리고 불완전성(imcompleteness)을 발견하는 것을 지원한다. 또한 모호한 문장을 추출하여 요구사항의 불명확성 (ambiguity)을 발견하는 기능도 제공한다. 문서간 유사도 측정을 위해서 사용된 색인 방법은 슬라이딩 윈도우 모델과 의존 구조 모델을 결합한 것으로 각 모델이 가지는 단점을 효과적으로 보완할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 문서간, 문장간 유사도 측정 기법의 효율성을 실험을 통해 검증하였으며 구현된 시스템을 통해 분석 처리되는 과정을 보여주고 있다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 패러다임의 등장에 따라 다수의 클라우드 서비스와 클라우드 사용자를 연계해 주는 CSB(Cloud Service Brokerage) 라는 개념이 제시되었다. CSB 에 등록되어 비슷한 기능을 제공하는 클라우드 서비스들은 제공자마다 성능, 가격 등에 차이가 있으므로, 클라우드 사용자가 클라우드 서비스를 사용하기 위해 적합한 서비스를 찾기 어렵다. 따라서 다수의 클라우드 서비스 중에서 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항에 가장 적합한 클라우드 서비스를 찾아주는 방법을 CSB 에서 핵심적으로 고려해야 한다. 본 논문은 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항을 수집하고 분석하는 방법과 다양한 클라우드 서비스를 명세하는 SAM을 포함하는 CSB 로써 가상 클라우드 뱅크 아키텍처를 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 가상 클라우드 뱅크 아키텍처는 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 클라우드 서비스 제공을 위한 CSB의 참조아키텍처로 활용할 수 있다.

Purpose One of the success factors of information system projects is to reduce requirements uncertainty through user engagement. So, in many recent IS development environment, a business analyst or business analysts are positioned between users and developers to drive user engagement to reduce requirements uncertainty. But, there are few studies that research about the competencies of business analysts for training and staffing. So, this study analyzed which underlying and practical competencies that positively influence user engagement are required. Design/methodology/approach The level of underlying and practical competencies required for business analysts and the level of user enagement in the IS development environment are collected through the survey. And, the causal relationship between the construct concepts which are underlying competencies, practical competencies and the user participation is analzed through the PLS analysis. Findings The results of this study show that the practial competencies of business analysts that positively have a significant impact on user engaement were studied as requirements development skills. Additionally, the underlying competencies of business analysts which have a significant impact on requirements development skills were examined as business knowledge and interaction skills rather than technical knowledge and communication skills.

User review sites are spaces where users can freely post and share their opinions, which are trusted by many people and directly influence sales. In addition, they overcome the limitations arising from existing requirements collection and are able to gather the needs of large numbers of different people at a low cost. Therefore, such sites are attracting attention as new spaces for understanding user needs. In a previous study, a user review analysis was attempted using 5W and 1H, and we inferred that a sentence containing "when" has special information based on the user experience. In addition, the requirements of the derivative activities in a user review can identify more user needs than the general requirements of derivative activities. In this paper, we propose a systematic method of deriving "when" sentences contain meaningful information from user reviews and converting them into use cases, which is one of the requirements of a specification method. This method converts unstructured data into structured data such that it can be included as the user requirements during software development from user comments expressed in natural language. This method will reduce project failures and increase the likelihood of success by enabling an efficient collection and analysis of user needs from valuable user reviews.

사회 경제적인 환경변화로 인해 사용자의 요구조건이 다양해지고 있지만 설계 시 다양해진 사용자의 요구조건을 제대로 반영하지 못하여 잦은 설계변경이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 사용자의 요구조건을 파악하고, 파악된 각각의 요구조건을 성능항목으로 전환한 뒤, 사용자와 실무자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 얻은 자료를 바탕으로 각각의 중요도를 측정하였다. 이렇게 측정된 각각의 중요도를 비교 분석하여 향후 설계 시 고려하여야 할 사항을 제시하였다.

A public space of the general hospitals is for the patron, especially handicapped patrons, the aged, and pregnant women. Therefore, it should be designed with consideration of the users' specific requirements for the environment. The Universal Design has been introduced as the general design principle which satisfies the users' specific requirements for the environment. The main object of this study is to propose the universal design checklist of the general space for the medical space which guarantees the patients' comfort livings without the restriction of the physical environment. The general space is determined according to the orthopedic surgery outpatients' movements in the domestic general hospital. Based on the criteria set by the law, we visited the general hospitals located in Seoul and did on-the-spot research. In this paper, we analyze the present situation and the problems of the general hospitals and propose the Universal Design Checklist.

공간정보산업은 타 산업과의 융 복합을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있다는 측면에서 강점을 가진다. 이러한 목적으로 국내에서는 점차 위축되어가는 국내 공간정보산업의 진흥을 위하여 융 복합 산업 활성화에 관한 정책 및 추진방안을 마련하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 다양한 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 공간정보산업의 진흥을 저해하는 주요 요인을 도출하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 세부 전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 민간의견 수렴체계 구축, 데이터 품질 고도화, 홍보 고도화 등 정책 데이터 서비스 측면에서의 수요자 요구사항에 따른 27개 전략이 도출되었으며, 중요도 평가 결과 변이계수가 0.11-0.20 사이에 분포하는 것으로 나타나 전문가 간의 합의가 원만하게 이루어졌음을 보였다. 융 복합 산업이 각종 기술과 정보 등의 결합을 통해 발전하는 구조를 가지는 것을 감안할 때, 다양한 분야의 수요자에 대한 요구사항을 반영하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구결과는 향후 공간정보산업 진흥에 관한 중 장기 로드맵 수립 시 기초 자료로서 용이하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, We collected location based services of the user's past moving paths through the GPS. Using the collected by location-based services through the analysis of the similarity between the user's of service level agreement recommended of mobile contact area(SLA) proposed that can be. S-RCA method based on Service Level Agreement of the users in order to provide the service user's path distance, time, and to predict the direction of the movement paths and collect. The data collected by the interests and requirements of users through classification with the same interests and the needs of users to move between the analysis of the similarity between the path is used to analyze the results of analysis of the path-specific tolerance range (distance, time, and space) is determined according to the difference in the contact area. From a small area of the error range for users first to recommended and through their smartphones recommended contact area (S-RCA) to meet with the other party to make a choice of recommended methods. We verify through experiments that proposed method(S-RCA) a valid and reliable mobile contact area were recommended.

Technology-driven development of a new system makes it difficult for users and stakeholders to identify or intervene in the development process, resulting in systems with unnecessary functions and poor quality services. Applying the software architecture design process to the initial design of the navigation system platform of autonomous ships enables the development of a system that reflects the required functions and service quality of the stakeholders. The design, which includes all of the subsystems that make up an autonomous ship platform, is close to an enterprise architecture. Thus, we strived to design a navigation system platform suitable for the design range of the software architecture. This study analyzed the definition of functional requirements, and quality attributes by applying the software architecture design procedure. This study was conducted to identify the characteristics of the navigation system and platform needs, and the stakeholders were identified. To derive the functional requirements and constraints of the platform, a quality attributes workshop was held engaging stakeholders, and the results of the analysis of functional requirements and quality attributes were listed. Based on the results of this study, the architect can establish the evidence and technical solutions that are integral for the architecture development, and will facilitate the creation of quality attribute scenarios.

LVC-G COTS SW는 군사훈련활용분야에서 여러 가지 장점으로 인해, 널리 활용되고 있으며, 활용 범위가 확장되고 있는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이에 따라, LVC-G COTS SW에 대한 국내 개발 요구와 이에 따른, 개발 사업들도 발생하고 있다. 이번 연구는 LVC-G COTS SW 국내개발에 대한 기대격차에 대한 4가지 가설들인 제1가설 "LVC-G와 관련된 COTS SW에 대해 사용자와 개발자간 요구사항에 대한 성능에 대한 기대격차가 있다." 제2가설"LVC-G와 관련된 COTS SW에 대해 사용자와 개발자간 기술요소에 대한 기대격차가 있다." 제3가설 "LVC-G와 관련된 COTS SW에 대해 사용자와 개발자간 개발비용에 대한 기대격차가 있다." 제4가설 "LVC-G와 관련된 COTS SW에 대해 사용자와 개발자간 기술수준에 대한 기대격차가 있다"에 대한 검증을 통해, 이들 가설이 모두 타당함을 확인했다. 이를 통해, LVC-G COTS SW의 개발의 성공적 수행을 위해서는 개발요구조건과 과업의 범위가 명확할 필요가 있으며, 이런 사항의 명확한 도출을 위해서는, 정확한 기술수준 분석과 요구기술 식별하고, 단계적인 개발이 필요함을 알수 있다. 또한, 관리적인 관점에서는 제안요청의 단계에서 정확한 개발이 이루어질 수 있도록 관련되는 계약조건과 관리조건을 명확히 해야함을 알 수 있다.
