지식관리시스템 사용자 만족도와 성과에 관한 연구: 재정경제부를 중심으로 (A Study on the User Satisfaction of Knowledge Management System and Performance: With Focus on the MOFE)

  • 본 연구에서는 공공부문에서 운영되고 있는 KMS의 성과평가의 일환으로 KMS 사용자 만족도의 선행요인 및 사용자 만족도와 성과 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고 효과적인 KMS 운영을 위한 함의를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 지식품질과 KMS 품질, 사용자 만족도 및 성과 간의 영향관계에 관한 구조방정식 분석결과, 연구모형에서 설정한 3개의 가설 모두가 채택되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 KMS 사용자 만족도 및 성과 향상을 위한 효과적인 KMS 운영방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 이용자교육의 활성화를 위하여 공공도서관 어린이 이용자교육 교수학습지도안을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 교수학습지도안 개발을 위해 문헌조사를 통하여 초등학교 3, 4학년을 이용자교육 대상으로 선정하고 이용자교육 내용으로 오리엔테이션 교육을 도출하였다. 교수학습지도안에 적용할 학습모형으로 학습자의 자발적이고 주체적인 교육 참여와 교수자의 역할을 구체적으로 설계할 수 있는 Jonassen의 구성주의 학습환경 모형을 선정하였다. 교수학습지도안 개발을 위해 먼저 구성주의 학습환경 모형을 분석하고 이용자교육에 적용하여 이용자교육 학습환경과 교수활동을 설계하였다. 이를 바탕으로 교수학습지도안을 작성하여 유용성과 적합성 평가를 진행하였으며 평가에서 제안된 사항을 반영하여 공공도서관 어린이 이용자교육 교수학습지도안을 개발하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze about the extension of user experience in the digital space. Through the digital technology and virtual space, the city's new environment is being changed. it makes people activate their aesthetic experience. Simultaneously, it elevates satisfaction levels regarding people's aesthetic experience. Research methods and settings of the range to study on the Extension of User Experience are as follows: First, establish digital space's characteristics comparing digital space at the structural change-points in modern society. Second, experience's approch way through the digital media in the contemporary space. And understand the concept about a variety of User Experience. Third. to classify the elements of access control for the user experience. Experience is being expanded through the generation process. Fourth, investigate analysis of the case studies, focused on the architecture and space design_Media installations that appear in the city park, the city's landmark buildings facade, the building facade by offering commercially applied for brand marketing_ announced through the media recently. Also, it is to look at the physical elements through digital media and to analyze the applicability of the public space. Therefore, the new approach to digital implementation shall be determined by looking in the direction of the user approaches.

The Effect of Users' Motivations and Interactivity on Online Word of Mouth

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of two different kinds of interactivity, such as user-to-user and user-to-media interaction, on the relationship between SNS motivation and online word of mouth (WOM). An online survey was conducted with SNS users in Korea. Using the convenience-sampling method, 300 surveys were collected and 295 were used in the actual analysis after excluding data with careless responses or missing values. Hypotheses were tested using Structure Equation Model (SEM) and path analysis by using AMOS22. The results indicate that four different SNS motivations (self-expression, relational, fun, and browsing motivation) have a partially significant positive effect on perceived user-to-user and user-to-media interaction in SNS. Although both user-to-user interactivity and user-to-media interactivity were found to have a significant effect on online word of mouth, by comparing the standardized regression coefficients in these relationships, it was found that user-to-user interactivity has a greater effect on online WOM than user-to-media interactivity. These results show that the motivated SNS users want to express their desire to communicate with other users in contrast than their desire to learn media functions when motivated SNS users reveal their personalities, knowledge, and abilities. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

Use Case Elicitation Method Using "When" Sentences from User Reviews

  • User review sites are spaces where users can freely post and share their opinions, which are trusted by many people and directly influence sales. In addition, they overcome the limitations arising from existing requirements collection and are able to gather the needs of large numbers of different people at a low cost. Therefore, such sites are attracting attention as new spaces for understanding user needs. In a previous study, a user review analysis was attempted using 5W and 1H, and we inferred that a sentence containing "when" has special information based on the user experience. In addition, the requirements of the derivative activities in a user review can identify more user needs than the general requirements of derivative activities. In this paper, we propose a systematic method of deriving "when" sentences contain meaningful information from user reviews and converting them into use cases, which is one of the requirements of a specification method. This method converts unstructured data into structured data such that it can be included as the user requirements during software development from user comments expressed in natural language. This method will reduce project failures and increase the likelihood of success by enabling an efficient collection and analysis of user needs from valuable user reviews.

  • Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among service quality, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and Continuous Usage in new technology-based banking system. Also, we intended to testify the moderating effects of user experience period in causal model. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, questionnaire has obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 279 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. All factors have an effect on user satisfaction and Continuous Usage, and we found that user experience period played moderating effect in causal relationship. Therefore, new technology-based banking system is found that the determinants of continuous usage intention is different according to the user experience period. Conclusion: Present study shows that self-efficacy in via of user experience period, there is a need to emphasize that the main consideration factor new technology-based banking system. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.
