Anonymization technology is an important technology for privacy protection in the process of data release. Usually, before publishing data, the data publisher needs to use anonymization technology to anonymize the original data, and then publish the anonymized data. However, for data publishers who do not have or have less anonymized technical knowledge background, how to configure appropriate parameters for data with different characteristics has become a more difficult problem. In response to this problem, this paper adds a historical configuration scheme resource pool on the basis of the traditional anonymization process, and configuration parameters can be automatically recommended through the historical configuration scheme resource pool. On this basis, a privacy model hybrid recommendation algorithm for user satisfaction is formed. The algorithm includes a forward recommendation process and a reverse recommendation process, which can respectively perform data anonymization processing for users with different anonymization technical knowledge backgrounds. The privacy model hybrid recommendation algorithm for user satisfaction described in this paper is suitable for a wider population, providing a simpler, more efficient and automated solution for data anonymization, reducing data processing time and improving the quality of anonymized data, which enhances data protection capabilities.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dynamic characteristics of innovation sources such as scientific knowledges, processing technologies and user's needs in advanced metals technology. The journal articles data of four advanced materials are analyzed; amorphous metals, superplastic materials, shape memory alloys and aluminum-lithium alloy. Some regularities are found from the analysis of the four materials. The innovation proceeds through close interactions among the innovation sources. As the innovation proceeds, the relative importance of each source changes: scientific knowledge initiates the innovation and becomes the most important source in the first phase, then the processing technologies increase importance in the second phase, and then scientific knowledge, again, becomes the leading factor of innovation. Scientific knowledge and processing technology take turns leading the innovation. The impacts of users' needs to the innovation increase more and more as innovation proceeds. The results of analysis imply to the policy makers that emphasis of policy, and therefore the allocation of sources for innovation, should vary along the phases in the life cycle of advanced metals technology.

이 연구는 사서직 전문성에 대한 사서와 이용자 그룹의 인식을 파악하고 그 차이를 이해하며, 이를 통해 사서직의 나아갈 방향을 제시함을 그 목적으로 한다. 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통해 사서직 전문성의 구성요소를 도출하고 이를 토대로 사서와 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 사서는 사서직 전문성에서 전문적 지식을 가장 중요한 요소로 인식하였고, 이용자는 이용자에 대한 서비스적 태도를 가장 중요한 요소로 인식하였다. 이용자는 사서직 전문성에서 사서가 즐거움, 열정, 도전정신이 부족하고 이용자의 요구를 이해하고 지식의 흐름을 이해하여 서비스를 개발하고 제공하는 능력이 부족하여 사회적 인정이 낮다고 인식하고 있었고, 사서는 전문적 지식에의 자신 없음으로 이용자와의 소통이나 교류에 적극 나서지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 국내 대학도서관 학술연구정보 이용자들을 그들의 정보요구, 정보이용행태, 정보활용능력을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이용자들은 도서관 이용에 관한 기본적인 안내정보를 가장 많이 필요로 하고 있으나 대학의 온라인이나 오프라인 도서관시스템은 기본정보제공이 불충분한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이용자들은 학술연구정보에 대한 주제탐색의 요구를 가지고 있으나 이를 만족시킬 만한 탐색지식이나 정보원에 관한 정보가 부족한 상태인 것으로 드러났다. 이용자의 학술연구정보 활용능력은 저조한 편이며 특히 기사검색이나 원문검색과 같은 고급학술연구정보 활용능력은 극히 낮은 수준에 머물렀다. 대학도서관의 안내정보시스템과 사용자 인터페이스의 개선이 요망되며 피상적인 이용자교육을 지양한 고급의 학술연구정보를 활용할 수 있는 이용자교육이 요청된다.

Enhancing utilization of buildings is gaining in importance in response to a challenging economy; thus, there is a need for a method that analyzes space, user, and user activity in an integrated way to provide project stakeholders with utilization information to support their decision-making about buildings. Conventional methods, such as architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation, lack a formal relationship between user activity and other information, and therefore, are coarse-grained. This relationship has been formalized by two relatively new methods that provide fine-grained utilization information: workplace planning and space-use analysis. We characterize these two methods with focuses on their usage in different phases (i.e., planning, design, occupancy), required information that needs to be gathered, and the achievement and limitations in terms of three criteria, i.e., consistency, efficiency, and transparency. This characterization would not only help project stakeholders select and use a method that best meets their purposes for enhancing utilization of their buildings, but also provide researchers with promising research topics regarding enhancing utilization of buildings.

인터넷이라는 거대한 정보의 공간에서 스마트 모바일 웹을 통해 사용자들은 다양한 지식분야에 대한 정보를 얻을 뿐만 아니라 개인 블로그나, SNS를 비롯한 다양한 매체를 통해 접근하고 검색을 수시로 하고 있다. 이에 따라 최근에 들어서는 방대한 웹의 자료를 시맨틱 웹이라는 기술을 통해 효과적으로 관리 및 연구하고 있다. 허나, 아직도 여러 분야로 다양하게 분포되어 있는 정보들을 통합하고, 사용자 중심 지식 정보 검색은 예전에 비해 많이 향상은 되었지만, 지식 정보 검색에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 부족하다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹을 이용하여 방대하고 지식이 넘쳐나는 정보의 공간에서 분산된 정보 및 지식들을 사용자 중심에 맞게 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 적합한 형태의 정보 검색을 연구하고자 한다.

This study presents the growth strategy of outsourcing service by finding out the differences of importance between user firms and system integration(SI) firms in Korean outsourcing business, The result of data analysis reveals that there are siginificant differences between user firms and SI firms in some components of information systems(IS) outsourcing services. User firms regarded integation of distributea data centers as the prominent issue of IS environment changes. Meanwhile, SI firms chose management of IS/VAN center, office automation(OA), and management of global network, as the more important issues in the application area of outsourcing. Among the merits of outsourcing, both of them considered cost reduction and IS flexibility as the most important factors, However, they chose the difficulty of management control and the lack of operation knowledge among the demerits of outsourcing, Also, they commonly selected overall IS consulting among the components of outsourcing diffusion. In the question of future outsourcing services, user firms chose the adoption of client/server architecture, while SI firms selected the application of multimedia. These results show that there are some differences of preference between user firms and SI firms. Most of user firms consider the outsourcing to maximize information utilization, while the service suppliers focus on new IT adoption and its application to organization. For the strategic use of outsourcing services, SI firms are required to establish the diffusion strategy to meet the outsourcing needs of user firms.

짧은 영상 클립을 공유하는 지식공유 플랫폼으로서 TikTok이 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 TikTok에 대한 폭발적인 관심은 지식공유 플랫폼으로서의 비즈니스 가치가 크다는 점을 시사한다. 본 연구는 질적, 탐색적 접근을 통해 지식거래산업의 발전 현황과 함께 TikTok에서 어떠한 요인이 지식상품에 대한 사용자의 구매 결정에 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구방법론으로서 10명에 대한 심층 인터뷰와 함께 95명의 지식 제공자의 동영상을 관찰한 결과, TikTok은 지식거래 산업을 발전시킬 수 있는 비즈니스 잠재력을 가지고 있었으며, ATLAS ti 소프트웨어를 이용한 10명의 심층 인터뷰에서 수집한 데이터를 코딩한 결과, 수요자 특성, 제공자 특성, 플랫폼 특성 및 제품 특성 등의 네 가지 핵심적 요인이 TikTok에서 지식제품에 대한 사용자의 구매결정에 영향을 미친다는 점을 밝혔다. 근거이론을 기반으로 감정적 니즈, 전문성 니즈, 품질, 가격, 도움성, 가치, 카리스마, 신뢰, 서비스 보증, 희소성 등 10개의 변수로 구성된 이론적 모델이 도출되고 제시되었다. 또한 연구발견점에 따른 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점이 토의된다.

Automatic language translation has greatly advanced due to the increased user needs and Information retrieval in WWW. This paper utilizes the integrated knowledge bases of noun and verb networks for automatic translation of ambiguous words in the Korean sentences, through the selectional restriction relation in the sentences. And this paper presents the method to verify validity of Korean noun semantic networks that are used for the construction of the selectional restriction relation by applying the networks to the syntactic and semantic properties Integration of Korean Noun Networks into the SENKOV system will provide the accurate and efficient knowledge bases for the semantic analysis of Korean NLP.

The necessity of diagnosis of the rotating machinery which is widely used in the industry is increasing. If rotating machinery has fault, we can detect fault using vibration or noise. But, in diagnosing rotating machinery, the end user who doesn't have expert knowledge needs the help of vibration diagnosis expert. However, vibration diagnosis experts who well satisfy the demand of end user are rare. So, this paper propose a development of the case-based reasoning system for abnormal vibration diagnosis of rotating machinery we construct the past experiences of vibration diagnosis expert into case base and shear the experiences of diagnosis expert with the end user. In this paper, we describe that process of structured system and adapting result of abnormal vibration diagnosis of electric motor.
