본 연구의 목적은 임야 거래가격과 공시지가 적정성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 분석하여 현실에 부합하는 공시지가 결정요인 모색 및 감정평가액 결정의 적정성을 도모하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 서울시 강남 강북권 6개구(區)에 소재한 임야 거래가격 적정성 여부를 독립표본 t-검정분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석의 통계적 기법으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 지역차이와 형상의 정형여부는 적정거래여부와 무관하였고 비오톱 지정여부, 개발제한구역 여부, 고저의 차이, 보전산지 여부, 이용상황의 차이, 방위 및 접면도로의 차이는 임야거래 적정성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 임야 고유의 독특한 가격형성요인을 면밀히 분석하여 공시지가의 조사 평가에 반영하여야 한다는 함의를 지닌다. 국민경제활동과 밀접한 관련이 있는 임야 감정평가는 시장참가인들이 중시하는 임야가격형성요인을 반영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 임야 적정거래 여부와 관련된 변수들은 향후 임야 거래질서정착과 시장 안정화 지표로 적용되기를 기대한다.

In mobile Internet banking service through wireless local area network, security is a most important factor to consider. We describe the development of mobile banking service using Personal Digatal Assistant (PDA). In order to increase the strength of encryption, we adopted hybrid approach where both of the public key algorithm and the secret key algorithm are used during the transaction among PDA, banking server and authentication server.

In this paper, a hybrid photovoltaic fuel-cell generation system employing an electrolyzer for hydrogen generation and battery for storage purpose is designed and simulated. The system is applicable for remote areas or isolated DC loads. Control strategy has been considered to achieve permanent power supply to the load via the photovoltaic/battery or the fuel cell based on the power available from the sun. MATLAB and SIMULINK have been used for the simulation work. A sensitivity analysis is conducted for various load level based on availability of solar radiation.

The market participants make plans of bidding and transaction strategies to maximize their own profits in competitive electricity market. Also, It is concerned with transmission congestion in power market. Two methods are generally used for congestion management;nodal pricing and uplift. The participants will have different strategies for their profits in the two methods. This paper analyzes their equilibrium strategies by using the supply function model and congestion methods.

Mining association rules in web log files can be divided into two steps: 1) discovering frequent item sets in web data; 2) extracting association rules from the frequent item sets found in the previous step. This paper suggests an algorithm for finding frequent item sets efficiently The essence of the proposed algorithm is to transform transaction data files into matrix format. Our experimental results show that the suggested algorithm outperforms the Apriori algorithm, which is widely used to discover frequent item sets, in terms of scan frequency and execution time.

The paper introduces a switched reluctance motor drive system based on an 80C31 and an Intel 80C 196KB single-chip microprocessor control. Advance schemes are used in turn-on and turn-off angles with the power converter's main switches during traction and regenerative braking. The principles of traction speed control and braking torque control are given. The hardware and software patterns in the 80c31 and the Intel 80C196KB single-chip microprocessor control system are also presented.

Databases are central to business information systems and RDBMS is most widely used for the database system. Normalization was designed to control various anomalies (insert, update, delete anomalies). However, normalized database design does not account for the tradeoffs necessary for performance. In this research, I model a database design method considering denormalization of duplicating attributes in order to reduce frequent join processes. This model considers response time for processing each select, insert, update, delete transaction, and for treating anomalies. A branch and bound method is proposed for this model.

In this paper voltage source FEA for hysteresis motor considering magnetic hysteresis characteristics is presented. The Preisach model is used as a hysteresis model. System matrix whose unknown variables are vector potentials and currents is formulated for voltage source. The stiffness matrix is maintained constant by using M-iteration method. Therefore the calculation time and efforts are reduced with Choleski direct method. Current waveform can be calculated for arbitrary voltage vaveform considering hysteresis effects.

협업필터링은 다양한 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있지만 협업필터링의 추천 성능은 적용하는 기업의 비즈니스 형태나 발생하는 거래 데이터의 특성에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있다. 기업에서 협업필터링 추천시스템을 구축하려면 상당한 시간과 비용이 소요되기 때문에 구축된 추천시스템의 성과가 높지 않다면 기업 자원의 낭비를 초래할 뿐만 아니라 부정확한 추천서비스를 받는 고객들의 불만을 살 수 있다. 따라서 추천시스템 도입을 검토할 때 기업이 갖고 있는 데이터의 특성을 파악하고 이를 통해 추천시스템을 도입하는 것이 타당한지 사전에 예측할 수 있다면 불필요한 도입으로 인한 경제적 손실과 고객 만족도 저하를 막을 수 있을 것이다. 기존 연구에서는 협업필터링 추천 성과에 희박성, 우연성, 커버리지 등이 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 설명하고 있지만 이러한 요인들이 어떻게 얼마나 추천 성과에 영향을 미치는지, 요인들 간에 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지는 현재까지 구체적으로 밝혀진 바가 없다. 본 연구에서는 구매 트랜잭션으로부터 생성된 소셜네트워크로부터 밀도, 군집화계수, 집중도 등의 구조적 지표를 측정한 후 이들이 추천성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 통계적 분석을 통해 실증적으로 규명한다. 이를 통해 협업필터링 추천시스템에 대한 도입 여부를 결정하고자 할 때 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 지침을 제공하고자 한다.
