  • Urban transit is system that offer target Performance and function because various lower part system such as vehicles, signaling, power supply, rail track is consisted as complex. It is important first of all that describe correctly system requirement until configuration of system, design, manufacture, installation and test verification so that the complicated urban transit system is to act safety and reliable and to display target Performance and function properly. The system requirement assist the system developer to comprehensive the performance and function of system in basic design. Therefore, In this paper wishes to study way to analyze system of system requirement and apply to Urban transit.

도시형자기부상열차 주행하중에 의한 단경간 PSC-Box 거더교의 동적 거동 (Dynamic Behavior of Simple Span PSC-BOX Girder Bridge under the Passage of the Urban Maglev Transit)

  • Magnetic Levitated(Maglev) Vehicle, which utilizes electromagnetic forces between dual-pole electromagnets and a steel rail, generally runs on guideway structures. A prototype of an Urban Maglev Vehicle has been developed and tested in Korea, This study was conducted as a cooperation research subject of the 3-1 subject, performance improvement of maglev track structures, of the Center for Urban Maglev Program, statred in 2006. As the Maglev load is distributed rather than concentrated, a field test was conducted on Simple Span PSC-BOX Girder Bridge(L=25.0m) of the Expo-Maglev test track in Daejeon to examine the dynamic effect of the Maglev load on the bridge. Numerical analyses were also performed up to the maximum passing speed of 110 km/h by 10 km/h increments of Maglev Vehicle using Finite Element model of bridge, and girder deflections, accelerations and Dynamic Amplification Factor (DAF) are analysed.

부산지역 도시교통체계의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Improvement on the Urban Transportation System in Pusan Area)

  • Most of Cities are suffering from the traffic congestion problem with the vehicles increased. Especially, the City of Pusan is experiencing the severest traffic congestion with the lower read capacity and the higher travel demand than any other cities in the country. Thus, the purpose of this study was to grasp the conditions, review the problems and finally suggest the improvements which we faced at this time for the construction of the Urban Transportation System considered in Pusan area. Based upon the results, it was concluded that firstly the Urban Transportation System(UTS) in Pusan area should be constructed by the Public Transportation System in the center of the Public Transit Modes(i.e., bus and subway), secondly the Para-transit Modes(i.e., Light Rail Transit, LRT) introduced, and thirdly the Transportation Demand Management(TDM) implemented with the expansion of the transportation facilities if possible.

  • 본 연구에서는 도시철도에 사용되는 방진체결장치가 현장에서 부담하는 하중의 체계적 평가를 통하여 방진체결장치의 성능시험하중에 대한 기준이 정립되었다. 방진체결장치가 가질 수 있는 동적 강성 범위를 알아보기 위하여 국내에서 공급 가능한 3가지 유형의 방진체결장치들에 대하여 동적 시험을 수행하였다. 이들 방진체결장치에 작용하는 하중을 평가하기 위하여 동적 강성을 변화하면서 차량-궤도 상호작용해석을 수행하였다. 해석의 중요 입력요소인 궤도틀림은 측정자료를 토대로 도출된 궤도틀림 PSD(Power Spectral Density) 회귀 함수로 고려하였다. 도시철도의 다양한 운영환경을 고려하여 방진체결장치에 작용하는 하중을 평가한 후, 평가된 하중을 토대로 방진체결장치의 성능시험하중에 대한 기준을 제시하였다.

  • 철도는 급격한 산업발전과정에서 주요 교통수단으로 등장하여 국가발전과 국민편의에 지대한 공헌을 해왔다. 그러나 이러한 발전과 편리함에도 불구하고 심각한 소음 진동공해를 유발시켜 철도변 인근주민들의 불만족 지적률이 날로 증가하는 실정이다. 또한 철도진동은 철도소음에 비해 상대적으로 인식정도가 낮아 직접적인 피해를 유발시키지 않을 것으로 생각하고 있으나, 외국의 조사결과에 의하면 철도진동은 철도주변 거주자들의 육체적 정신적 건강에 심각한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 철도진동은 철도소음과 더불어 정온한 주거환경을 해치는 중요한 변수로 등장하고 있으며, 효율적인 철도진동 대책수립을 위해서는 우리 실정에 적합한 자료의 확보가 선행되어야 하지만, 아직까지 국내에서는 이에 대한 인식의 부족과 자료의 결핍 등으로 인해 많온 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 전북지역의 주요도 시인 전주, 익산, 군산을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 철도진동의 영향에 따른 피해정도와 주관적 반응을 평가해 봄으로써 향후 효율적인 철도방진 대책을 수립하는데 기초적인 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

Effect of the support pressure modes on face stability during shield tunneling

  • Shield tunneling method is widely used to build tunnels in complex geological environment. Stability control of tunnel face is the key to the safety of projects. To improve the excavation efficiency or perform equipment maintenance, the excavation chamber sometimes is not fully filled with support medium, which can reduce the load and increase tunneling speed while easily lead to ground collapse. Due to the high risk of the face failure under non-fully support mode, the tunnel face stability should be carefully evaluated. Whether compressive air is required for compensation and how much air pressure should be provided need to be determined accurately. Based on the upper bound theorem of limit analysis, a non-fully support rotational failure model is developed in this study. The failure mechanism of the model is verified by numerical simulation. It shows that increasing the density of supporting medium could significantly improve the stability of tunnel face while the increase of tunnel diameter would be unfavorable for the face stability. The critical support ratio is used to evaluate the face failure under the nonfully support mode, which could be an important index to determine whether the specific unsupported height could be allowed during shield tunneling. To avoid of face failure under the non-fully support mode, several charts are provided for the assessment of compressed air pressure, which could help engineers to determine the required air pressure for face stability.

  • Railway intelligent transportation systems and related Ministry of Land and rail operating agency's railway informatization planning of information technology, effective through the use of management strategies to establish or run to support the systematic informatization investment that you want to execute work in progress, during and yet the institutional informatization of operations mainly in the form of efficiency is Chinhae. Accordingly, in order to promote the details of the final challenge of providing real-time information and the usefulness of this information collection is clearly for the railway sector by function of the components is necessary to distinguish. In this paper, the details of the plan goals, promoting convenient rail-based real-time information, to promote optimal gohyoeuleul railways, railway safety and comfort, was defined as three. Selection of each goal, because the direction of vision and ITS around the railroad center of road users by highlighting the benefits of the railroad's traffic information center user switching, real-time delivery of information diversity (enhanced content) that can increase the capacity of line train operating systems, enhancing the safety management system introduced in the monitoring system and is a railroad crossing. Because urban railway project in accordance with the goal of decreasing the annual rate of the train support, and the average passenger wait time savings, increased future demand for railway, rail safety, including securing the expected effects may occur.

산악열차 운행에 관한 연구 (A Study on a mountain train operation)

  • 우리나라는 남북간 거리가 약 1,200km, 동서간 거리가 약 840km인 반도국가이다. 이 국토의 철도교통 인프라로 고속열차 KTX와 장거리용 일반열차, 그리고 대도시 지하철이 있을 뿐이다. 전 국토의75%가 산악지역에 분포된 우리나라에 관광 및 지역간 교통 수송을 담당하는 산악열차가 아직 운행되지 않고 있다는 것은 아쉬운 점이다. 국토 균형 발전 정책과 철도 인프라 구축 우선 정책의 원칙을 고려하여, 우선 3호선 구파발 역에서 북한산을 경유하고 4호선 쌍문 역 구간을 운행하는 산악열차를 건설한다면 관광 측면은 물론 서울의 서북지역과 동북지역을 관통하는 지선 역할 측면에서 모범이 될 수 있다고 본다. 설계, 건설, 운영의 친환 경성도 확보될 수 있음은 물론이다.

  • Light Rail Transit (LRT) System is an urban transit system which has approximately an intermediate transportation capacity between conventional subway and bus ($5,000{\sim}25,000$ persons per hour and per direction). It is a high-tech system which operational capacity, punctuality and mobility are remarkably improved. There are some types of LRT systems such as monorail, tramway, AGT(Automated Guideway Transit), and so on. The LRT systems have been applied and being operated in about a hundred lines around the world and many projects that apply the LRT systems in Korea are being proceeded and scheduled. For the efficient management, economical construction, and safe operation of various LRT systems, the establishment of national standard is necessary such as vehicle standardized specification, vehicle performance test standard, vehicle safety standard, construction guide, operation regulation, etc. of LRT systems. This paper presents the standard specification of electrical equipment of linear induction motor type light rail vehicle, that is LIM AGT(AGT system propelled with linear induction motor) vehicle. The LIM AGT system has been applied in Japan subway and ART(Advanced Rapid Transit) system of Canada and Yongin LRT is currently under construction.

지하 경량전철의 정거장 규모조정에 관한 사례연구 (우이~신설 경량전철 중심으로) (A Case study for minimizing scale of LRT stations constructed underground)

  • Seoul Metropolitan Government has performed alternative transit system, light rail transit(LRT), for settling the problems of urban public transit system based on conventional bus service and heavy rail transit(HRT). LRT projects of total 8 lines(about 73.6km), including Ui-Sinseol line, have been planned as Build-Transfer-Operate(BTO) projects. For the first LRT, Ui-Sinseol line, however, design of structure had met standard for design of HRT, because of no domestic design code for LRT when participates of Ui-Sinseol project submitted the design proposal. This case study reports a successful example of LRT design minimizing the scale of stations designed in base of HRT code. The problems, like oversized structures compared with LRT vehicles, excessive costs for construction, had been resolved through negotiations with the participates of Ui-Sinseol line. Result suggests that present and future costs for construction and maintenance of the LRT projects in Seoul be considerably reduced in advance.
