Antibiotics have been routinely used to control the disease of farm-raised animals in the aquaculture facilities without any criterion based on a pharmacokinetic study. This lack of information on the effective usage of antibiotics would have brought the farmers to use excessive and/or less dosages, causing the advent of drug-resistant bacteria as well as economic loss and possible contamination of the local farming area. Until recently, few studies on a detailed manual for the antibiotic usage including chemotherapy procedure, dosage, and treatment schedule of the aquatic antibiotics have been conducted throughout the world. To the worse, there is no available criterion for optimal usage of aquatic antibiotics to control diseases in aquatic farms in this country because every country has its own aquacultural system. Therefore, based on the previous studies on the usage of the various antibiotics, our studies are to focus on the development of optimal method for the detection of various antibiotics on the fate of antibiotics applied to the fish, including absorption, circulation, and secretion physiology. Pharmacokinetic study were to sep up the optimal detective condition against residual antibiotics of fish by HPLC. The grinding pefloxacin for 15 min is most effective in dissolution test and pharmacokinetic parameters. Pharmacokinetic parameters were satisfactory for 15 min-grinding products and they can be explained as one-compartment model.

Generally optical components are fabricated by grinding, lapping and polishing processes. Those processes take long time to obtain optical high surface quality. In the case of large optical components, the on-machine measurement is strongly recommended because the workpiece is fragile and difficult to set up for fabricating and measuring. This paper is concerned about a swing-arm mechanism which can be used for on-machine measurement of a surface profile with a sensing probe end-effect, and also for grinding or lapping the surface with a corresponding tool. The measuring accuracy and uncertainty using a swing arm type profilometer have been studied. The experimental results show that this method is useful specially in lapping process with the accuracy of $5{\mu}m$. Those inspection data are provided for correcting the residual figuring error in next processes.

A cone-shaped active magnetic bearing spindle system for high speed internal grinding is designed and tested. The cone-shaped AMB system consists of only 4 couples of magnet, it can be smaller and lighter than conventional radial-axial-type AMB system. In this paper, the cone-shaped electromagnets are designed by magnetic circuit theory, and de-coupled direct feedback PID controller is applied to control the coupled magnetic bearings. The designed cone-shaped AMB spindle system is built and constructed with a digital control system, and tested its stbility and dynamic performances. As the results of the tests, this spindle runs up to 40,000 rpm with about 5 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ of runout, and the AMB system provides high damping ratio eliminating overshoot and resonance speed.

In this paper, the case study of reducing rotational errors is done for a grinding spindle with an active magnetic bearing system. The rotational errors acting on the magnetic bearing spindle are due to mass unbalance of rotor, runout, grinding excitation and unmodeled nonlinear dynamics of electromagnets. For the most case, the electrical runout of sensor target is big even in well-finished surface; this runout can cause a rotation error amplified by feedback control system. The adaptive feedforward method based on LMS algorithm is discussed to compensate this kind of runout effects, and investigated its effectiveness by numerical simulation and experimental analysis. The rotor orbit size in both bearings is reduced about to 5 pin due to lX rejection by feedforward control up to 50,000 rpm.

The design of structures of modern industry has developed to satisfy stringent service, realiability and safety. Up to now, geometric profile which means surface foughness and dimension accuracy is mainly treated in manufacturing process of work surface. But it is inevitable to evaluate changes of surface geometry as well as the nature of alterations in surface layers because surface of workpiece changes as a result of phase transformation, chemical changes, plastic deformation and stress changes. This paper is to present principal data for safety design by verifying the effect of grinding conditions and method in grinding layers and to explain the method of measuring surface integrity. In this paper, structural steel(SM20C) is used as a workpiece. Of integrity, surface roughness in view of surface texture is analyzed by frequency domain and residual stress, structures and defect of ground layers in view of surface metallurgy are investigated.

The purpose of this work is to establish the basic calibration data for the efficiency of grinding by investigating the Bond's Work Index employing Korean Kaolin as a reference mateial with the laboratory-scale ball mill. A small ordinary ball mill has a dimension of 133 inside diameter and 144mm long. The analysis of the experimental results in this work sets up a equivalent calibration method with the laboratory-scale ball mill to those with special mill. The theoretical expression, derived from the rate equation proposed by Miwa, is obtained to anticipitate the stable revolution number for the next grinding cycle. The proposed equation is more systematic and acurate than lshihara's empirical equation is more systematic and acurate than lshihara's empirical equation for the measurement of gindability of a ball mill.

This study intended to manufacture high quality cement, such as solving the quality problem of cement which has been emerging recently, along with improving grinding efficiency. To this end, the synthesis of melamine-functional pulverizing agents and the physical properties of cement applying them were reviewed and the reaction was carried out by dividing the melamine airborne compound into three stages of polymerization using methylation, sulfonation, and acid catalyst to improve the crushing efficiency of cement clinker and the physical properties of manufactured cement. The obtained melamine type copolymer was applied to the grinding process of cement clinker. And it's grinding efficiency and compressive strength were compared with DEG(diethylene glycol) and TIPA(triisopropanol amine). When it comes to the grinding efficiency, by lowering surface energy with stable adsorption from organic polymer to cement particles, the fineness showed 4-6% up. In the meantime, the compression strength hiked 30% from its initial strength compared to the conventional DEG. At the age of 28days, the strength showed approximately 13% improvement. Therefore, it is confirmed that the overall quality has been elevated in comparison with the conventional one.

For pearl pigments used for splendor or gloss effect of make-up products, especiallv point make-up products like eye-shadow and blusher, we studied the variation of particle size distribution by the grinding time and by the binder used as a binding agent. In this study. high speed mixer was used and the particle sire distribution was measured by using the light scattering method. In case of pearl pigments, its median diameter of $5{\;}{\mu}m$, the particle size was reduced to 4.6 um when it was ground for 120 s. When it was applied for the pearl pigment of $45{\;}{\mu}m$, the particle size was reduced to $27{\;}{\mu}m$. We confirmed that the latter was reduced more largely and the original gloss was reduced too. For the binder, we studied the correlation between particle size of raw material and grinding time. We also investigated the effects of the binder contents on the variation of particle size distribution of products by aggregation of particles.
