Aerial working platform is recently used broadly in heavy industry and construction field and also the utilization of it is growing. However, the raise of critical incident caused by unskilled operator is increasing gradually. To reduce and prevent such incident, the training for operating is essential. It's not easy to cover the requirements for the training with real platform because of the high price of it, safety and weather condition. This paper proposes a simulator for the training based on virtual reality to give the training safely regardless to the weather condition and the simulator is deliverable in lower price than real one. The simulator proposed in this paper is available to be set according to the level of trainee managing the assessment level and be also applied for the design of general heavy equipment training simulator based.

The purpose of this research is to determine the point of fixation of the driver during the process of driving. Based on the results of this research, the driving instructor can make a judgement on what the trainee stare on the most. Traffic accidents have become a serious concern in modern society. Especially, the traffic accidents among unskilled and elderly drivers are at issue. A driver should put attention on the vehicles around, traffic signs, passersby, passengers, road situation and its dashboard. An eye-tracking-based application was developed to analyze the driver's gaze behavior. It is a prototype for real-time eye tracking for monitoring the point of interest of drivers in driving practice. In this study, the driver's attention was measured by capturing the movement of the eyes in real road driving conditions using these tools. As a result, dwelling duration time, entry time and the average of fixation of the eye gaze are leading parameters that could help us prove the idea of this study.

전통적으로 외국인력의 도입에 폐쇄적이었던 우리나라에서도 1990년대 초반 이후 산업연수생제도를 근간으로 저숙련 외국인력의 유입이 본격화되기 시작하였다. '인력 부족'을 겪고 있는 중소기업의 요구에 부응하여 도입된 동 제도는 그동안 외국인력에 대한 국내기업들의 편법적 활용, 불법장기체류 외국인력의 급증 및 이들에 대한 법적 보호제도의 미비 등을 이유로 많은 비판을 받아 왔으며, 이에 따라 수차례에 걸쳐 동 제도의 미비점들이 보완되어 최근에는 외국인력을 연수자가 아닌 근로자 신분으로 고용하기 위한 고용허가제도가 도입되기에 이르렀다. 외국인력 도입제도에 대한 보다 중장기적 정책방향을 수립하기 위해서는 지금까지의 외국인력 도입이 우리경제에 어떠한 영향을 어느 정도로 미쳐왔는지에 대한 실증분석이 선행되어야 함에도 불구하고 현재까지 이러한 연구들은 그리 흔하지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 산업연수생제도에 초점을 맞춰 1997~2001년의 기간동안 외국인 산업연수생이 제조업부문 내국인 근로자에게 미친 영향을 분석하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 남성 반숙련(semi-skilled) 근로자(예를 들어, 기계조작 및 조립공)의 상대적인 고용비율은 산업연수생비율이 높은 산업에서 시간이 지남에 따라 하락하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이는 남성 반숙련 내국인 근로자가 산업연수생에 의해 대체(displace)되었을 가능성이 가장 높은 그룹임을 시사한다. 둘째, 산업연수생의 유입이 내국인 저숙련 근로자의 임금을 하락시켰다는 통계적으로 유의한 증거를 찾기는 어려웠다.

정부가 외국인근로자를 위한 고용허가제를 도입하여 2007년 1월부터 시행함에 따라 국내 건설현장의 외국인근로자 고용은 증가하고 있으며, 기능 및 비기능 외국인근로자는 건설현장의 주요 인력으로 활용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 외국인근로자의 효용성과 근로실태를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역 38개의 공동주택 건설현장에 종사하 는 외국인근로자 및 이를 고용하고 있는 현장관리자를 대상으로 설문 및 면담조사를 실시하였으며, 조사된 결과는 과거 정부가 시행한 산업 연수생제도와 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구를 수행한 결과, 산업 연수생제도에서 발생된 많은 문제점이 아직 개선되지 않고 있으며, 이러한 문제를 해결하고 외국인근로자를 효율적으로 활용하기 위해 개선방안을 제안하였다.
