The aim of this study is to investigate and to analyze the reverberation times of apartment houses Measurements were conducted in a total of 44 rooms(36 rooms were in occupied houses and 8 rooms were in unoccupied houses) according to KS F 2864. The results showed that the averaged reverberation time of the occupied and the unoccupied houses were about 0.3$\sim$0.5sec and 1.2$\sim$l.5 sec, respectively, at 500Hz octave band frequency. And the averaged absorbtion coefficient of the occupied and the unoccupied houses were about 0.13$\sim$0.35 and 0.11$\sim$0.20, respectively. In addition, We verified that the reverberation time generally depended on the frequency; the lower the frequency, the higher the reverberation time.

본 연구는 국내 빈집문제를 개선하기 위해 영국, 프랑스, 독일, 미국, 일본의 제도와 비교하여, 국내의 빈집제도의 개선 방향을 고찰하였다. 빈집을 억제하기 위하여 국내에서는 '농어촌 정비법', '건축법', '빈집 및 소규모 정비에 관한 특례법'을 기반으로 하는 제도를 포괄적으로 규정하고 있다. 영국은 강제적인 빈집개량을 시작으로 하는 중앙정부와 지자체의 빈집 재활용 프로그램을 특징으로 하고 있다. 프랑스는 빈집세를 시작으로 빈집 및 유휴 부동산을 재이용하여 주택시장에 공급하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 독일은 빈집을 자원으로 인식하여 재이용하기 위한 프로그램을 운용하고 있다. 미국은 민간 부동산 정보망을 활용한 감정 평가 시스템과 커뮤니티 랜드 트러스트, 랜드뱅크 등의 제도를 통한 부동산 시장의 조정을 기본으로 한다. 일본은 행정명령, 빈집뱅크를 통한 빈집관리, 지자체의 빈집상담과 진단, 수리비 지원으로 빈집을 관리하고 있다. 빈집문제를 적극적으로 해결하기 위하여 빈집의 현황과 주변 환경을 고려한 세분화된 가이드라인이 필요하다. 그리고 지자체가 빈집문제에 적극적으로 개입 할 수 있는 제도적인 근거가 마련되어야 하며, 빈집의 재이용을 위한 세제 및 비용지원을 위한 제도가 되어야 한다. 빈집정보의 지자체간 공유를 위한 정보공유 시스템 또한 필요하다. 그리고 빈집이 주택시장의 자원으로 활용하기 위해 주민, 도시·건축 전문가, 민간사업자로 구성된 협의체 구축이 요구된다.

건물의 사양으로부터 시뮬레이션에 의해 열성능을 추출하는 기법과 실측 데이타로 부터 연역적인 방법에 의해 열성능을 추출하는 기법을 연합시켜 단기간의 측정에 의해 건물의 열성능을 간단하고 정확하게 결정할 수 있는 기법을 Test cell에 적용하였다. 실험과정 및 자료분석은 PSTAR 기법에 따라 수행했다. 각 측정기간은 3일간으로 비거주 상태에서 측정했으며, 실내온도, 외기온, 일사량, 공급열량, 풍속, 상대습도등의 자료를 측정하여 건물의 사양에 의한 시뮬레이션 모델의 재표준화에 사용했다. 아래의 3개 주요계수들이 본 분석에 의해 얻어졌다. 1) 건물 열손실계수 : BLC(표면전도율+침기에 의한 전도율); 2) 유효 건물열용량; 3) 유효 태양열 획득량. 그리고 재표준화된 식으로부터 예측된 값과 건물의 사양으로 시뮬레이션에 의해 예측된 값과 측정된 값과의 비교를 통해 재표준화된 식이 실제건물의 열성능을 잘 묘사함을 알 수 있었다. 장기간의 외삽으로 기후 자료를 이용하여 표준 쾌적도를 유지하기 위해 필요한 에너지를 계산했다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the design concepts embedded in our traditional interior space. The majority of this research was achieved through literature review as well as examining traditional Korean houses. The major findings were summarized as follows : First, traditional Korean interior space is contemplative. This is created possible by the careful placement of indispensable furnitures and accessaries resulting in an abundance of unoccupied space. Therefore, the room assumes a peaceful atmosphere which calms the mind and creates a tranquil setting. To enjoy the placidity of Korean interior space a humble demeanor and contemplative thought are required. Next, traditional Korean interior space is modest. This is created by the moderate proportions that do not challenge human scale. Traditional Korean interior space does not dominate its surroundings but rather conforms with them. This contrasts with traditional western houses which utilizes an overbearing scale sacrificing intimate space. Thirdly, traditional Korean interior space is raw. In other words, the materials used in house retain their self-evident natural state and are not artifically manipulated to hide their inherent properties. The fundamental conceptual belief that interior space should not defy nature but instead become part of it. Lastly, traditional Korean interior space is not decorative Rooms are not congested with frivolous aesthetics. Although this does not immediately attract the people's attention, eventually the interior space establishes a unique line of communication with them.

본 논문에서는 첨단 주택에서 가전기기 에너지 절약을 위한 재실 기반 에너지 절약 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 센싱 시스템과 홈 게이트웨이 시스템으로 구성된다. 센싱 시스템은 사람의 움직임을 감지하는 PIR 센서를 장착한 무선 센싱 노드와 CT센서를 이용하여 전류 사용량을 측정하고 무선으로 전달하는 스마트 플러그로 구성된다. 스마트 플러그를 이용하여 가전기기의 전류 소모량을 측정하고, 방과 문에 설치한 재실 감지 센서를 이용하여 거주자의 재실 유무를 확인하였다. 제안한 시스템은 부재 공간의 불필요한 전기 에너지 사용량을 스위치를 끔으로서 절약한다. 실험 결과 재실 기반으로 전기 에너지를 절약한다면 약 34%를 절약할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Since the beginning of the 90's, Fashion shows appear to be a type of performance form of art combining with other areas to visually entertain the viewers. This can be explained by the modern tendency to escape from society which requires formality and complicated lifestyles. Fashion shows take place in a scene Influenced by the idea of post-modernism which redefines the definition of space. A church, old factory, unoccupied ground, subway stations, or even place like a waste disposal are used as a setting. The stage set is no longer the T shape run way and the procinium arch has disappeared. The gap between audience and stage has diminished and theatrical element is added to the fashion performance by using viewers living and working environments as setting of the show. The human relation with machine based on the cutting edge technology such as the stage automation, robots and mist making sprinkler system introduces new elements with spontaneity and detailed planning in the stage performance. Music also plays an Important role in attracting viewers. The sound track covers house music to techno music. Instead of music being abstract, folks orchestral music, choirs, piano. even live concert performed by pop artist provide the liveliness of the fashion show. And the catwalk itself is a performance. Model needs to be well trained as the capable talent who can handle sensitive gestures, facial expressions, dancing and choreography. The improvisatorial interaction between audience and model lead to audience participation. Models now range from pop star, ordinary people, handicapped people, to elderly and so on. John Galliano introduced the theatrical factors for the fashion show and Alexander Mcqueen approached the fashion show as the visual art of communication. Hussein Chalayan utilized high technology skewing futurism as if in a magic show. Today the Fashion show tends to be a total performance which includes audience participation, impromptu, and that break the limitation that fashion shows previously had. This will lead the fashion industry in opening new horizon of its own.
