항만생산성의 향상방안에 대한 연구 (The Study on the Strengthening Plan of Harbor Productivity)

  • Harbor function has been changed into physical distribution position harbor system for providing most suitable physical distribution service with comprehensive rationalization of international physical distribution over simple loading unloading, and change function by far. Thus, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the physical distribution base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. That is, self effort is needed for physical distribution competition system, adjustable arrangement of physical distribution area, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, physical distribution rationalization. Also, to enforce harbor productivity, harbor should be developed systemically to able to function of comprehensive harbor for enlargement of harbor establishment, the device of advanced harbor function height, the linkage between and city program, harbor operation or investment system provement, harbor technique or international cooperation advancement.

Steel Cord와 PVA 혼합섬유 보강 고인성 시멘트 복합체의 인장강도 특성 (Tensile Strength Characteristics of Steel Cord and PVA Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Cement-Based Composites)

  • This paper discusses how steel cord and PVA hybrid fibers enhance the performance of high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composites (HPRFCC) in terms of elastic limit, strain hardening response and post peak of the composites. The effect of microfiber(PVA) blending ratio is presented. For this purpose flexure, direct tension and split tension tests were conducted. It was found that HFRCC specimen shows multiple cracking in the area subjected to the greatest bending tensile stress. Uniaxial tensile test confirms the range of tensile strain capacity from 0.5 to $1.5\%$ when hybrid fiber is used. The cyclic loading test results identified a unique unloading and reloading response for this ductile composite. Cyclic loading in tension appears not to affect the tensile response of the material if the uniaxial compressive strength during loading is not exceeded.

리페어 FPC 본더 개발 (Development of Repair FPC Bonder)

  • This article contains the development of FPC bonder that used for repair or trial product. Nowadays, in FPO module process (including PDP) accept the thermo-compress bonding method when attach FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit Board), TCP(Tape Carrier Package) and COF(Chip on the FPC) by ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film). This system consists of ACF attachment part, pre-bonding part, main bonding part, loading / unloading part. This composition is a stand-alone system, not an in-line system. Hereafter, this composition should be developing into in-line system in all area of FPD industry.

총요소생산성과 한국항만 물동량 증가의 원동력에 관한 연구 (A Study on TFP and Source of Turnover Growth of Trade Ports in Korea)

  • This paper selects length of berth, area of yard, unloading capacity and number of berth as the input indexes, and cargo turnover as output index to research the source of turnover growth of 22 main ports in Korea. We gains the following results: in general, the trade ports in Korea are the stage of expansion period, the sources of turnover growth depends on the growth of factor inputs and could not be supported by TFP and technical progress. Especially in the west and east coast, TFP and technical progress is the block to the turnover growth. Four major factors to the increase of TFP are following: competition between ports, reform of property system, harbor-hinterland economic and international trade, modeling, imitation and innovation in management, technology and system.

  • Fatigue crack propagation behavior for block load in high strength aluminum alloys was investigated in this study. The materials used in this study are aluminum alloy 5052-H32. Initial crack was made by applying cyclic load to a through crack with chevron notch. Crack length was measured from calibration curve, which was plotted by known crack length and resistance of standard specimens. Load was obtained from linear regression formula. Unloading elastic compliance method was applied to check the crack closure and cracked area. The present study results can be usefully applied to predicting the change of crack propagation rate, the crack closure, and the delay of crack propagation.

부산.김해지역 중소제조업체의 수출물류비 현황분석 및 절감방안 연구 (Export Logistics of Small-medium Sized Manufacturers in Busan Kimhae Area)

  • In this study, for purpose of searching for measures to lower the logistics costs which is one of the most difficulties for the small-medium sized manufacturers in Pusan and Kimhae, those manufacturers were surveyed with questionnaire about the facts in the export logistics costs, difficulties related to the costs, and measures they thought for lowering the cost. Taking account of findings from the survey, the comprehensive measures of saving the export logistics costs were to be proposed. In the surveyed manufacturers, the problems they thought over export logistics costs lied in short logistics information and transportation-related difficulties in cargo and distribution, insufficient standardization in packaging and the shortage of material handling equipments in unloading. In transportation, frequent non-fulfillment of in-time shipment, cost increase including over consumption of transportation time due to traffic jam, and the biased heavy use of inland transportation were pointed out as problems. In customs clearance, logistics information, and marine insurance, addressed were complexity in custom clearance and bonded transportation procedures, and the shortage of software and hardware to construct logistics information system.

  • This work presents an experimental study of the hydromechanical behavior of a natural swelling soil taken from Boumagueur region east of Algeria. Several pathological cases due to the soil shrinkage / swelling phenomenon were detected in this area. In a first part, the hydric behavior on drying-wetting paths was made, using the osmotic technics and saturated salts solutions to control suction. In The second part, using a new osmotic oedometer, the coupled behavior as a function of applied stresses and suction was investigated. It was shown that soil compressibility parameters was influenced by suction variations that an increase in suction is followed by a decrease in the virgin compression slope. On the other hand, the unloading slope of the oedometric curves was not obviously affected by the imposed suction. The decrease in suction strongly influences the apparent preconsolidation pressure, ie during swelling of the samples after wetting.

로봇시스템에서 작은 마커 인식을 하기 위한 사물 감지 어텐션 모델 (Small Marker Detection with Attention Model in Robotic Applications)

  • As robots are considered one of the mainstream digital transformations, robots with machine vision becomes a main area of study providing the ability to check what robots watch and make decisions based on it. However, it is difficult to find a small object in the image mainly due to the flaw of the most of visual recognition networks. Because visual recognition networks are mostly convolution neural network which usually consider local features. So, we make a model considering not only local feature, but also global feature. In this paper, we propose a detection method of a small marker on the object using deep learning and an algorithm that considers global features by combining Transformer's self-attention technique with a convolutional neural network. We suggest a self-attention model with new definition of Query, Key and Value for model to learn global feature and simplified equation by getting rid of position vector and classification token which cause the model to be heavy and slow. Finally, we show that our model achieves higher mAP than state of the art model YOLOr.

삼축압축 하에서 지중연속벽 주변 방콕 연약 점토의 거동 (Behaviors of Soft Bangkok Clay behind Diaphragm Wall Under Unloading Compression Triaxial Test)

  • 비배수 상태에서의 변수 $S_u,\;E_u$, n의 함수로 표현되는 단순한 선형 완전점탄성 모델은 굴착 중에 연성 토양에 시공되는 지중연속벽의 변위를 예측하는데 사용된다. 그러나 유한요소해석에서의 이러한 모델은 굴착이 잠시 중단되었거나 완료된 후 지중연속벽의 측방향 변위를 연속적으로 예측하는 데 한계가 있다. 굴착이 이루어지지 않는 동안의 지중연속벽 주변 토양의 변형 거동특성을 연구하기 위하여, 지중연속벽 주변 토양에 작용하는 응력상태를 가정한 '방콕 연약 점토'에 대한 일련의 삼축압축시험이 모사되었다. 본 연구에서는 세 가지 다른 조건에서의 삼축압축시험이 실시되었는바, 압밀 비배수 조건에서의 재하($CK_0UC$), 압밀 배수 및 비배수 조건에서의 재하 및 제하($CK_0DUC$$CK_0UUC$)의 조건에서 시험이 실시되었다. 시험으로부터 일련의 $CK_0DUC$ 시험에서 얻은 전단강도는 $CK_0UC$ 시험에서의 잔류강도와 같음을 알 수 있었다. $CK_0DUC$ 시험에서 시험편에 가해지는 수평압력을 점진적으로 감소시키면서 측정한 탄성계수는 편차응력의 증가와 더불어 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 $CK_0UC$$CK_0DUC$시험에서 한계상태 관계의 기울기가 동일하게 나타났다. 더욱이, $CK_0DUC$시험에서 수평압력을 점진적으로 감소시킬 경우의, 축방향 및 반경방향 변형율 증가율을 시간, 한계상태 관계의 기울기, 편차응력과 평균 유호응력의 비의 함수로 표현할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 삼축압축시험의 제하 과정에서 얻은 시험 결과가 굴착 중 지중연속벽의 변형을 예측하는데 사용될 수 있음을 보였다.AFM)과 Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)을 통해 관찰한 GST 다층박막시료의 고온 열처리 전후 표면미시거칠기 변화도 PRAM 기록기를 사용할 때에는 in-situ 타원계를 사용할 때보다 1/10 정도의 크기를 보여주어 PRAM 기록기와 분광타원계를 사용하여 결정한 GST의 고온광학물성의 신뢰성을 확인하여 주었다.>, 여자 $179.1{\pm}37.2%$이었다. 평균필요량에 비해 가장 낮은 양을 섭취한 영양소는 엽산으로서 남자 $60.1{\pm}10.8%$, 여자 $54.6{\pm}9.9%$로 조사되었다. 칼슘의 섭취량은 평균필요량에 비해 전체 $74.9{\pm}31.9%$로 나타났다. 에너지 섭취량에 있어서 남자 노인들은 모두가 필요추정량의 75% 미만을 섭취하고 있었고 여자 노인의 경우에도 97%가 필요추정량의 75% 미만을 섭취하여 에너지 섭취량이 매우 낮았다 반면에 단백질 섭취량에 있어서는 남자 노인의 경우 100%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하였고, 여자 노인의 경우에는 91%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하여 대조적이었다. 비타민 A와 E는 각각 평균필요량과 충분섭취량의 125%를 초과하는 비율이 높게 나타난 반면에 비타민 $B_2$는 특히 남자 노인에서 평균필요량의 75%미만을 섭취한 비율이 높게 나타났다. 엽산 섭취량에 있어서는 평균필요량의 75% 미만을 섭취한 비율이 전체 96%로 나타나 심각한 부족상태로 조사되었다 반면에 철의 섭취량은 남녀 모두 100%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하여 섭취한 것으로 나타났다. 아연의 섭취량은 남자 17%,여자 15%가 평균필요량의 75% 미만을 섭취한 것으로 조사되었다. 에너지와 엽산은 모든 노인들에서 평균필요량에 미달되게 섭취한

  • This paper selects length of berth, area of yard, unloading capacity and number of berth as the input indexes, and cargo turnover as output index to research the source of TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth of 23 main ports in Korea. The major conclusions are as follows. The TFP of the trade ports in Korea is at the fluctuating stage, but it generally displays a rising trend, and it’s growth originate from the growth of technical efficiency. The Growth rates of TFP of trade ports in the different areas are different, and the sources of growth are also different, but the changing trends are basically the same. Four major factors to the increase of TFP are following: competition between ports, reform of property system, harbor-hinterland economic and international trade, modeling, imitation and innovation in management, technology and system.
